• Larbi (9/5): - Accueil et départ tres facile, hôte très accommodant.
• michel (4/5): - L'emplacement. L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé. Vue sur une petite cour et vraiment très peu de lumière naturelle donc obligation d'avoir toujours la lumière allumée. Comme c'est un appartement nous avions pensé pouvoir y cuisiner. Le matériel de cuisine est très sommaire ..... il n'y a pas de table et chaise pour manger. Le canapé est en très mauvais état... Dommage.

• Suzanne (8/5): A lovely apartment that could be fantastic with better seating. - The location is great, walking distance to many sites and to the metro or buses. The beds are comfortable. The host is very friendly and responsive. Early access and a bit later departure were possible and easy. The seating in the main room. It would be great to have a small table with 2 chairs, “café” style. The couch is very uncomfortable.

• Chi Chun Jacky (8/5): Quite good place to stay considering price and location. - Staffs response really quick and kind, the location is really conviennent, close to metro (only one stop to Sol) and many museum. A bit small and doesn’t have oven. A bit of smell in the small room.

• Milan (10/5): Great stay - The location is great.Beds are great. Great coffee machine ( better than in the bars). Many stores and bars close around. With some very small investments this apartment can be improved a lot. The sofa is very uncomfortable. There should be a small table there with at least 2 chairs. A TV in the bedroom would be great. Improvement of the sound isolation would also be great. A few more towels for our 5 day stay, and a few more toilet papers. As said, all mentioned would not cost a lot but would make a great difference. Nevertheless we still liked our stay.

• Daniela (10/5): Einfach Großartig - Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und sogar der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war top – was wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch die Kommunikation: immer unglaublich freundlich, super schnell und absolut unkompliziert. Check-in und Check-out waren total easy. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! P.s. Es sieht alles so aus, wie auf den Fotos War alles super - vielleicht ein kleiner Fernseher im Schlafzimmer wäre noch toll (ist aber keine Kritik :))
• Claudio (9/5): Salvo los detalles muy bien, incluso enfrente está el bar la - La ambientación y limpieza estuvo muy bien , el departamento es cómodo para estar unas horas , cambiarse y dormir , te podes preparar sin problemas alguna que otra cosa para comer , pero contemplando el olor que puede quedar dado el Tamaño del ambiente Que no tenga bidet el baño Que de a un espacio interno donde se escuchan muchos ruidos y una de las habitaciones da aún pulmón donde se ve el baño del vecino abierto , con vista al inodoro y sus olores
• Ivonne (10/5): Estupenda - La ubicación súper central, el departamento es bonito y el anfitrión , Miguel, una súper persona siempre está disponible y muy gentil . Al frente del departamento hay un bar donde se come riquísimo y muy amables.

• FRANCESCA (7/5): Vicino ai musei, nel cuore di Lavapiès - L’appartamento si trova in un quartiere che a noi piace moltissimo, Lavapiès, multietnico, vivace, pieno di locali e ancora autentico sebbene in trasformazione. Siamo stati a Madrid nel periodo delle festività di San Lorenzo, patrono del quartiere: una festa partecipata e tradizionale ha attirato molte persone e animato ancor di più la zona, giorno e sera. In più la posizione è strategica per chi come noi voleva visitare i musei: a due passi, il Reina Sofia, Thyssen, Prado; non distante i centri culturali CentroCentro e Circulo de las Bellas artes. La stazione ferroviaria di Atocha è a dieci minuti a piedi. La casa è piccola ma dotata di tutto quello che serve; molto disponibile il proprietario per ogni evenienza e per qualsiasi informazione sul quartiere e su Madrid. Non da ultimo: l’aria condizionata funziona bene, essenziali le a Madrid d’estate! Vorrei segnalare un paio di aspetti, alcuni idealmente migliorabili altri strutturali. Se possibile cambierei/migliorerei gli infissi delle finestre e la serratura della porta (un po’ vecchi, fanno passare molta polvere). La casa non ha affacci sull’esterno ma solo sull’interno.
• Struthers (6/5): - We stayed for 6 nights and had messaged about clean towels but never got a response. We did not sleep well because the neighbor was up late almost every night and was very loud. Also, the shower and bathroom sink did not drain well.

