• Jack (8/5): Very good - Very ambient and stylish. Beautiful old building, floors and windows, mirrors, outdoor courtyard. Atmospheric. Very secure. The cheap pillows (way too fat with no flatter ones as an option). And sorry to say, but the musty smell most noticeable in the bedroom (similar to cat’s piss or general dampness - as it’s a lower ground level apartment). These were the only two negatives but both affected the quality of the stay. Otherwise, we loved it.
• Kate (10/5): Lovely apartment to explore Florence - It was very cute, very spacious for two people and had a lovely outdoor area. It was well stocked for cooking and eating at home, had facilities for washing, a nice bathroom and comfy bed. It is a tiny bit out of the way from the main part of town - that being said, it’s very close to a train station so that was convenient. Really, there were no complaints.

• Christopher (5/5): The patio is quite nice. - There is a nice patio, and its walking distance to Campo Di Marti train station. There was a very strong sewerage odour during the 5 days we stayed. I spoke to other tenants and they said it was an ongoing problem. The apartment is located at the bottom of the stairwell next to the maintenance rooms, so l assume that is the source of the issue.
• Kelsey (10/5): A home away from home in Florence! - I cannot stress enough how PERFECT this place was for our week-long stay in Florence! Matais was a great host, super responsive any question we had prior to arriving and during our stay. His colleague Lorenzo met us when we arrived to the property to show us how everything worked and there was even a guide that had tons of recommendations of places to eat, drink, and helpful instructions about the apartment. The location was a 10/10!! The neighborhood is quiet, located a 2 min-walk away from the Campo di Marte train stop, and a very short walk into the city center. Also conveniently located on the street of two supermarkets! If you didn't want to walk, there were always scooters parked near the apartment which made for quick and convenient transportation if we wanted to get anywhere quicker than walking! Our stay was during a VERY hot heat wave, so coming home to the AC blasting was a massive plus! Doing laundry was a breeze and there was line drying out on the patio! (which the patio was amazing!!!) Overall we truly felt like this apartment was a home away from home equipped with everything we needed for a long stay in Florence! I would come back and stay here over and over again! Literally nothing, this was a perfect stay!!!

The host was extremely helpful, from before to during our stay. Matías was very fast at responding to any enquiry and always eager to help. The property was about a 25 minute walk to the Piazza de Duomo
• Wan (7/5): Is a nice one bedroom apartment suitable for couple. - The apartment location is good and in quiet area. Easy to get to tourist destination. Overall everything is good, in summer if you open the window at night will have mosquito. Other than that the A/C function well.

There was also so many amenities throughout the property - there was everything you could need and more! The patio was also beautiful. The host was extremely helpful, from before to during our stay. The property was about a 25 minute walk to the Piazza de Duomo and very close (around 5 min walk) to Campo di Marte train station. Also close to lots of bus links. Overall we definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence! The bed was very squeaky and upstairs neighbours were a bit noisy in the mornings and at night
