• Bernadett (7/5): Nice little apartment outside of the city center. - Nice little apartment, great for a few night in Vienna. A little bit outside, not in the ceter area, but there are stores in walking distance. Basic amenities in the kitchen. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours from all around. Could be cleaner.

• Александър (10/5): - Everything. The location is convenient for going everywhere in Vienna within 20 minutes except for Schonbrunn but if you are too close to it, you are usually far from the rest. Also not in a crowded area, very calm and quiet neighbourhood, many bakeries and comodities around, also a big mall with a decent food court. The apartment was lovely - clean, tidy, with everything necessary and in good maintenance level. Internet was good either. Tastefully decorated and, as the name suggests, cozy. The owners were extremely helpful, kind and reachable. Can't think of such.

• Maryna (10/5): - Mit der S- Bahn 7 kann man schnell den Flughafen erreichen, was eigentlich unser Ziel war. Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich und sauber, es gibt alles Notwendige für das Essenzubereiten, Nur das Problem mit dem Betreten des Hauses ( Eingangstür) wäre nicht schlecht zu beseitigen, sonst ist alles sehr gut. Wir würden nächstes Mal gerne hier übernachten, wir sagen Danke Automatisches Türöffnen hat es leider nicht geklappt

• Randi (9/5): Great little one bedroom apartment - Great little one bedroom apartment. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the wifi worked great. It was especially quiet and peaceful. Host was communicative, responsive, and flexible. Less than 10 minute walk to Traisengasse Station. Many groceries nearby. We would recommend. The kitchen had many missing items that would have been helpful, such as: a chopping knife and an oven pan. But we managed.

• hareth (9/5): - The room was satisfactory for us. It was very close to the train station, and close to the Prater. It is also easy to go to the center thanks to the train. The room had everything we needed. The host allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time. They also prepared a bed for us for the baby. I recommend staying here The bedroom had no door, so there may be some privacy issues. There were also hairs on the couch and it looked dirty. But the rest of the apartment was clean. And The lighting in the bedroom is a little low. But these are minor issues. Overall, we are satisfied.

• Lidi93 (4/5): - L'appartamento è vicino al centro anche se in periferia. C'è posto per mettere tutto. Appena arrivati abbiamo sentito una gran puzza poi abbiamo scoperto che veniva dal frigo. Qualcosa puzzava nel freezer e non era stato pulito. L'appartamento non era pulito per niente sopratutto per terra, cumuli di laniccia sotto i letti e per terra veramente sporco. Ho dovuto passare lo straccio perchè avevo un bambino che gattonava. Non c'erano shampoo ne altro in bagno.

• Vadim (8/5): Good clean place for shot stay when you travelling - Good place. Parking near (you need pay extra for this, but this is Centre of City). It was very quiet and calm, although we weren't there during the day. We walked around the city. For some reason the bedroom door was removed. This was disappointing. You get one common space instead of a separate bedroom. We did not understand this.
• Virginia (10/5): Eccezionale - Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Appartamento tenuto bene e accessoriato. Vicino ai mezzi pubblici, basta il tram per raggiungere il centro. I cuscini sono un po' piccoli e sottili.
• Antonietta (8/5): - Grazioso appartamentino a 20 minuti di tram dal centro. Salottino carino, cucina dotata dell' attrezzatura basica per prepararsi un pranzo. Nella strada parallela ci sono supermercati e negozi per fare la spesa e un ottima osteria con piatti tipici viennesi. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema al momento del check in, in quanto non si apriva il portoncino del palazzo ma l'host ha risposto immediatamente al messaggio di whatsapp e abbiamo risolto abbastanza velocemente. Lo consigliamo C'era solo un grande asciugamano a testa, avremmo gradito un asciugamano in più per viso e mani a parte dell' asciugamano per la doccia. Il WC è separato dalla sala dal bagno e l' abbiamo trovato poco pratico. Siamo stati due notti in due e sono state fornite solo due capsule per il caffè. Avremmo gradito una capsula per ogni giorno di istanza. I cuscini sono un po' scomodi. Cmq nel complesso è un appartamento confortevole.

Bet apartamentai neatitiko aprašymo bei kainos ir kokybės santykio. Pirmą kartą rinkomės nakvynę Vienoje, todėl gerai nežinojome gyvenamųjų rajonų, lokacija nėra pati geriausia, rajonas nejaukus, nėra parkavimo vietos, mašiną teko pastatyti apmokame parkinge,kuris už 11 val. kainavo 32 eurus. Apartamentai nebuvo labai švarūs, vonioje sklido nemalonus kvapas, nėra televizoriaus, nėra kondicionieriaus,kai lauke buvo 35 laipsniai karsčio. Pernakvoti vienai nakčiai galima, bet ilgiau apsistoti kiekvieno asmeninis pasirinkimas. Šeimininkui dėkoju už rūpestį ir patariu pašalinti trūkumus 😉.