• Andrea (10/5): Cozy gem in artsy neighborhood - Loved the location. Nice little shops, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Apartment comfortable for three people. Nice decor. Cozy feel.
• S (9/5): Terrific location with an accessible & informative host. - The location is absolutely absolutely terrific. All the main museums, eating, shopping, places of interest within a c.6 (Reina Sofía & the Carrefour) - 20 min (Prado & Thyssen-Borz) walk Check-in key collection was very swift with lovely breakfast tortilla too from Chulapa. The property host provided a comprehensive property pre-check in info plus a comprehensive list of suggested places to visit. The host was easy to contact & responds swiftly. The shower was terrific - hot & powerful - just what is wanted at day’s start & end. Atocha train station 10 min walk Would I stay here again - DEFINITELY. It was a bit cool in the apartment (weather outside cold & rainy) & took a while for the apartment to heat up. However once heated up all was good. Appart from that, everything else was great

• Hu (10/5): Just book the place! You won't regret it. - We had a wonderful time staying over here. Miguel was a friendly and wonderful host. The apartment is also beautiful, clean, quiet and with things you'll need. Highly recommend this place to everyone! Oh, super important! The bed is super comfy and with best support even for people who have had injuries. Nothing more to ask... N/A
• David (8/5): Nice apartment in good location for travel and sites. - Good location close to Atocha station, museums and Retiro. Pleasant and clean space internally. Nice having coffee and coffee maker. Miguel the owner was very helpful with essential information and suggestions about the neighbourhood, and easily contactable. As an interior apartment on first floor it lacks a little natural light.
• Frances (9/5): Superb - This is a very nice little apartment for visiting Madrid. It is close to museums, metro stops, and Atocha station. Everything was very nice and the building is very quiet. The air system worked well and the bathroom and kitchen were new. It was a great place for our family of three people. There were many bars and restaurants nearby.

Handy and friendly bar across the road. Found windows facing inner courtyard a bit strange but fine for a few days.

• Brooks (9/5): Sleek modern flat in a dynamic multi cultural neighborhood. - Modern and clean, just enough space. Neighborhood is vibrant and diverse, near major museums and attractions, great food and Metro access. The bathroom is very small by US standards. Not a dealbreaker at all, but something to be aware of. Sleeps up to 4 but third bed is a futon.
• Terry (10/5): Very enjoyable, I would definitely recommend this place. - The location was good , we had breakfast in the flat , one suggestion I would like to put forward is a small table ( possibly a folding table) and a couple of chairs would be great if you are eating in the flat. All was good.
• Marcus (10/5): Great little apartment near Lavapies, super helpful staff. - Very modern, very clean, fantastic location. Proprietor/staff (Miguel, in my case) was extremely helpful with loads of recommendations for bars, restaurants, and activities. Contains stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. The beds were fantastic (I like firm matresses). The photos give an accurate impression of the place. The apartment is quite small but well organised. There is no washing machine, but a laundromat just around the corner.
• Cheryl (10/5): Great little apartment in a vibrant part of Madrid, comfortable, clean and beautifully maintained. - Great location …nice ambiance… friendly locals and only 15 minute stroll from plaza mayor. Sofa not very comfortable…but wasn’t in the apartment often so not really a problem 😀

Miguel, the host, was very responsive, helpful and kind, thank you guy again. You can get anything you may need at home. Nothing, we would come back anytime.

• Maksim (6/5): Super small apartment close to major museums - The apartment was clean. It is situated right in the city center. The rooms are tiny. There is no sound insulation- you hear every word your neighbors say. All of the windows are facing a wall.
• Stepan (9/5): Excelent location, comfy beds, very helpful host. - The host was super helpful and he left us a very detailed manual with tips where to eat, how to get to the nearest subway station, etc. The location is superb, many places of interest are withing a walking distance. The property was very clean and just large enough for two adults and a kid. The beds were very comfy. The airconditioning was silent and worked as expected. Both windows of the property lead to inner yards, one being more a vertical shaft than a yard.

It also has everything you need and special little complementary things which make feel like at home. It was very illuminated and the building and the neighborhood were perfect. You can walk almost everywhere or take the metro. Nothing
