• Maria (5/5): - Good staff and good wifi. Very warm too and close to Taxim Square. There are a lot of shops nearby and a 24 hour grocery store. The room had a very odd pungent smell, when we were away for a couple of hours. We needed to air it out every time we returned to the hotel, otherwise it was unbearable.

• Iliana (9/5): - Είχε ζέστη και ζεστό νερό, ήταν καθαρό με ανετο κρεβάτι και το προσωπικό πολυ ευγενικό! Ήταν αρκετά μικρό το δωμάτιο και θα μπορούσαν στις 5 μέρες που μείναμε να εχουν μπει μια φορά να πάρουν έστω τα σκουπίδια. Επίσης είχε μονο ενα ρολό χαρτί υγείας και δεν ειχε κρεμάστρες στο μπάνιο. Παρόλα αυτά, δεν μας ενόχλησαν πολύ τα παραπάνω και θα το ξαναεπιλέγαμε. Ήταν πολύ τίμιο για την τιμή του.

Belle grande chambre (nous avions pris une chambre supérieure), avec terrasse et très belle vue sur Istanbul! Un rapport qualité prix imbattable! Un petit point d amélioration peut-être : il y a une bouilloire mais pas de tasse. Dommage! Un petit nécessaire de cuisine pour se faire un café ou un thé sera un plus! Mais à ce prix là, c’est déjà super bien!

• Yuliono (7/5): Quiet Stay near Taksim Square - Location is not far from Taksim Square and walkable to airport shuttle bus, as well as Metro. Some restaurants and shops nearby. Elevator. Quiet stay. The son staff was nice and speak English, but the father son could not speak English. They let me checking-in early. We could not bring guest to our room.

• Morteza (10/5): - A young gentleman was in charge — very polite and friendly. The hotel’s location was excellent, very close to the metro station and without any steep uphill walk. The only minor issue was that the toilet space was a bit small, but overall, everything was great!

На одного человека места хватает с головой, хотя номер в этот раз был ещё чуть меньше. Зато тихий. Поскольку в эти 10 дней не активно осматривал достопримечательности и тусовался, а в более спокойном режиме жил, то всё необходимое для этого было. Даже как-то обжился и привык. Порадовало, что хотя уборка раз в три дня, в отличие от ежедневной в отелях рядом, но зато каждую эту уборку меняли постель. Так что было уютно. Думаю, вернусь ещё! Главный недостаток по-прежнему wi-fi... он всё также слабоват, пропадает и вылетает...
• Blac Chyna (10/5): Au début j'étais hésitatante mais après mon séjour je suis très satisfaite - L'emplacement est juste incroyable. C'est vraiment proche de tous les moyens de transport. Le quartier est très sécurisé même en rentrant à 3h du matin c'est encore animé ( pas se bruit aussi) L'hôtel est propre et l'hospitalisation satisfaisante. J'y ai resté 10 jours et ali et sa famille répondent a chaque fois au tout mes besoins. J'y retournerai et je le recommande !! Bon peut-être la chambre est un peu petite vu que j'y est resté 10 jours avec mon frère. Mais rapport qualité-prix c'est plus que parfait.

Nearby there's the mosque with extremely loud prayers at 5 a.m., but in general it was nice and quiet and the bed and pillows were comfy for sleep There was hot water, cold water, heating worked. Toiletries and towels ready. There are no bedside lamps. Heating worked. All was good, thank you!

• Sima (8/5): - Had an early check in by 12.45. Check in was smooth and they let us pick the room we like more. Place is cozy and clean. Some of the stuff doesn't know English. The mattress of the bed was not a king or queen size, it was two single separate bed that sticks together, which is not comfortable for couples.

The management was also very flexible and even offered to move us to a room with a desk for remote work, which we appreciated (even though we ended up staying in the original room). We booked the most budget-friendly room, which was quite small — so it’s important to manage your expectations if you choose that option.The hotel was very clean, and the location is a 10/10 — close to Taksim and Istiklal, but still in a peaceful, residential-feeling area without tourist noise. • Tonkov (8/5): Very good - The location was good. Not too far from most of the good attractions. There are 2 parking lots nearby. We used one of them and for 24 hours we paid 10€. We were on the last floor and the view was good. The room had a bad smell. There is a "call for a prayer" and they play specific Turkish music from the minarets 5-6 times per day. I don't mind it usually but they play it at 5 in the morning and it was very close and very loud to our hotel. Especially at the top floor because the sound wave comes directly.

