• Diana (1/5): Unacceptable Hygiene Standards and Serious Health Concerns - Very disappointing experience overall. The apartment has serious hygiene issues that should not be ignored, and it is unacceptable to accommodate guests under such conditions. The bathroom was in extremely poor condition — the shower hose was so dirty that black particles were falling off during use, there was thick black grime around the shower cabin, and the entire shower system felt unstable and poorly maintained. Water was constantly running from both shower outlets, making it impossible to use properly. We also encountered a cockroach during our stay, and the explanation that it came from the open windows was unacceptable, especially since we arrived to find the apartment already ventilated with open windows. The overall cleanliness of the apartment gave the impression that it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. To make matters worse, my boyfriend developed severe bites and skin rashes during our stay. After a medical examination, we were informed that the bites were most likely caused by bed bugs. This is a serious health and safety issue that should never happen in accommodation offered to tourists. We were in communication with someone representing the apartment, and we were assured that we would receive €100 compensation. At the very least, this could have helped cover part of the damages and expenses caused by the bed bug situation. However, this was later withdrawn, and we were told they were actually referring to the return of the security deposit — money that should have been refunded regardless. We found this extremely unprofessional and misleading. I have never written a negative review before, but I believe guests should be informed when the standard is this low and when the conditions may potentially affect the health and safety of future visitors.

• noe (9/5): Super schattig appartement. - Super leuk en schattig appartementje in het hartje van Trastevere. De accommodatie had alles wat we nodig hadden. Nieuw sponsje, nieuwe vaatdoek en nieuwe handdoek ter beschikking. Douchegel aanwezig wat ook handig is in een appartement. (De meeste hebben dat niet) Genoeg kastruimte. Het trapje naar het super gezellig terrasje is niet zo handig voor personen die niet goed te been zijn. Maar wel heel schattig! Je zit om een half uur wandelen dan alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. Super lekker restaurant net lag het appartement! Het was een top verblijf! Als we nog eens naar Rome gaan, komen we zeker terug! Een klein minpuntje was de douche. De douchekop en douchesproeier kon je niet apart bedienen. Een mini min puntje daarom dat we dat ook niet gemeld hebben.

• Cecile (9/5): Joli appartement - Bon emplacement, grand appartement bien décoré, terrasse sympa, bien équipé (j ai pu faire 2 lessives et etendre le linge dehors sur la terrasse). 2 grands lits confortables. La bouteille de prosecco le jour de l arrivée fait toujours plaisir. Le système d ouverture de la porte était un peu compliqué. Les murs sont fins et on entend les voisins et la musique le soir (rue ?), mais ça ça vient du bâtiment.

• Ainhoa (10/5): Perfecto - Muy buena ubicación. El alojamiento es amplio y en una calle con comercios y restaurantes pero sin ruido por las noches. La terraza es una maravilla. Las almohadas muy incómodas para mi gusto.

Je krijgt 1 paar handdoeken en bij de 3e dag kregen we nieuwe voor 1 dag. Een dubbel paar van te voren zou prettig zijn. Ook krijg je maar 1 kleine tube shampoo, dat zou tegenwoordig gewoon een flacon aan de muur moeten zijn.

Lots of restaurants, mini markets and bars in close proximity Owners were lovely and met us on arrival to show us how the locks worked and kept in contact with us during the stay Lovely little welcome pack for arrival. Some others staying in the apartments showed no consideration when leaving. They dragged their suitcases down the marble staircase. This can’t be helped for the actual apartment itself which was perfect

• Moira (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location. - Super clean apartment in a great area with plenty of restaurants. We were met on arrival and nice touch with welcome gifts of wine/water. The bed was very comfortable ( good quality sheets and towels) and it was great to have the coffee machine. We were able to walk to all major attractions from here. Also availed of bag storage on departure at company offices about 10 mins from the flat. We arrived and left from Trastevere train station - direct line to Fiumicino airport in 30 mins. The door keys are a bit tricky but we managed ok.

We had everything we needed and wish we could have stayed much longer. The location was fabulous.. a quick walk to the heart of everything we wanted to see and do yet we felt like we could nicely slip away from all of the tourists and crowds. Also we loved all of the many bars and restaurants just outside our door and nearby streets and laneways.. it was amazing! Nothing

The property was well equipped and as described, with good water pressure in the shower. There was a bit of a musty smell on arrival. It was a bit noisy at night with other people arriving home during all hours of the night. And the lock/keys need attention. They are diabolical to open. Constant jiggling and lots of patience was needed to unlock the doors.

It had all the facilities we needed, good sized rooms and great little kitchenette for making breakfast / coffee in the morning. You do need to carry your bags up the stairs (1st floor) - this is fairly typical though, so wasn't too much of a hassle!

• Marta (9/5): Perfect stay in a Lovely Trastevere🫶 - Great place, well furnished and equipped. Very clean, comfortable, fast Wi-Fi, AC, and most of all in a fantastic location. Bottle of water and wine were waiting for us. Unfortunately due to delayed flight I couldn't make it before 20:00. Arrived 20:25 and paid 30 euro for late check-in. Drainage in the shower a bit slow but other than that everything was perfect. Will definitely return and recommend to my friends.

With many of Rome’s iconic attractions within walking distance. The apartment itself was tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with all the essential appliances one could need during a short stay There was one minor inconvenience, the shower water temperature was not as warm as we typically prefer however not a big problem since the excellent functioning of the heating system throughout our stay made the water temperature issue negligible

A few blocks away from the multiple bridges to Regola and Jewish area. Tram is also a few streets away. Many restaurants and two cafes right outside the door. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Bedroom bed was very comfortable. Host provided clean towels and TP on day 3. Good communication via booking app or WhatsApp. Building is a little noisy at night and early morning. Sofa bed is not comfortable. Shower does not drain well.

• Seibert (9/5): Great apartment in cool neighborhood. - Wonderful apartment in a vibrant neighborhood. had everything we needed, including a cool outdoor deck with table and chairs. A/C and Wi Fi worked great. A gentleman met us right when arrived and checked us in and showed us around. This place in in the Trastevere neighborhood just over the river from most attractions in Rome. It was quiet and very clean with nice furnishings. The area around the apartment is quiet but right across the street is the most energetic areas we have been to in a long time. We went for dinner and drinks every night. There was music everywhere, great restaurants and cafes. Lots of fun. Not a thing.

• Maria (10/5): Overall, all our state was lovely and a great start to our vacation! - The apartment was comfortable for a couple, nicely decorated, and clean. It was also located in a great location. There were only two minor things that we did not like. First, I don’t recall there being an elevator, which really wasn’t that much of a problem for us given that we were on the second floor. Second, the shower: the drain was very slow, and would accumulate in the shower. I suppose this is just a minor drain problem that they can readily fix. And there was no place to put your soap and shampoo, so you would have to keep it on the shower floor, which was inundated because of the drainage issue.  otherwise, the apartment was adorable and situated in a great location.
• Dagmara (8/5): Charming apartment, great location - The location and charm were spot on! The washer was an added bonus. Even had a metal air dryer. The wifi worked perfectly for all 4 of us. We used the pick up service option from the airport.Their driver Antonio was amazing!! I can not say enough great things about him. Before you read, please know we travel a lot so we are a bit more picky. A few things need some fixing. The side table in the living room was broken, as well as both of the bathroom sink and shower water spouts (not sure what they are called-when water goes out) Some deep cleaning would be great. As nice as the little roof porch (through the window) was. It does need some upkeep. The ant farm colony on the walls should maybe be sprayed. The dead flowers replaced.

It was quiet and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful in helping us organize transportation too! Would highly recommend!
