Dans ma salle de bain, évier bouché, douche sans pression... Le matelas était très fin, pas de rideaux à la fenêtre (sale). Pas de petit déjeuner. Pour une auberge de jeunesse à bon prix, pas de problème ! Pour un hôtel, ça coince...

- Jerez (9/5): Recomiendo - Me gustó que sea con autocheck in y en caso de llegar antes del horario te dejan guardar las valijas en la casa. Esta bastante bien equipada la cocina para cocinarte lo que quieras. Buena ubicación, cumple con lo que te describen. La cama se sentía un poco húmeda, el aire era medio viejo pero funcionaba y el ventilador no se podía poner muy fuerte porque oscilaba.

- Matias (6/5): Linda experiencia pero pueden mejorar mucho. - La ubicacion y el estilo del lugar, el precio. Si bien no tiene recepcionista la encsrgada dela limpieza fue muy atenta con nosotros. El colchon estaba vencido, se hundia. El baño era privado pero estaba en otro piso. Habitacion al lado de la calle, mucho ruido. Dificil descansar. Sumado a eso tiene muchas escaleras... si tenes mucho equipaje es complicado.

La habitación en la que me alojé estaba bien ventilada, tenía una ventana al exterior y, lo mejor de todo, está muy bien ubicada. Lo único que me pareció extraño es que en Booking.com el precio era de $66, equivalente a 350 reales, pero me cobraron 109.000 pesos, equivalente a 415 reales o más. No me gustó mucho, pero pagué. La estancia fue tranquila, dormí bien y la persona que me atendió fue muy amable.

- Lainey (1/5): Never again. - Location was the only good thing about this hotel. Stay away!! This hotel does not look anything like the photos. It’s incredibly dirty and run down. The ceiling in the kitchen looked as if it was going to collapse, and there was mold in both the kitchen and bathroom. The bedding had holes in it, the towels were threadbare and the bathmat had clearly not been washed. We were in a room below the street with no window that was very noisy. Would not repeat.
- Vanina (10/5): - La buena atención y facilidad del sistema para ingresar, además estuvieron atentos a que llegábamos antes del horario de check in. Incluye desayuno y está bien ubicado. No es que no me gustó, pero puede llegar a ser una sorpresa (que conlleva flexibilidad) el hecho de que el baño que le correspondía a nuestra habitación "chiarlo" está bajando unas escaleras y en la mañana hay que cruzar la gente que está desayunando para usarlo. Recién levantada y despeinada previo a ducharme si que fue al menos gracioso verme en esa misión.

- PABLO (6/5): Px una estadia fugaz, sin pretensiones, dde la ubicación sea el factor primordial - La ubicación del hotel es ideal. Es lo mejor para moverse en toda la ciudad. En general el hotel esta bien, como una casona refaccionada. Volveria a elegir la zona: caminable de día y de noche. Seguro para moverse si te gusta salir mucho -como a mi- de noche. Con bares y restó cerca. Si no tenes grandes pretensiones y practicamente la mayor parte del tiempo vas a estar fuera, y no queres gastar mucho. Es tu lugar. La habitación es muy pequeña, parece un pequeño ático adaptado con un pequeño baño. Le falta mantenimiento. Demora muchísimo en salir agua caliente y con muy baja presión. Y lo mas importante: el baño no tiene bidet!!! :'( Tambien podrian cambiar el colchón. Recomiendo consultar estos detalles antes de reservar.

- Maria Lucrecia (7/5): - Locacion central, las 3 chicas amorosas, habitacion y baño super limpio. Desayuno basico pero rico. El huesped puede hacer el check out y quedarse en el living el tiempo que necesite. El ruido de afuera fie constante durante la noche y fue imposible descansar. Nos quedamos en la habitacion cerca de la puerta de entrada y recepcion por lo qe no solo sentiamos el ruido de afuera sino las personas entrando y saliendo del lugar.

- Mejana (7/5): Safe, good for short stays. - Bed very comfortable, Lots of hot water for shower. Charming small house. Secure front door. Curving stairs, difficult to carry a large suitcase. They say breakfast but that is a do-it-yourself affair. I never figured it out.

The beautiful floor to ceiling windows opened so even though there was street noise, I had fresh air if I wanted. My room had an air conditioner. The floors were shiny. All guests staying there were interesting. The neighborhood is lovely. There are parks in every direction. Both were self-inflicted!! The stairs were narrow and I had some difficulty getting my heavy, large bags up to my room. I didn't print out the instructions before arriving to Argentina and didn't have wifi....therefore, there was a bit of confusion as to how to obtain the key. There's no sign out front so my driver didn't want to leave me at the doorstep. It all worked out in the end, though!

Despite his freindly approche the owner will over charge you at a poor rate too and charge me 16000 peso for a 142000 bill for using visa …11%!!! And asked it in cash… because its not permit by Law…lot of business will give you 10% discount if you paid cash rather that overcharging after. 50$us for that room is not good
