- ANITZA (10/5): Normal - Cerca del metro No tenía camas suficientes para los 7 pax solo eran 4
- Shirley (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very polite and responsive. Our trip started super nicely when we arrived a bit too early too the property but the staff organized us to get in to the room. The place was clean well equipped, we had a good rest. None
- Ameia (8/5): This quaint and cozy stay has its unique charm and is definitely worth booking. - The location was a bit far since it's a little around the outskirts of Tokyo but the stay itself is near the train station, had a lot of accessible convenience stores, food shops, bars, and near the main roads. The area itself is also quiet and peaceful.
The hosts were also very responsive, accommodating, and friendly! Instructions on how to get into the apartment were also very clear. The big apartment was spacious enough to accommodate our group of 9 people, with all of us having our own personal space.
Each room had a smoke detector and aircon unit. The place is also cool and breezy, and we could feel the October cold weather perfectly.
The bathroom and shower area was also a big plus! The automated bathtub heating system, heaters, blowers, and bath essentials provided were great. They also have a laundry area that was very convenient.
The hosts also provided us with free portable wifi which we were able to use outside during our whole stay! ♥️ If you're looking for ultimate comfort and convenience from a modern apartment, this might not be for you. It's a little far from the different tourist places in Tokyo but having a nearby train station makes it okay.
The streets going to the place are a bit too narrow which made it difficult for our car service to get closer, so if you do want to stay, opt to be dropped off at the nearest corner. Still relatively easy so no worries!
Personally, we like the futons and staying on the tatami mats but for people who need to have an elevated bed is a must-have, this might be a downside.
It was a bit disappointing that it didn't have the iconic Japanese toilets with bidets but in a way, it adds to the rustic, authentic, cozy, and homey charm of a classic Japanese home without the frills. There is an available dipper in the laundry area though. One of the toilet's locks was also broken so we had to improvise to let others know someone was using the toilet. 😅 And if you have a big group with you, one downside is that there's only one bathroom so you'll need to work out a system or schedule to accommodate everyone's bath time.
- Joseph (7/5): It’s great! We enjoyed our stay. - It’s near from the station and the place is so spacious. There are some parts of the property that needs to be cleaned thoroughly but overall it’s bearable.
