• KEI (8/5): A cozy and convenient apartment - A quiet apartment located a little away from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. Besides the living room, it has a separate bedroom, offering plenty of space for three people. We stayed for two nights, and the apartment was fully equipped with heating and air conditioning, as well as a well‑stocked kitchen. It’s perfect for travelers who want a peaceful and slightly longer stay. The manager warned mosquitoes, but fortunately we only saw a few. But, a large number of small flies were breeding in the bathroom, so some measures may be necessary. Also, we felt the fee of 20 euros per night for a dog was quite high.

• Neslihan (9/5): - Die Lage ist top, zentraler geht es nicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt genügend Hand- und Badetücher und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man ganz gemütlich kochen kann. Es gibt im Badezimmer leider sehr viele Abortfliegen.

Nic nám nechybělo, ubytování disponuje vším, co jsme potřebovali. Apartmán se nachází v klidné části, 10 min od nám. sv. Marka. "Za rohem" obchod otevřený do 21h, výborná pizzerka...
• María Alejandra (8/5): Nos enamoro venezia - El depto es muy lindo ,el chico muy amable, el lugar es alejado de lo más turístico, pero eso nos permitió descubrir venecia y eso nos enamoro de ella. La verdad lo pasamos muy lindo. Lo único para recomendar ver, es el tema del sillón cama ,como nosotros éramos 4 personas grandes,el mismo es muy duro.(quizás para niños este bien).

• Roberta (8/5): - L'host ci ha agevolato per quanto possibile per il check in. La pulizia era buona e l'alloggio spazioso. Lontano dalle rotte turistiche ma a pochi minuti da Riva degli Schiavoni, perfetto per stare tranquilli ma anche comodi per visitare la zona più centrale. Scomodo per gli spostamenti verso la stazione e piazzale Roma per i quali è consigliabile utilizzare il vaporetto.
• Michael (7/5): Overall Pretty Good - The location was amazing! It was a pleasant area and very close to the main sites. The kitchen facilities were pretty good and the bathroom was nice and clean. The lady that greeted us was lovely also. The apartment had a damp smell but I imagine a number of places in Venice do. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable (especially the near side) and would recommend the host upgrade this as that had a huge impact on how we slept and our overall experience.

• Zoë (8/5): Great location for a short break! - Excellent location and lovely staff, the terrace was a gorgeous addition and it was clean. It was very quiet at night and had everything we needed for our week in Venice! I'd say "sleeps 4" is a bit of a stretch - the main bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed not at all. One side was okay, but the other side was rock solid and my feet hung off the edge (I'm only 5'4) so keep that in mind. The blanket was also very small for two of us sleeping on there..

• Frantisek (7/5): Good apartment for your 3-night stay in Venice - The host came to meet us to deliver the keys. Very friendly and respectful. He provided all the info we needed about the apartment, which was situated about 10 min walk from San Marco basilica. The air condition came very handy as it was still 30 degrees at 8pm. Great thing to have to come back to after 2-3 hours of exploring. Also several grocery stores are all around if you want to cook a quick meal. Dinner at a nearby restaurant for a family of 4 is about 150 euro. The best gelato is the Gelato di Natura :) The size of the apartment was smaller than we thought from the photos. There is no washing machine or a welcome basket as you can see on the photos. The backyard is a nice feature however not much useable on hot summer days with mosquitos all around. There is not enough comfortable sitting in the apartment as the sofa was used as a 2nd bed. The floor was dirty underneath. There was a little bit of a bad smell in the apartment. The kitchen is one cook kitchen only, very tiny however equipped well to make a meal. The TV doesn't really work as good which we only used after coming back from outside adventures.

• Anca (9/5): Perfect for Venice Biennale visit - Great location, i appreciated the patio in the back since the living room was transformed in a bedroom - we were 3 people. Very small fridge, kitchen was very tight and there was no corkscrew. I bought one and left it there for the next guest.

Close enough to San Marco and Vaporetto to be convenient, but far enough away to provide peace and quiet. The property was (and still is) advertised as having a washing machine, but the host explained that he did not properly install it and it is not working. Also, the bed was not as comfortable as expected.

• Daryna (9/5): Cozy, clean, wonderful location - It was a wonderful accommodation with great location, clean and cool even without turning on the AC. It has everything you need, AC, small kitchen with utensils, more than enough space for 3 people. Also has a cozy inner patio. By foot you can get to all main attractions and sea ports in 10-15 min max A toilet sit is cracked, if not careful will get a pinches on your buttox every time. A shower really need a refreshment, the showerhead is leaking and shower cabin letting water to the floor. Be careful with washing machine, it tried to take a walk in the apartment, so better not left it alone.