• Alexandra (8/5): Wish I stayed here again on my way back - The hotel is located in the quiet street close to Taksim metro station. The guy at the reception was very nice and helped me get my suitcase to the elevator (and this is another thing I liked about this hotel). The room was small but enough for one person. The mattress was very comfortable and they got radiator in the room and you can adjust the temperature to your liking. The bathroom really needs some sort of hooks for towels. I was surprised when the guy at the reception asked me to pay with cash as there was no such information when I was booking this hotel. Eventually I paid with card because I simply didn`t have enough cash with me but I think if you prefer cash it's better to put this information in the description.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Ali and Sabir for their outstanding service! The room I stayed in had a lovely balcony, making it very comfortable and peaceful—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel is also located in a very safe area, which gave me a great sense of security throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-serviced stay in the heart of Istanbul. I will definitely be coming back!
• Fatih (1/5): Cheap but not worth it. - It’s cheap. However, I assure you that when this hotel is on a discount, that is not a discount. That is maximum value that, they usually charge. There is no way they can charge you full price of it any time. They would be ridiculous considering the quality. I was welcomed by a passive aggressive teenager with irritative facial expressions. There is a foreigner worker there who is a good guy. But the one with a earring is a annoying teenager with poor communication skills. On the other hand, they have no habit of giving you a bill for money you pay it seems. I had to ask it to get it, and it seemed they are not used to it. Additionally, sheets are dirty, I uploaded the photos for you. Additionally, location is close to taksim but the street you walk to there feels little unsafe. And internet connection they have is terrible. One day electricity was cut and there was no generator so I had use elevator for 3 levels and water was not flowing during that time as well.

• Mohamed (8/5): Good staycation at Pera Sultan Suit - The property is running by a lovely family they are very friendly and helpful. The price we have paid is very reasonable according to the property. The property is five to ten minutes away from the Istiklal street and there are two supermarkets near the property. Plus there is no noise at night which means you can have a good night sleep. This is my third time booking at Pera Sultan Suit and it was a good staycation. Their young son was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to all of them :) There was electricity shutdown for one night but it wasn’t their fault and it was solved by the next morning. However, one day there was no water at all for about an hour and when I have asked their son he said that they were changing/replacing the water heater. We totally understand but it would was really appreciated if they would have informed us about this major matter at least one day before because the replacement happened during middle of the day.

During our check out , it’s was raining and the gentleman which I think is the owner , surprised us by providing an umbrella , nothing really to say just wow , it made us so happy and also he was so kind during our stay. During our stay, the water was cut off in the entire area for one night. We spent a night without water until the hotel staff purchased water to fill the tanks.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Taksim Square, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The two gentlemen at the front desk were extremely polite and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thanks to you guys. The hotel was also quiet at night, which allowed for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning in the room was efficient and kept us comfortable throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the room cleaning service was only offered the night before we were due to leave, which was disappointing. We really needed fresh towels and a clean room earlier in the week. Additionally, the elevator was out of order for two days, and since we were staying on the third floor, it was quite inconvenient. We also experienced a power outage that lasted an entire night, which was frustrating. The room itself could use a bit of an upgrade, as it felt slightly outdated. Another minor issue was that I rented a scooter and was asked to park it away from the hotel so that the entrance remained visible for other guests. While I understand the reasoning, it felt unnecessary.

Very budget friendly and close to the center and metro station. Stuff is very kind and helpful. Me and my mother are very happy with the experience. The location is great, 4-5 mins from the Taksim square but at the same time the hotel is located on the quiet street so it won’t be noisy at nights. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
• Madiha (8/5): Very good - Firstly, it's well located close to Taksim square & Istiklal street. Well connected; metro, bus & tram service is 5-10 mins away. This area never sleeps so you won't feel unsafe walking in the streets late at night alone. Plenty of food shops, restaurants, grocery stores, money exchange offices around which are open until late night. I was travelling solo and stayed 8 nights. The hotel is run by a very sweet local family who are very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The reception guys are always there to help out. The hotel is in a very quiet street, I have been sleeping well. Although my room was a bit small but cozy and clean and had everything I needed. The air conditioning was good, hot water for the shower, room cleaning service, fridge, tv, electric kettle, closet, towels and a small kitchenette. The bathroom was clean and it had toiletries. They also have an elevator. There is a grocery shop 1 minute away and it has everything. You can go out at any time of the night to grab food. I'll definitely stay there whenever I visit Istanbul again.
