• Mila (9/5): Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment! - Die Unterkunft war perfekt ausgestattet, sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Sauberkeit, die Lage und die liebevollen Details in der Einrichtung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Check-in und Kommunikation haben problemlos funktioniert. Auch die Küche und das Bad waren top ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 😊

• Charlotte (8/5): Het was een prima verblijf en als we in de buurt zijn dan gaan we zeker terug. - De locatie was prima 👍 En de garage makkelijk te bereiken. Heel fijn dat we vlak bij de lift zaten. Ik vond het bed een beetje smal.

• Melissa (10/5): Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung - Alles wie beschrieben. Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist perfekt, wenn auch etwas eng.
• Sabrina (10/5): - For the price it had a lot of complamary things for a family, was very clean, a lot of stores near by, and a check in from owner to make sure we didn't need anything. Would highly recommend if you want to be near Stuttgart without paying a lot. The town seems bigger then the downtown Stuttgart too.
• Iustinian (10/5): - Pleasant and spacious apartment, ideal for a short stay. It was very clean and quiet, making it perfect for a restful night. The private parking space is conveniently located close to the apartment, although the entrance is on a different street — clear access instructions were provided, which made everything easy. There are dining options within walking distance, and the apartment was equipped with coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay for a night.

• Alexandra (10/5): Sympathische und saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage - Es war sehr sauber, die Handtücher angenehm weich. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Es gibt auch einen Balkon zum draußen sitzen.
• Stephanie (7/5): - Helle Wohnung mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Sehr freundliche und hilfbereite Vermieterin. Alles war schön hergerichtet. Toaster war schmutzig. Im Hausflur roch es immer nach Zigaretten. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist die Ausstattung.

• Janina (9/5): Ich komme wieder. - Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Im Großen und Ganzen sehr sauber. Fußläufig in die Stadt, zum Supermarkt und diversen Essensmöglichkeiten. Backofen, Wasserkocher hatten noch kleine Restspuren vom Vorgänger.

• Bernd (10/5): Es war mega. - Ich war vom 26.09-28.09.2024 dort.Das Zimmer hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war sehr sauber. Alles war sehr gepflegt. Ich kann diese kleine Wohnung,nur weiter empfehlen. Auch das Preisleistungsverhältniss war sehr gut. Frühstücken konnte man selber machen, oder in ein Cafe gehen das in der Nähe war. Werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Pforzheim dort wieder reservieren. Vielen Dank Bernd Keil Alles war gut. Ich habe nichts vermisst. Es war sehr ruhig dort. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Keine Beanstandung. Mehr brauche ich da nicht zu sagen. Super Tage verbracht. Dankeschön.

• Hanna (10/5): - Blitzsauber, sehr schön eingerichtet. Ich fand es auch toll, dass das Bett so bezogen war, dass man eine Decke nicht gleich wegziehen musste (war eine sehr warme Sommernacht). Danke für die Aufmerksamkeit! Die vorbeifahrenden Autos kann man ein wenig hören, aber die Straße ist nachts doch ruhig, schlimm war es überhaupt nicht
• Marion (10/5): Außergewöhnliche Stadtwohnung mit toller Gastgeberin - Das liebevoll eingerichtete Apartment liegt nahe Bahnhof und Autobahn perfekt. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, gut erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt, sogar einen Balkon. Sehr sauber udn ruhig. Ihc werde defintiv wieder kommen. Es gibt nichts Negatives!
• Karo (9/5): we very much enjoyed our stay and will be back whenever we are in Pforzheim. - Marina is a great host, very responsive and exact in her descriptions to find the location of the key and also the car park. The apartment is located in the nice northern part of Pforzheim, very bright and in a quiet location. Roller blinds were very affective to keep the heat out. Direct access to the garage and a lift were a welcome bonus.

• Daxiang61 (9/5): Comfortable Apartment in a Northstadt neighborhood - A nice apartment in Pforzheim Nordstadt. Fully furnished with all facilities in kitchen and bathrooms. The host was very helpful and friendly. Check in was super easy via a key-box. There are some restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. However, railway station and city center are in walking distance. nothing really

• MatzeA90 (8/5): Preis-/Leistung top in Pforzheim - Super Lage, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten und einfacher (kontakloser) Check-In. Preis-/Leistung top. Schlafsofa fällt um, wenn man zu weit am Rand liegt. Dusche arg verkalkt. Die Toilette steht ohne Abgrenzung an der Dusche und wird dadurch nass.
