• Francisca (5/5): - Ubicacion Muy sucio.Restos de comida en la nevera.Botella detrás del sofá y sucio debajo de los sofás y lo peor q un sofá cama estaban roto parte del somier y se hundía y se durmió fatal.El de la habitación era muy cómodo pero en el q dormían las otras dos personas fatal,no pudieron descansar y se levantaron con un dolor de espalda...aunque el apartamento estaba chulo solo estuvimos para dormir y fue lo peor.el sofá.aparte la vajilla muy sucia

• LAETITIA (2/5): Passez votre chemin - L' emplacement ( proche du centre ville) et la propreté du logement. Vous devriez regarder les logements avant de les proposer. - volet principal cassé donc pas de lumière dans le logement. Nous avons donc passé le moins de temps possible dans celui-ci. Apparemment cassé depuis 2 ans vu les commentaires - canapé cassé,nos enfants ont très mal dormi, inconfortable. - bruit énorme dans la salle de bain dès qu'on allume la lumière ( pas le choix car pas de fenêtre) - pas d isolation fenêtres et porte donc beaucoup de bruit et air à passer - pas possible d' ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre : donne sur les outils et travaux... - éponge sale ... - équipements d' un autre temps...

• Xenia (6/5): - Good location, a 15-minute walk from the city center, clean, with hot water. Broken sofa bed, only bath towels provided (no hand or face towels), no bathroom mat, difficult communication with the owner (we waited 20 minutes outside the apartment for the key code, with no response to calls or messages), no response to the messages I sent three days before our arrival to confirm how we would receive the key.

• Farouh (10/5): Bien - L'emplacement et l'appartement Vu je suis dans le domaine j'ai quelques consignes à proposer au gérant de l'établissement La machine à café,la Bouilloire et la grille pain à nettoyer à chaque départ des clients Cuillère...etc à bien nettoyer et surtout les verres et les taces Bien insister sur la femme de ménage de bien penser à aérer l'appartement au cours de ménage On a du nettoyer tout pour se servir

• STACEY (5/5): Apartment has potential, but lack of care and attention means I would not revisit or recommend - The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with plenty of bedding and homely touches like pictures and candles. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre and Lidl. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and had working hobs and a good fridge for keeping food chilled. There were plenty of plug sockets, hand-wash, and washing-up liquid provided, and the bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. Check-in details weren’t provided in advance, and we had to contact the owner to gain access. The shower had a curtain instead of a proper screen, which caused water to soak the bathroom floor, and there was an unpleasant smell from the sink. Some appliances didn’t work (no WiFi code provided, TV not tuned in, unusable kettle), and there were discarded items from previous guests. We encountered living noise from upstairs and early morning roadworks. There were no instructions for waste disposal or for leaving the property, and an unexpected police visit looking for the owner was very unsettling.

• Alba (6/5): Ni fu ni fa - La casa aceptable. El baño regular , creo que pagas bastante para lo que es. Es verdad que al menos las camas eran cómodas. No tenía wifi. Andas al centro 15 minutos y un poco más hasta la estación de tren . No me gustó el baño que se salía el agua . La persiana estaba rota y no se podía subir por lo que no había luz natural .

RESPECTO AL DUEÑO UN APROVECHADO, VIÓ QUE ENTRABAN 2 AMIGAS MÁS A CENAR CON NOSOTRAS Y NOS QUERÍA OBRAR 20 EUROS MÁS POR NOCHE! (EVIDENTEMENTE NO PAGAMOS PERO HAY QUE TENERLO EN CUENTA). • ARTOZOUL (6/5): Géographie ++, intérieur décevant - Proximité à pied de la gare du midi (10 minutes à pied à peu près) Proximité à pied des points stratégiques lors de balades sympathiques le soir. Frigo, plaque de cuisson (non utilisée mais présente), micro onde, ( non branché mais présent) Présence de chiffon en vrac sur l évier avec du papier dessus. Une seule serviette de douche, pas d essui main, pas de torchon sec. La télécommande de la tv ne fonctionnait pas car les piles étaient en très mauvais état. Je l ai chercher pendant longtemps car introuvable. J avais téléphone et on devait me rappeler après renseignement auprès d une autre personne. Pas de nouvelle. Peu d eau chaude. J avais froid en sortant de la douche à chaque fois. L eau ne sortait pas du pommeau mais du tuyau.

