• Frederick (7/5): In my honest opinion still good to stay ! Only just some small - Accessibility to all areas and transportation. Near to supermarkets. Feels like home to do all stuffs. I’m sorry to say ,some small cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom when the lights are off they will come out. See them when you swicht the light on

• Hamu (7/5): Wir waren eigentlich rundum zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Stadt genossen. - Wir waren mit der Lage der Wohnung zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr gut zu erreichen. Mit Bus und Metro. Wir haben auf das Frühstück verzichtet und immer auf dem Balkon uns selbst Frühstück gemacht. Für Selbstversorger wären 2 kleinere Töpfe mehr in der Wohnung angebracht. So richtig nicht gefallen hat uns eigentlich nichts. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder nehmen

• Michele (6/5): Vacanze romane - La posizione era veramente strategica il pullman è il tram e a due passi dalla struttura. Purtroppo la pulizia dell'appartamento non era molto pulita, avendo un figlio con problemi di allergia, il proprietario il Sig. Andrea è stato molto disponibile per ogni mia richiesta, purtroppo non è da addebitare a lui il mio disagio in quanto si è affidato a persona sbagliate per la pulizia. Naturalmente la pulizia come si deve lha fatta mia moglie è il Sig Andrea ci ha fornito il tutto Sicuramente se ritorno a Roma terrò presente la sua struttura, e la persona squisita che è.

• Carla (10/5): Cozy place - This accommodation is a family flat, far of being the IKEA-style. There are bus and metro stations close by, aswell as grocery shopping. We were in 4 (family) and the place accommodated us very well. The staff was very helpful and replied very fast to questions.

• Verônica (1/5): I stayed because we were too tired when we arrived and I had a 76 years old with me, was cold etc - The apartment is close to the metro station and the breakfast downstairs was nice, they provided disposable toothbrushes, sleepers and little soap bars and the hairdryer was quite good As soon as we entered the apartment we were greeted by a cockroach beside the sugar and coffee machine, I killed it but on the next day, I saw one of the orphans in the kitchen The apartment was dusty and with every single cabinet door that we opened we found dusty junk, the was no tea towel or bath mat, the microwave was full of food splashed inside, the kettle had some strange white thing inside of it, and the coffee machine had stale water. The shower head would not stand and the inside of the toilet bowl was black.

• Caracoancea (7/5): 3 nights in Pigneto - Good location, you can reach the Malatesta metro station in 5 min. Apartament is comfortable, and there were some sweets as well :). I highly appreciate the automated check-in: you can open everything from your phone with the link provided by the host a day in advance. There is no need for any physical keys. Even though the apartment is on the 6th floor, you can hear everything from the street, every car, every discussion. We could sleep because we were very tired but otherwise it's very annoying. Also, I could't find the hair dryer.

The host was extremely responsive and courteous. I had an question about the washing machine at 7:30am, He responded immediately. Eventually he sent someone he trusted in to solve my problem. It was not a machine issue. Simply because I could not follow it due to language. The apartment has everything we needed. The aircon was good enough. Kitchen appliance all work. The shower functions with hit water. The location is good. We took bus everywhere. Bus stops were within 200-400 meters. We appreciate the host making our stay comfortable. The shower head was leaking. Thew shower place could use an all around blocker panel so that water does not easily get onto floor. If laundry liquid or powder provided, it would be even better.

• Simone (8/5): Nice apartment for families - The home was well equipped and spacious, close to the main means of transport. The air conditioning was very useful given the Roman summer. The owner even provided slippers and toothbrushes, on top of breakfast food and kitchen stuff. Some written instructions in the house, e.g. on how to sort waste and where to find things, would have helped. I would have preferred to have a physical key rather than using the app to open the door, given the risk of running out of battery.

• Nikola (10/5): Comfortable, clean and large apartment - I'm giving this accommodation a five-star review for my stay last week in Rome, which I booked through Booking.com. The location on Via acqua Bulicantte was excellent, with easy access to public transport, including the metro. The apartment had a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room, with access to a terrace from both the kitchen and living room. We had the entire apartment to ourselves and it was clean. The furnishings were not the newest, but they were functional and included a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. The apartment was accurately described on Booking.com. The street had several bars and restaurants where you could eat from breakfast to dinner, and there were Lidl and Conad supermarkets nearby. It faced a busy street, which occasionally made it noisy, but it's perfectly normal for an urban area. The host was friendly and responsive, and helped us resolve a minor issue with the booking as the exact floor and apartment number were not listed on Booking.com. Thank you to the host. We also found some thoughtful additions in the bathroom, such as new toothbrushes, shampoo, and even sewing supplies or band-aids. Overall, we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay, and would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable option in Rome.