• Maria (10/5): Wir hatten einen super schönen kurzen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank! - Sehr nette und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr sauber! Und in der Wohnung hat es super angenehm gerochen auch die Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Nach einer anstrengenden und sehr langen Anfahrt aus Italien, waren wir kaum in der Wohnung und bereits super glücklich und entspannt. Park and Ride gleich um die Ecke. Unser Highlight war der Familienbadestrand an der Donau 10 min zu Fuß. Gute Verkehrsanbindung allgemein. Es gibt nicht viele Töpfe, aber ich denke, dass die meisten Besucher nicht wirklich aufwendige Gerichte kochen, wenn sie einen Kurzurlaub in Wien machen und eher essen gehen. Mir ist das nur aufgefallen, da mein Sohn krank war und ich für unsere family „daheim“ kochen wollte und uns noch ein weitere Topf sehr geholfen hätte ;)

• Claire (7/5): Good - I stayed one night in this cosy, brand new apartment and had a very good experience. It’s relatively big and nicely furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. It’s a bit further from the city center, but the location is still convenient—Traisengasse station is nearby, so getting into town was easy. Overall, everything went smoothly and I was happy with my stay! The building itself is a little older, and I could hear the neighbors a bit, but nothing that really bothered me.
• Lauris (10/5): A lovely stay - It really is a cosy apartment, not tiny, but homey. With extra blankets and heating options, if you get cold. The kitchen is sufficient, stocked with all the basic equipment a traveler would need. And if cooking isn't for you, there's a microwave oven to heat up your takeaway! The bed is super comfortable, especially if you prefer a mattress on the firmer side. Also the location is quite fortunate, with multiple stores nearby and public transport just a short walk away. The apartment (above) is a bit noisy. We could hear and sometimes even follow our neighbours conversations, which is not ideal, but honestly, it was quiet during the night, so not that much of a bother.
• Таня (10/5): Exceptional - The location is more than great for people who like quiet and not crowded and busy regions. It is within 5-6 minutes walking from a tram stop and a train stop from which you can directly go to Vienna City Centre for no more than 15-20 minutes. It is also located within walking distance from Danube. The place is very cosy, there is a lot of space, it was clean, tidy and everything you need was there - towels, shampoo, shower gel and etc. We're very satisfied with our stay there and would definitely book it again for our future visits of Vienna. There is nothing i did not like about the place.
• Botere (8/5): Really cozy stay near Danube! - It was a lovely stay close to Danube! Apartment was truly cozy. I could see that the host has upgraded apartment over the time - there is a microwave and other kitchen necessities. There are multiple grocery shops and train station nearby. As a solo traveller I would’ve loved to have one more lock for the door from the inside - but it’s just my preference. Host was great. Even the ongoing renovation did not bother me much, they worked solid daytime hours.

• Olga (7/5): Good - Very good communication with the host, who was truly nice and helpful in answering my inquiries. The accommodation itself was fine for our 2-day stay. We are familiar with the house and neighborhood from our previous visits to our relative who lives there. However, it would be fair to tell the uninformed guests upfront about the ongoing reconstruction of the entire building. Common areas are very dirty and dusty (allergic/asthmatic people would have a serious problem), noisy drilling from early morning. The planned end of the construction is at the end of April 2025.

The day we arrived, we asked the host to check out a bit later since our flight was in the afternoon, but we got a response half an hour later than the check-out time -- very inconvenient. There was no TV or radio in the room. There was also only a single coffee pod per person. Also, as other people have already mentioned in their reviews, the whole building is a big construction. I guess the price is too much considering that you cannot find piece.

The door to the building was never locked due to this, and as the facade was being redone too, sometimes men would walk past the window on the scaffolding. Had I know I would not have booked which is probably why the owner wrote me only after I had checked in apologising for the construction.

We didn’t face any issue while check in unlike places at other locations . Host was kind enough to cooperate. Floors were wooden so we took extra care not to make it wet . We also tried to keep it clean as much we could . One thing was there was some renovation work was going on but host already informed us about this . As it is we were out of the house the whole day & in the night it was quiet and comfortable .

• Olga (10/5): Comfy cozy apartment perfect for a couple - Very cozy apartment with an extremely comfortable vibe, very warm with a good heating system for the winter season. The location is a bit far from the center but very close to both the tram and train stations. Additionally, they offer free coffee and tea that you can make yourself, which is a very pleasant bonus during your stay. as a recommendation, i would add one more pair of towels for each person but that’s not a significant disadvantage.

• Miang (7/5): Simple apartment in a convenient quiet location - Quiet suburb area and fairly convenient with underground connections. Good size for 1-2 persons and equipped for all standard needs including kitchen and bathroom and cleaning agents. Shower door was broken and was hard to close and almost came off the rails in one side. The silicon of the shower was all black and mouldy. Bathroom sink was almost clogged with slow water drainage and I had to use hot water and dishwasher liquid to unclog it several times.

Even a coffee machine with Nespresso caps was available: this was a highlight for me! The bed was comfortable and in the bathroom, there were shampoo and shower gel. The apartment is very bright and the building is quiet. There are better neighborhoods in Vienna, I was traveling for business, so I decided to stay in that area. The proximity to the tram station for line 2 and the ÖBB station with S-Bahns was very convenient.
