• welwin (6/5): Malaga stay - The location was good, easy to access everything. Beds were comfortable. Showers weren't great, one was a tub with no pressure and the other looked like a closet with plastic lining. 3rd sofa bed can only fit kids.

• bruno (5/5): Great location but too noisy - The location is great - all landmarks, even the beach at walking distance, do just perfect The apartment is not as bright & shiny as on pictures, interior is slightly dated and would need to be freshened-up. The place was not really clean when we arrived, especially the bathroom with hair around the sinks. The air conditioning is not efficient. Only controlled from living room and giving poorly in bedrooms; and it can be hot in August :( Worst part is the noise. First from the street which can be quite noisy at night & early morning when people going out of clubs. But worst is coming from apartment above, certainly Airbnb, that can host apparently big groups, and if like us, you are unfortunately at the same time as wild young Germans, then you are doomed !

• Concezzi (3/5): Avevamo paura ogni volta che entravamo ed uscivamo dall’appartamento. L’interno era come in foto e la posizione era otti - la posizione Partendo dal fatto che le indicazioni per l’accesso della struttura NON sono chiare e mi è stato inviato un link da compilare con tutti i documenti delle persone con cui ho viaggiato solamente una volta che stavo davanti la porta del palazzo. Ci abbiamo mezzo mezz’ora per compilare il link. La porta dell’appartamento è poco visibile e si tratta di una maniglia dunque apribile anche da fuori… infatti bisogna aprire due porte fortunatamente per entrare. La prima di queste due ha un codice, che poi non ha più funzionato però c’era la chiave. Dopo aver passato UN’ORA a capire come entrare e a parlare con una della struttura che non sapeva bene l’inglese e non rispondeva alle domande che facevamo siamo entrate. L’esperienza peggiore è che nelle scale tra il 4 e il 5 piano vivevano delle persone, mangiavano, fumavano (droga) DENTRO l’edificio e appena arrivati ci hanno anche parlato. L’ultimo giorno c’era un odore di urina così forte che dovevi trattenere il respiro fino all’entrata in ascensore, fortunatamente c’era l ascensore sennò io e le mie amiche avremmo sicuramente cambiato alloggio. Io ho riferito che c’erano queste persone e che erano strane e mi è stato risposto con “non possiamo farci nulla, saranno abitanti di altri appartamenti del palazzo”. Da denunciare davvero. La pulizia era scarsa, il secondo giorno abbiamo trovato una blatta nel bagno più piccolo. Non ci tornerei mai e sconsiglio a tutti sopratutto a famiglie con bambini di venirci.

• Karamjot (1/5): Disappointing Stay, Would Not Recommend - We booked a 3-night stay as a family of four, including two children, and while the location of the apartment was good, unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. Upon arrival, we were unable to shower as the water temperature was lukewarm at best. As we arrived at 11:30pm, the following morning I messaged the host about this, hoping for a solution, but while waiting for a response, the apartment lost all power. We were stuck in a dark apartment with no electricity at all. We decided to leave and hoped the issue would be resolved while we were out. When we returned, the power was back, but a foul sewage smell filled the apartment, coming from the ensuite shower. It was unbearable. By 9pm on our first day, we had to find alternative accommodation. This was incredibly frustrating, especially with two children in tow. The hosts agreed to refund half of our payment, but we felt this was insufficient given that we spent less than 24 hours in the apartment, lost a day dealing with the issues, and had to incur additional costs for a new place to stay. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing. What we had hoped would be a relaxing trip turned into a stressful ordeal. While we didn’t want to harm anyone’s business, it wouldn’t be fair to let others experience what we went through.

• Ella (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment with perfect location. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms really came in hand when travelling with more people. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was impeccably clean. I would definitely stay there again.

• Mignini (9/5): Superb - Large, comfortable, quite apartment in the heart of the city center. Well equipped. Plenty of restaurants, museums and touristic attractions nearby. Perfect for families, also with children. The hosts sent me information via WhatsApp. Although they provided me exhaustive information, they did never answer my questions, I only received automatic messages as answers.

• Catherine (8/5): Fantastic location, great facilities and super host. - The location of the apartment could not have been any better. We were in super close walking distance from all of the sights and restaurants etc. Right in the heart of the city away from the most touristy hotels and attractions it was perfect for our midweek break. Getting in/accessing keys was super easy with really good information provided with the host. The apartment host was super responsive during our stay. The apartment itself was really big, more space than we needed with great TV setup, kitchen appliances and pots,pans etc. The second bedroom got quite warm at night as there is no ventilation such as windows etc. Was ok with the door open but something to keep in mind in the warmer weather. The smaller bedroom did not have much noise reduction and could hear a lot of banging and talking etc from the upstairs neighbours at all hours. Not great if you are a light sleeper.

• Christos (7/5): Great place and location - though not enough bedding for 5. - The location of the property was fantastic We booked and paid for 5 people though there were only bedding for 4 people. Even though we communicated and were going to get extra blankets this didn’t happen so my daughter had to sleep on the couch covered by towels for warmth.
• Katarzyna (10/5): Wonderful time - The apartment is located on the top-fifth floor of a historic building in the very center of the city. The height protects you from the noise from the street, which in Málaga is important if you need to sleep well. The location is very good. Close to the sea and the most important monuments of Malaga.

• Dominika (10/5): Central comfort stay in Malaga - The location is perfect, you re in the middle of Centro histórico. The apartment is spacious and really pretty, beds are super comfortable. It was very easy to find and do self check in with Loreley s instructions. Check out was also super easy. Highly recommend to stay there.

• Jose (6/5): as mentioned above, the location was great, as were the staff. however the apartment lacked a lot of things which it nee - location was fantastic, size of the apartment overall was great for a family of 4, hosts were always available whenever we needed and very helpful lack of coffee machine, clothes washing machine didn’t work which left us with a back log of dirty laundry, wifi didn’t work for the last two days, beds were too small and very uncomfortable, lounge room wasn’t a comfortable place to relax because there wasn’t enough couch space and the couch was hard, one shower head wasn’t on the wall and the other shower blocked up and filled with water at the base, one toilet wasn’t working properly and finally a loud group of young mean in the apartment below smoking marijuana and cigarettes and the smell was coming into our apartment . very unpleasant