• Estela (7/5): - La sala de estar y la habitación muy amplia Tardamos en acceder 45 minutos pq aún estaban limpiando el apto. Una pata de la cama estaba rota. Si hay tele pero no enchufe de antena, inservible. La persiana del salon sin cuerda. El baño aunque lo limpiaron delante nuestro faltaba un poco mas de bayeta. El resto todo bien y la relación calidad precio muy buena.
• CARLOS (8/5): - La localización y el alojamiento están muy bien. Sitio limpio y con espacio. Días antes escribí al alojamiento y no hubo respuesta. No recibimos ninguna indicación de entrada al apartamento, al llegar ahí llamamos por teléfono y en menos de 10 minutos vino alguien y nos abrió.
• Adrián (1/5): NO LO RECOMIENDO - Lo unico que nos gustó fue que estaba cerca del centro No habia absolutamente nada de agua caliente, solo salia 1 minuto por ducha como máximo De las 3 estufas radiadores del aprtamento solo funcionaba 1, en la habitacion hacia un frio del quince. La television no funcionaba No habia almohada en la cama solo un par de cojines finísimos, Volvemos con un dolor de cuello brutal. Entiendo que para lo que cuesta tampoco se puede pedir mucho pero creo que estas cosas son indispensables.

• Zama (1/5): Peggiore esperienza di sempre - Niente Proprietario non reperibile, non risponde ai messaggi e il numero non é corretto. Abbiamo aspettato fuori per 20 minuti, poi abbiamo citofonato alla casa di fianco e quando ci hanno aperto ci sono stati lasciati in mano degli asciugamani tutti stropicciati e piegati male. Eravamo in 3 ma non era stato montato il letto per la terza persona e ci siamo messi a cercare in casa delle lenzuola e un cuscino per montarlo da soli. Niente carta igienica, abbiamo dovuto citofonare nuovamente per farcene dare un rotolo. In bagno, attaccata alla porta, c'era una gruccia con stese 3 mutande da donna. La cosa più grave è che l'acqua calda non funzionava e ci siamo dovuti lavare a pezzi per 3 giorni. Per fortuna non siamo rimasti di più. Niente prese vicine ai letti, niente comodini, niente luci se non quella centrale, niente phon. Nello sportello dell'armadietto in bagno c'erano dei prodotti e dei rasoi con scritto di non toccare. Sopra al water c'è una caldaia bassissima con ragnatele di polvere che penzolavano a pochi centimetri dalla testa. La ragazza che ci ha dato gli asciugamani e un rotolo di carta igienica é venuta a riprendere la gruccia con le mutande e quando le abbiamo chiesto un numero per contattare in caso di necessità ci ha detto che loro la puliscono e basta e non possono darci numeri (in un inglese più che maccheronico), che c'era quello di Booking. A cui però non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Ah e la prima volta che mi sono seduta sul letto é cascata una gamba centrale del letto e l'abbiamo dovuta ri-incastrare per non avere il letto pendente da un lato. La casa non era lontanissima dal centro, però il quartiere non dava per niente l'idea di sicurezza, era molto "etnico" per così dire

• Ruslan (5/5): - Хорошее место расположения, в центре города. Никто не встретил в указанное время. Заселение - это квест. В квартире не чисто. Очень не удобный душ, вода льется по всей ванной комнате, от чего в квартире сырость. Пароль от Wi-Fi нигде не указан, пришлось узнавать у соседей.

