• Thamiris (9/5): Estadia ótima em Roma, perto do trem e com cama excelente! - Localização ótima, apenas alguns minutos a pé da Estação Roma Termini e da Basílica de Santa Maria Maggiore. Cama excepcional, muito confortável e com boa roupa de cama. Infraestrutura do quarto toda nova e boa. Acomodação limpa, funcionários atenciosos e amenidades no quarto. Poderia ter um aviso de porta para avisar à equipe de limpeza se deseja ou não a entrada no quarto.

• Goery (8/5): Un bon endroit pour dormir lors de longue journée dans Rome. - Situé vraiment proche de la gare centrale, mais aussi juste à côté de Sainte Marie Majeur. Les autres zones touristiques sont aussi accessibles à pieds (Colisée à 20mn). La chambre est très propre et fonctionnelle. Salle de bain bien agencée. Tout semblait casi neuf. Accès à la chambre en autonomie très facile (code sur les portes). Un bon endroit pour un court séjour et des nuits de repos. Nous avons demandé par message au propriétaire si nous pouvions laissé nos bagages quelque part pour notre dernière journée à Rome (après avoir rendu la chambre donc) et nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse... idem sur un conseil pour les laveries dans le quartier. Dommage de ne pas assurer une relation commerciale jusqu'au bout (bonne réactivité avant ça). Une seule petite fenêtre dans la chambre, que nous ne pouvions pas vraiment ouvrir (appareil type climatisation juste derrière la fenêtre).

Closing the window made a significant difference, but we could still hear a lot. It didn't ruin our stay at all. We just bought some ear plugs in the pharmacy.

L'insonorizzazione delle finestre non è un gran che. Essendo proprio su via Cavour c'è rumore fino a tarda notte e dal mattino presto. Bisognerebbe trovare una soluzione per chi ha il sonno leggero.

• Inge (4/5): Für das Geld haben wir mehr erwartet. Es sollte ein Hotel sein, ist es aber nicht. - Die Lage war 10 min vom Bahnhof entfernt und super. Das gebuchte Frühstück fanden wir in deine Schublade unter der Kaffeemaschine (Zwieback, Marmelade & Nutella). Zur Kaffeemaschine gaben sie uns die falschen Kaffeekapseln, es gab keine Milch oder Kaffeerahm. Im Badezimmer sind keine Abstellmöglichkeiten. Es gibt 2 Hänger für die Badetücher, weit weg von der Dusche. Der Lift / Aufzug ist schon sehr alt und sehr sehr eng sowie verstaubt und dreckig. Die fahrt mit dem Aufzug in den 2. Stock ( nach dem man die ersten Hürden von 5-7 Treppenstufen nehmen musst) war ein Erlebnis für sich. Die Aussicht war in einen verdreckten Hinterhof. Der geschlossene Balkon lud nicht zum verweilen ein, da es sowieso keinen einzigen Stuhl gab und es schmuddelig aussah. Weiter empfehlen kann ich dieses NICHT-Hotelzimmer nicht.

Le personnel est serviable. Ce n'est pas la faute des propriétaires, mais on a entendu le chien du voisin aboyer pendant au moin 2h... Et la porte d'entrée de la chambre était pas très insonorisé.

Good location and apartment modern & clean. - Great loaction, bed made every day, cleaned glasses and gave you new towel if left on the floor or folded neatly. Restaurants nearby and main bus terminal just afew minutes walk away to get to main tourist attractions. Maybe meeting someone at the property on a different day as got there late so checked in ourselves and didn't see anyone and no recommendations of anything in room. A little noisy at night but after 1 day of walking was fast asleep very quick.

Idealna baza wypadowa do głównych atrakcji z bliskością dworca, co ułatwiło komunikację z dalszymi zakątkami Rzymu. Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany, a obiekt godny polecenia. Hałas. Przy zamkniętym oknie bardzo słychać hałas z ulicy. Jest to główna ulica, także ruch trwa całą noc. Słychać również osoby w pokojach obok.

• Tatjana (9/5): I would recommend this hotel to my friends - Really helpful and polite stuff, available at any time. Cleaning perfect. Citi center, but so quiet during night. No objections really, the price is fair. Hotel is near Termini station, five minutes by foot, and close to main attractions. They have beautiful maps of all attractions for their guests, and the maps are free of charge.

• Daniela und Martin (7/5): - Wir waren in Zimmer 5, welches direkt an der Hauptstraße vom Bahnhof (Via Cavour) liegt. Das Fenster ist nicht ganz dicht. Für Personen, die Straßenlärm nicht gewohnt sind leider nicht zu empfehlen.
• CHARIKLEIA ANNA (10/5): Εξαιρετικό! - Εξαιρετικό! Ολα τακτοποιημένα και καθαρά! ΦΟΒΕΡΗ τοποθεσία, μετακινηθήκαμε με τα πόδια παντού, αν και το μετρο ηταν σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Επίσης φοβερή τοποθεσία γιατί μπορείς να μετακινηθείς εύκολα στο αεροδρόμιο. Ακριβως αυτο που χρειαζόμασταν για ένα τριήμερο!

El edificio donde se ubica es sucio, con fuerte olor a humedad. Ascensor minúsculo. Ventanas que aíslan poco del ruido de la calle con bastante circulación.

Gli infissi non proteggono in alcun modo come non proteggono dal freddo in inverno e immagino dal caldo e dal sole con la bella stagione. Il riscaldamento: il condizionatore è inefficace e molto rumoroso. L'ascensore adrebbe esposto in un museo di machine per mostrare come non si dovrebbero manutenere. Non un piano di appoggio per la valigia. Non un appoggio per i flaconi nella doccia. Non una coperta supplettiva. Non un appendiabito nella doccia e nella camera. Due mattine consecutive di mancanza di acqua fino alle ore 9-10. L'imposta comunale è stata riscossa online per la comodità della struttura che si permette così di non essere mai presente, ma a spese del cliente con un sovrapprezzo di 4,,4 euro, decisamente esoso per un costo bancario, così come giustificato dal fantomatico signor "Gennaro". Il rapporto soddisfazione/costo penso sia il pù insoddisfacente da quando uso booking.
