- Ndlovu (1/5): - I was basically scammed I arrived at the place after paying but the host never answered they phone I was left stranded in the street of jozinat night I had such a bad experience but I also blame booking.com because why are they still advertising a place which is no longer operating

I’m not happy because we did not end up staying at Maboneng Vibe. We tried calling the number provided, but it was not going through. Since we could not reach anyone, we had to book another apartment.
Please advise on how this matter can be resolved.

- Tebogo (1/5): - I rated everything bad because , I never checked in , property owner never gave me room number, never took my calls after my bookings was confirmed , he only sent what’s message to say I should cancel with Booking.com. I want my money back since I never got a room I paid for . Even booking. Com services agencies promised me lies that they will find me an alternative accommodation since they also can’t get hold of the property owner.
I want my money back, property owner and booking. Com has to sort this out as promised. Nothing never checked in was stranded outside in a city I don’t know anyone , because property owner never took my calls

- siyanda (1/5): Scam!!! - Nothing , cause I pay for my stay but we ended up not getting the place the host just ignored us and we had to go and look for a other place mind you we already paid for that place 2night even today the host never said anything to us !!!. The service from the host and we didn’t get any communication from the host
