Josh (9/5): - Gorgeous stay. Likely one of only places with private pool + view of ocean + privacy around the pool (it is adjacent to a hill) Some maintenance issues, like wifi not working (they came to fix), AC in one room not working, and low pool level (and loud jets). Shower heads not very nice, etc. Not a huge deal or deal breaker for us (the place was fantastic overall) but it is nearby a wastewater treatment plant and so occasionally there is a slightly bad smell if the wind is blowing in the wrong direction.