• Anish (8/5): Nice apartment close to the train station - We stayed here with the family. The place is very close to the train station and well maintained. The surroundings are a bit dodgy, but that is not a fault of this place - it is just Brussels. Overall a nice place to stay for a couple of nights Communication with the owner is a bit difficult as he does not react quickly. We were worried that we will reach the apartment and there will be no one to hand over the keys. However, in the end everything worked out and actually once we met the owner is quiet friendly
• Simone (4/5): - L’appartamento avrebbe potuto essere ottimo se fosse stato mantenuto più pulito. La posizione è eccellente, a soli 15 minuti dal centro. La comunicazione con l’host è stata quasi assente: abbiamo dovuto attendere a lungo prima di ricevere le indicazioni per accedere all’alloggio. Le lenzuola per il divano letto non erano pronte e si trovavano, maleodoranti di vecchio, all’interno di un armadio. Eravamo in quattro, ma abbiamo trovato soltanto tre asciugamani. Alla nostra richiesta di averne almeno un altro ci è stato assicurato che sarebbe arrivato, ma dopo 24 ore non è cambiato nulla. L’appartamento in sé non è male, ma la scarsa attenzione dell’host incide molto sulla valutazione complessiva. Con pochi accorgimenti, l’esperienza potrebbe migliorare sensibilmente.

• Tim_livesey (5/5): low cost get away but only for a day really - ease of location to get to market, train station and into centre its a nice walk Noise from hosts abov at night time as you could hear everything blinds of the main window were not working noise from the street at night time, could have done with extra windows in to reduce this down as there was certainly plenty of space for it lack of information from host or welcome book when arriving as where things are beds not the best and poorly built

• Sheryl (7/5): Pleasant Stay - Location: 12 min walk from midi and 1.3 kms from grand place. 20 min walk to board flibco bus. Nearest stop is Jue de balle. Family: Suits for family with kids. Groceries: Better to buy groceries and milk from city center carrefour market when you return back to room. Over all it is really good. Land lord stays in next building you can ring bell, if can’t reach by phone Bathroom was good but bath place is small but that should be OK for a temporary stay. May be check in can be from 12.0 PM instead of 3.0 PM. Travellers having kids can place their luggage and go for site seeing.

The property is located in a slum; even though we advised the property of our arrival time we had to wait 45 min in front of the building before we were handed a key from an adjacent door; the bedding did not fit; there were no towels; food items and toiletries from previous stays were still in the room; the he bathroom very dirty. It was as if we were living a nightmare; we stayed the first night as we did not have another place to go; we were going to give it another try the second night when the owners above, living above us, had a huge fight with shouting and continuous screaming until midnight when we decided we to leave the property;

• Jennifer (6/5): Good location but apartment needs a good clean - Close proximity to town centre and within walking distance to Grand Place. The apartment was OK but could do with a good clean and ventilation. There was a musty smell during our stay and towels were stained. The sheets didn't look freshly washed either.
• Alexandra (5/5): Okay for one night, wouldn’t stay again. - The location was great and a quick walk to the city center where we wanted to go. It was nice for an overnight stay. No information about the booking was provided to us prior to arrival so we were unsure on how to enter the property. The WiFi password was not posted in the house and we did not receive a response from the host. A small piece of paper was later located on the back of a shelf with a wifi password written on it.
• Vlad (1/5): Worst ghetto I ever visited. Shame - The worst experience ever. Located in a real ghetto, very dirty and dangerous part of the city. Our car was crashed buy locals from that hood, but the house owner told us that is ok to park there, they stole few things from us and in the end the police didn't arrive after the request. Some of that freaks had guns. No safe parkings in the area, all of them have got terrible reports about robberies. Apparently local freaks lives just around. noisy, and super scary at the night and evening, the trash been was totally full inside the kitchen.

• Anaïs (10/5): Fabby location - great host - comfy bedding - Great location. Surrounded by beautiful modern and antique stores, plenty of cafés and a bougie vegan one too! Traditional Belgian bars at a plenty, and a cute market just 3 minutes walk away. Train station 2 minutes away. Apartment was perfectly clean. Bedding for the sofa bed was incredibly plush and didn’t give pains for the morning. Fully functioning fridge and plenty of amenities (salt, tea, coffee already there). And, finally - our host was lovely! Great communication and kindly allowed for early check-in to drop off bags. The TV was not working but he quickly came over to fix it for us. I would come back here.
• Hanna (2/5): Very poor - It’s really near to downtown We lived without any internet all the days , owner of apartments said that he will fix that problem, but then he stop to answer. Also there is no air conditioner and hairdryer. Shower looks messy.
