In pieno centro a due passi da qualsiasi attrazione. La casa curata nei minimi dettagli, pulizia pazzesca. La proprietaria ci ha coccolato con ogni genere di cibo e bevanda. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Per aprire il portone ho dovuto chiamare l’host che non parlava inglese, ma solo spagnolo. Ha voluto le foto dei nostri documenti quando eravamo fuori al portone mentre attendevamo istruzioni per entrare. Il bagno era pulito, ma le lenzuola decisamente no.

- bovio (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno - La struttura è in una zona tranquilla appena fuori dal centro raggiungibile a piedi. Ideale se si arriva in aereo in quanto la fermata della linea del bus che collega la città all'aeroporto è a 10 minuti a piedi. La stanza aveva tutto il necessario ed era pulita. Il wifi era funzionante ad ogni piano, anche in terrazza. Ogni mattina abbiamo sempre trovato la cucina pulita e riordinata con l'essenziale per la colazione. I letti erano comodissimi. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Non era ben chiaro il funzionamento della porta che veniva sempre chiusa rumorosamente dagli ospiti dando fastidio soprattutto la notte.
- Beatriz (9/5): Apartamento con terraza, ideal para grupos - Éramos 13 y el alojamiento nos pareció ideal para un grupo de ese tamaño, gracias a la capacidad de habitaciones y baños. La casa es bonita, acogedora y las camas son cómodas. La ubicación es excelente, permitiendo moverse fácilmente por la ciudad a pie. Si hace buen tiempo, la terraza, por su orientación, se convierte en el mejor espacio de la casa, ya que la zona común de la cocina es algo reducida. Además, la anfitriona fue muy hospitalaria y nos dejó desayuno, un detalle que agradecimos mucho. Al llegar, algunas zonas, como el suelo, no estaban del todo limpias, lo que podría mejorarse. También sería recomendable revisar las humedades presentes en algunas partes de la casa.

- Ana Maria (1/5): La limpieza deja mucho que desear - La ubicación. Muy bien situado. La limpieza. Al menos, en 4 de las camas nos encontramos la desagradable sorpresa de ropa de cama sucia. Las sábanas tenían pelos de otras personas, los edredones estaban manchados de maquillaje o tenían sangre. En concreto, nos encontramos esto en todas las camas de la planta tercera y en las literas de la segunda planta. En el somier de la litera de arriba encontramos unos calcetines usados. El colchón de esta litera también estaba sin funda y el plástico del colchón en el suelo. En cuanto a los baños, en la segunda planta, el lavabo se atascaba y en la tercera la ducha. En esta ducha también nos encontramos con pelos de otras personas y en la ducha de la segunda planta las esquinas estaban negras por falta de limpieza. En general la casa olía muchísimo a humedad y desagüe. El suelo de toda la casa estaba sin barrer y fregar, encontrando pelos y manchas de otras personas. El aire de todas las habitaciones de la tercera planta no funcionaba, al igual que ocurría con la habitación de las literas en la segunda; pasando mucho frío durante el fin de semana.

- Shae (4/5): Poor communication by owner, not clean - location good I had communicated with owner as to how to get into the property upon arrival at 11:30am. no one was there so we couldn't get in off the street. We did not have Wi-Fi, so I had to try and find some so I could text her thru WhatsApp. I called her too, but she didn't speak English so we couldn't communicate. She kept saying uno momento. I finally had the bank teller talk to her, and that didn't do much good either. After wasting almost an hour, I returned back to the apartment outside door, and the cleaning girl had arrived. I feel that the owner was stalling, and the cleaning girl was late in meeting us. They also put us in a different room than the one I had paid for. There was long black hairs on the sheets, and the room wasn't cleaned when we were finally let in. I don't recommend this place.

- Sergio (4/5): No vale la pena - Ubicación y poco mas.. Mi experiencia en este alojamiento en Sevilla fue bastante decepcionante. En la habitación no tuve conexión wifi en ningún momento, aunque el personal insistía en que funcionaba; simplemente no había manera de conectarse a internet. La ducha se atascaba cada vez que la usaba, así que cada baño se convertía en una odisea. Además, había enchufes con los cables mal puestos, lo que daba muy mala impresión y sensación de inseguridad. En cuanto al desayuno, me dijeron que había “dos desayunos”: el primer día sí había pan bimbo y fruta fresca, pero el segundo día no había nada de eso. En resumen, una estancia muy por debajo de lo esperado. No repetiría.

- Veronica (9/5): - Posizione centralissima. Tutto si può raggiungere a piedi. La struttura è completamente ristrutturata e accogliente. Ci sono più stanze e la cucina è in condivisione ma il bagno era privato. Noi che siamo state nel piano mansardato abbiamo avuto molta privacy e anche un terrazzo a disposizione (usato poco da tutti gli altri ospiti perché in alto). Le caratteristiche migliori di questo B&B sono stati i letti comodissimi e la colazione con frutta e caffetteria a disposizione. Una nota positiva anche alla ragazza che lo gestisce che risulta molto disponibile e gentile. Accesso al Wi-Fi poco pratico, ma forse sarà dipeso da noi.
