• Maria (10/5): Espectacular - Es todo maravilloso. Recién reformado, todo limpio y nuevo, unas vistas increíbles, una cocina muy bien equipada, camas y almohadas comodisimas. La anfitriona es encantadora, nos dejó algo de comida y un ramo de flores! Nada!!

Empfang war sehr freundlich. alles total sauber. gut ausgestattete Küche. Betten sehr bequem! alles war sehr gut

The view f rom the balcony is stunning. If you like a real Spanish experience, this is the place for you . Nothing

• Alan (8/5): Once access and bedding sorted, the stay was perfect. - Location was perfect and front terrace ideal for November breakfasts and sunsets. Full size kitchen worked extremely well. Would have booked 2026 November stay but already booked out. Parking was not an issue at this time of year. Promenade walk into town was lovely. Checkin was a nightmare as previous tenant allowed late check out. We expected 4pm checkin but was asked to arrive at 5pm only to find that’s when cleaner entering the premises to start. Asked us to come back at 6pm when cleaner gave us key outside apartment. When we looked around all bedding soaking wet on dryers on the two balconies. Took us until 21:30 to get access to spare linen cupboard. The rest of the months stay was hassle free and relaxing. Don’t think owner will extend checkout again!

• Slavex (9/5): - Очень комфортные апартаменты. В каждой комнате кондиционер, очень просторно. Хорошие удобные кровати. Вид из окон просто восхитителен. Пребывание как у кого-то в гостях, апартаменты очень уютные. Большой выбор посуды и столовых приборов. Готовить очень удобно. Уборка желает лучшего. Но это вопрос к обслуживающему персоналу, а не к аппартаментам.

Y fue de agradecer que nos dejaron salir mas tarde porque ese día no había otra reserva No me gustaron las almohadas eran muy incómodas. Y cuando llegamos no teníamos toallas secas, había dos tendederos con ropa de cama y las toallas que todavía estaban húmedas.

• Juan (10/5): - The apartment is in an ideal location, with supermarkets nearby and great bars. The view from the balcony is amazing, Plus, all rooms have A/C, and the kitchen is big enough to cook.
• Asun (10/5): Muy recomendable! - Nos gustó todo, la ubicación muy buena, al lado de la playa y todo lo que se necesita. El piso está muy bien, es tal cual como en las fotos, muy completo y cómodo. Nada, ninguna pega!

• Mattia (9/5): Perfect stay in Almeria - The location and the facilities overall are some of the best I've ever had in a while. The flat is really nice, spacious, equipped with all amenities, supplies, and appliances. Very well recommended. The flat did not seem to have been cleaned properly before arrival, the floors were with lots of dust, particles, and other debris. The air conditioning units had cockroaches coming out of them, meaning they could have been checked/desinfested before arrival.

• Michael (10/5): Great weeks stay, right on beach, plenty to do and see, everything in walking distance, amenities are well equipped, we - Great location, beach, restaurants, and city within walking distance, quiet at night , had great nights sleep, great indoor space, great facilities with dishwasher, washing machine, iron, TV, comfortably sofas, etc Nothing really negative to be fair, probably ( and we are being picky) could do with a more comfortable seat on the balcony… but that is as I say being picky..would definitely stay there again

• Marta (10/5): Exceptional - This place is HUGE! It has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. View from the balcony is mersmerizing - you see sea:) The area is very quiet. At night, I could hear the waves. At the same building, you will find great cafe with good lunch deals. This is a residential area, so there are many shops in the neighbourhood.
• Mark (9/5): Too short a stay, close to perfect, would return in a momenjt - The location was amazing. A few stories above the beach, right on the beach with ample glass overlooking the malecon, sand and ocean. And just a few minutes to walk downtown. We also walked to Old Town and some Roman ruins. To have the beach, malecon and Old Town so close was a treat. And the windows facing the beach did a great job of keeping down the sound. No road to worry about so it was just people walking by and the sound of the ocean. It was off season but still busy on the beach with temps in the high 60'sF. It took us about 20 minutes to find a parking spot and got lucky as one opened just behind the building. We were visiting in the off season January so Im guessing parking in High Season is impossible. The other issue Ive come to expect even though the apartment was nicely renovated, there was still noise from the apartments above. Toilets flushing, people talking and walking about could be heard. Again, to be expected in an older building with the center shaft for hanging laundry seems to be the culprit. Didnt get great sleep but I would rent the unit again and bring ear plugs it was that well situated and the views were just awesome.
• Fernando (10/5): The lady in charge was very helpful and really made us feel very comfortable. - The location is awesome, a clear view of all the beach from the living room/terrace. All the furnitures are new, heater/ac in each room. In general the flat is in very very good condition. Nothing!

• Matt (10/5): Exceptional - This property is very well equipped seeming to be almost new. Furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed including a great coffee machine. Being SW facing it stayed fairly cool for most of the day and efficient blinds kept the afternoon sun out. Pictures don't do it justice, it really is lovely. The common areas in the block could do with some attention.
• Anne (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was excellent, for two of us there were plenty of towels, linens and a few welcomed extras such as coffee pods, kitchen rolls, washing powder. Excellent location, comfortable beds, balcony, good air con. Check in was fairly easy, even without the app. Great proximity to the beach. Better than photos. Noise of neighbours was a little annoying, but not overly.
• Mary (9/5): Lovely relaxing stay in a very Spanish area - Location in Spanish sea side resort, directly facing the sea. Accommodation has everything you good need. Lots of local restaurants and tapas bars The beach has no sunbeds or shade available and it was very hot. Would have been useful for host to provide beach chairs and an umbrella ( we purchased a beach brolley and left it in the apartment for others to use. ( however only a cheap one). Your only option is to lie on a towel or purchase chairs. Note very little English spoke by locals but you can get by
