La casa era pulita, ben organizzata e ben riscaldata, quindi molto confortevole anche nella stagione fredda. Tutto era conforme alla descrizione. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno. Lo consiglio a tutti l’accoglienza era perfetta sicuramente ritorneremo.

• Maryia (10/5): Highly Recommend! - This was the most perfect stay. Francesca is simply the perfect host. We travel a lot, but it was the first time we truly felt at home. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need for living and even more. You don’t feel like you are in a rental for tourists but rather in a cozy home surrounded by care. Francesca looked after us as if we were her own family. The apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is peaceful and very charming. The apartment has a spacious balcony where we spent the most wonderful summer evenings. We stayed during a time when Rome was unbearably hot, but we hardly noticed it because of the many trees in the area, the natural ventilation, and the air conditioning. I give it a 10 but in my heart it is truly a 100. Highly Recommend!

• Barbara (10/5): Highly recommend!🙂 - Very good equipped and with a lot of space. Terrace with beautiful view. Francesca, the owner is an extremely nice and helpful person. She was taking care about everything so we could feel comfortable and very supported not only with apartment itself but also public transport, restaurant recommendations etc. Location is also very good. Not very close to city centre but the connection by bus and metro is very convenient. In the end you have calm area when you can relax after the entire day spent in city center.

• Christopher (10/5): Looking forward to book again - Lovely, quiet and peaceful location. We were far away from the bustling city noise but most of Rome's attraction and important places are not far away. Supermarket in the neighborhood was a bonus nothing to mention
• Dan (10/5): Home for the whole family! - The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a gated complex and offers an almost full wrap around balcony. The unit is super spacious and comfortable for either a large group or a family. It's located outside of Central Rome, so it's much quieter than staying in the city. The hospitality provided by the host was unmatched. She provided lots of recommendations and ways to get around. Extremely satisfied with our choice! We had 0 dislikes with our stay. For some people though, in order to get in & out of the unit, you will need to take stairs. Like i said before, it's very quiet as it's outside of the city center. So in order to get around, your options are bus, metro, or a vehicle. All public transportation is quite close and easy to get to, making using a vehicle not worth it for us.

• Grzegorzbainczyk (10/5): I am very satisfied and will recommend this apartment to my friends and family. - The apartment was larger and more comfortable than I expected. You can easily come with a large family or two smaller ones. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The living room with 2 tables and 2 sofas was an ideal place to eat and relax. Terrace on two sides. You can get to the center of Rome very quickly: by car to the Anagnina metro station (7-10 min), 24-hour parking for only 1.5 euros per day. You can also take the bus. Very close to Castel Gandolfo. The owner - Francesca - is very nice, helpful, communicative, flexible when it comes to arrival time. She puts a lot of heart into making you feel good and your stay successful. The kitchen knife should be sharper.

• Kyung (5/5): Passable - This apartment was spacious, enough for 6 of our family. The host messages you often reminding you of what to do. It would have been better if personal boundaries were respected more. The towel provided were not adequate and enough. Also, the gas stove doe not work without a torch.

The house was clean and had everything we need to cook some of hour food. The restrooms were big Surrounding the house there were not to much restaurants open however we managed to find 1 that didn’t close early in the night. Either way we order in app food as well.
• James (7/5): Good - The place is spacious and kitchen is useful. In recent days, Roma was terribly hot and there is no air conditioner in this apartment. Fans cannot cool down temperatures and that made us hard to sleep well. We are a family of 4 people that only 3 beds and one sofa for us. Not sufficient for our need.

• Marcee (10/5): I would recommend this place to stay! But rent a car! The host was great and made sure everything went smoothly. She eve - It was spacious and beautiful!! The place was clean and had everything we needed! The property owner went above and beyond to meet our needs. The bathrooms were nice and we were really glad to have two with the four of us staying there. It was far. Although the property owner did tell me I should rent a car and we should have looked into it a little more. But the bus was only a three minute walk and it took you straight to the metro. Just remember it doesn’t run a lot really late.

Very cozy and charming apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to drive to Rome centrum. About 20-25 minutes drive. Amazing and friendly host that even welcomed us with a cake! Highly recommended 👌
