- Theresa (8/5): Im Großen und Ganzen hat es gut gepasst. - Lage ausgezeichnet, Organisation und Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert. Trotz sehr zentraler Lage in der Nacht ruhig. Das Bad ist extrem klein, Erdgeschosslage verunmöglicht offene Fenster in der Nacht. Aus den Buchungsinformationen geht nicht hervor, um welches Appartement es sich handelt, ob es eben zb im Erdgeschoss liegt.

Besonders angenehmen war ,dass man nach dem Öffnen der Tür direkt draussen war. Die kleine Küchennische war praktisch und gut nutzbar. Es war sehr ruhig. Habe keine Fotos. Die Internetverbindung war leider sehr schlecht oder gar nicht verfügbar.

- Anne (9/5): - Super zentrale Lage, perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zur Stadtbesichtigung. In jeder Hinsicht ausreichend ausgestattet. Es war sogar eine Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle vorhanden. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden eventuell Ablagen/Kleiderschrank fehlend, man müsste dann eben aus dem Koffer leben. Wegen der Besiedelung des Hinterhofes durch Tauben war das Fenster im Bad nur unter Aufsicht zu öffnen

- Besma (6/5): Laut - Die Lage ist top. Der Lüfter im Bad und der Kühlschrank waren ultralaut. Der Lüfter ließ sich nicht ausstellen, der Kühlschrank ist nachts immer wieder angegangen. Leider hatte ich dadurch sehr unruhige Nacht. Man kann den auch nickt ausschalten. In dem Appartement wurde viel aus wenig Platz gemacht, man liegt mit dem Kopf fast am Kühlschrank.

- Thomas (10/5): - Zentrale Lage und Anbindung mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln, wenn man in der Lage ist, gut zu gehen. Bei Lungen- und Herzkranken könnten die Höhen der Altstadt anstrengend sein. Die Unterkunft ist aber mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Die Tübinger Altstadt ist sehr alt erhalten mit unebenen Plastersteinen, die festes Schuhwerk empfehlen. Unser dunkelblau gestrichenes Apartment 11 liegt fast ebenerdig. Küchenzeile ohne Herd, mit Microwelle, haben wir nicht genutzt, wie auch dem TV nicht. Die Fußbodenheizung erwärmt Schlafraum und Bad gut. Für mich war das Bett ideal, weder bretthart noch durchgelegen, wachte nicht wegen wunder Stellen auf. Das Bad ist top eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit Familie Riedel war freundlich und gut. Sie kamen uns im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten bei Sonderwünschen entgegen. Bei weiteren Besuchen in Tübingen fragen wir gerne wieder an.

- Iria (7/5): Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt und ein angenehmer Ort! - Die Lage ist gut, mitten in der Altstadt, nah am Schloss. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Gefährliche und kaputte Steckdose in der Küchenzeile, die mir beim Benutzen entgegen fiel. Dusche war nicht dicht und hat den Boden im Bad unter Wasser gesetzt.

Zwei (!) TV´s. Lage sehr gut. Angemieteter Parkplatz wie besprochen und Preis (€ 7.00 pro Tag) in Ordnung. Nachts sehr ruhig und prima großes Bett. Dadurch ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Naja, das Bad hätte etwas größer sein können. Aber es ist ausreichend.

- Lydia (5/5): - Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zentral, soweit so gut. Allerdings führt die Zimmertür und auch die Fenster direkt auf die Straße/ den Gehweg, sodass Privatsphäre kaum möglich ist. Ich hatte den Eindruck, ich schlafe auf dem Fußweg. Und das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss, also wirklich jede/r der Passanten kann theoretisch ein Blick hinein und auf das Bett werfen. Lichtdurchlässige aber Blickdixhte Vorhänge gab es leider auch nicht. Ansonsten war die Einrichtung aber schön und ausreichend.

- Andrea (8/5): - Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Das blaue Zimmer ist perfekt für nur Übernachtung. Der Zugang zum Zimmer ist direkt an der Gasse ( Aufstieg zum Schloss) Offene Tür gewährt direkten Einblick der Passanten ins Zimmer.

- A (2/5): Very poor - 1.The host didn't message checkin instructions until we personally called his phone. 2. The curtains were not proper, especially given the nearby open to all alleys 3. The toaster was not clean 4. The apartment location is a good 10-15 min uphill walk from Neckerbruke. This can be an issue if one is traveling with luggage .
