• Bruce (8/5): Overall we had a great time - Very comfortable house to live in for our holidays, the pool and spa were just a bonus We weren’t too happy with people coming and going through to the garage through the roller door while we were paying to stay at the house

• Chelsea (7/5): Basic house with pool. - Great to have a pool and spa and 4 bedroom house. It wasn’t clean, pillows were terrible. No instructions on using internet. Wasn’t advised there was a laundry business with staff on site Monday to Sunday 9am-5pm. Didn’t give any privacy. No baskets for hanging out laundry, no pegs on washing line. No garbage bag in bin. Found toothbrushes, bottle lids, dirty socks and old lollies around the house(under beds, stuck in the couch and under furniture). Main toilet had a water leak. Ensuite tap kept falling off. Hot water wasn’t hot, to wash dishes I had to boil water in the kettle. No trays supplied for using the oven. Fry pan was dirty.
• Mark (3/5): Would not recommend - Nice big property with alot of potential. Kids loved the pool. Good location close to the motorway and shops. House and rooms were dirty, and floors hadn't been mopped or swept. Found rubbish, food, bottle caps, old clothing, and cigarette butts under tables, lounges, beds, drawers, and outside on the ground. Beds were uncomfortable to sleep on. House smelt like it hadn't been opened in weeks. On top of all this, we were surprised to find a laundry service underneath the main bedroom that operates from 7am-7pm. You can hear them talking at all hours and see them walking around the backyard. There's very limited privacy while in the pool area as the workers can see straight into the area, which was concerning as I had 4 little children there. Maintenance people come and go as they please without any warning. The Tv didn't work outside, and some lights around the property didn't work. House was pretty dull and dark during the day, nothing like the photos that are 12 months old. None of this information was relayed to us prior to our stay. We probably wouldn't have stayed there if we had known there were other people working on the property our entire stay. I'm very disappointed. For the money we paid for 4 nights, it failed miserably. Would not recommend.
• Sialofa (9/5): Superb - Love the pool for our kids, space was amazing for when we had a family meeting and lunch. Location was also close to some family so it was nice being near but also having our own place to retire to at the end of the day. Not much we didn’t like but our kids did find the beds a little uncomfortable after our 3rd night into our 5 nights stay.
• Jodie (8/5): Great house, lots of room - Location was great, nice & quiet, lots of natural light & spacious Sheets weren’t on the beds but we found them in the linen cupboard

• Michael (4/5): Very poor and disappointed - Not much at all it was very and he should be reported for false advertising It looked nothing like the photos on your site. There was no TV remote and he said he was coming over a couple of times and he never did. We looked everywhere for the remote even under and through the lounge suite. He came over after we left and sent me a photo of the remote under the couch. We had 6 people looking under the couch and it definitely wasn’t there. We believe he is a scam artist and you should remove him from your site before he does it to someone else 😊
• Simkins (6/5): Missed the mark - Nice big house, easy to find just off motorway. Would be good for family. New kitchen and bathrooms. Helpful host. Insufficient kitchenware, beds not as described and uncomfortable. Lots of unnecessary stuff around. Could use a good clean.
• Laurie (7/5): Quite acceptable, good for what we wanted, a quiet sleep near the venue. - Handy to our destination (Sirromet ), spacious. Owner allowed us to leave our belongings there before 3.00 pm ( 2.00 pm). No spare toilet paper, shower a bit grubby. Pool cleaner not working, pool full of litter. No wine glasses , dishwasher full of clean cups and glasses.

• Angela (7/5): Good - Clean and orderly. Loved the polished timber floors. The size of the yard was great for our 2 x med/lge dogs The kitchen is very sparsely equipped. No baking dishes or anything to use as a salad/mixing bowl and very few practical utensils...not even a peeler! Some extra blankets/linen and towels for pool use etc would be good too as well as the wifi password provided (my tech savvy young adult discovered it on the bottom of the Wifi box!) Some extra yard maintenance would.make.this place an actual Retreat. The back yard grass was calf length.
