Jacob (2/5): A very disappointing experience from the beginning to end - The location is good and is an easy walk from the ferry, apart from that not much else. The property is in dire need of an update. The second bedroom, is not really a bedroom and the pictures do not adequately show what it is. Its essentially a deep cupboard with sliding doors - you can't even close them properly. Also, it has no ventilation in the room at all with the doors closed. The property is full of cockroaches, and is just not overly clean at all. The third party company which manages the property wanted me to send them photos of both my drivers license and credit card with all the numbers showing on it for a holding deposit.

Sandra (7/5): Stressful getting there. Parking. ( there was a surfboard against back wall which is not great when - The actual apartment was very nice. However disappointed in the list of do's and don'ts required. No view but admit I'm not sure if I missed that in description. Also calling the place a resort I felt misleading . Swimming pool very small. Again no privacy in unit 6 if people talking by pool. As for food ; I feel we should have been made aware to bring food for breakfast etc. My partner not happy. Maybe you do advise these things but to be honest your missives so long I probably missed that. See above

Richards (9/5): Iluka is in a brilliant location within Palm Beach with great nearby food and cafe locations - Breakfast can be purchased from a cafe next door which serves wonderful coffee with a great selection of homemade cakes and pastries
