• Stefania (8/5): Un bellissimo ricordo! - Chiavi consegnate personalmente, comunicazione con l'host sempre chiara e precisa. Aloisia molto attenta e presente ad ogni richiesta. La posizione dell'appartamento appartata, con parcheggio e comodissima a spiagge, supermercati e negozi ha reso il mio soggiorno bellissimo e SICURAMENTE lo consiglio ad altri guest! Le luci dell'appartamento: sarebbe ancora migliore con qualche luce in più poiché la sera risulta purtroppo poco illuminato.

• Marco (5/5): Speravo meglio - Ci ho pensato alcuni giorni prima di pubblicare la recensione ma dobbiamo essere sinceri. Il 5 è grazie ad alcuni aspetti positivi altrimenti il voto sarebbe stato ben peggiore. Tra Puerto del Rosario e caletta del Fuste, comodi per uscire e cenare, vicino all'aeroporto, facilità di parcheggio e posizione buona per girare tutta l'isola. La cosa più grave è quella che per entrare ed uscire dalla struttura ci vuole la chiave del cancello, peccato che sia difettosa. Un giorno, durante una forte pioggia, ci siamo trovati in 6 (4 fuori e 2 dentro) con 3 diverse chiavi a cercare di entrare. Dopo un numero indefinito di volte sono riuscito ad aprire. Ma come..... nel caso succedesse un problema la nostra evacuazione dalla struttura, e la nostra fuga, è dipesa da una chiave difettosa????? In qualsiasi struttura sia stato dall'interno c'è una apertura elettrica/manuale - non raggiungibile dall'esterno - per aprire la porta velocemente. Internet, soprattutto nei giorni di pioggia, andava pianissimo oppure era completamente assente. A fine 2025 devi fornire un servizio adeguato, e se quello della struttura non è sufficientemente veloce e stabile, ne fornisci uno personale. Cosa che hanno fatto altri amici che affittano appartamenti in Europa. Bagno, centrale nella casa e senza finestra (avevo visto dalle foto) ma questo deve essere almeno fornito della ventola di aspirazione, ancor di più se il bagno si trova tra la camera e la cucina. Il frigo si trova davanti al bagno ed alla camera (vedi foto), quando di notte parte il motore fa molto rumore. L'odore di umido, che si sente entrando, scaturisce dal sotto lavello (vedi foto). Le pareti hanno chiaramente subito infiltrazioni. Le spugnette sono dell'era pliocenica (vedi foto). Voi ci pulireste le pentole ed i piatti per poi rimangiarci? Nei giorni di pioggia arriva dall'esterno un rumore fortissimo. Probabilmente di una pompa posta all'esterno della parete di camera. Parte anche la sera tardi. Forse, nei giorni asciutti, non dovrebbe esserci, lo spero per voi. Pareti sottili, sentivo chiaramente le parole dei vicini (Veneti), e quelli di sopra facevano tantissimo rumore spostando di tutto a qualsiasi ora. Il divano ha fatto il suo tempo. Piatto microonde non originale.
• Szergej (10/5): - The hosts were incredibly welcoming and eager to make my stay enjoyable. The kitchen was impeccably equipped and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the internet was excellent. Parking was accessible, even if I returned late. And of course, the pool was so refreshing in the mornings. The location was very convenient, especially for those wanting to explore the island. I'll definitely be back. Everything was great.

• Paul (9/5): Great apartment for a quite relaxing break. I would be happy to stay there again - The apartment was great for a week away to relax.Perfectly functional, very clean on my arrival (no kettle but that wasn't a problem for me) The host was great communicating with via Whatsapp and kindly let me stay after check out time as my flight was delayed. The small complex was well maintained and very quiet. I like to walk so didn't get a car but if you want to travel around it is best to get a car, There are a couple of mini markets outside the back door for water etc,The big supermarkets are a 5 minute drive away. There area couple of bars and restaurants in the area. I would be happy to stay there again in the future. Thank you
