• Desi (7/5): - The hotel has very good location-15 min walking from Atocha station and 5 min from the nearest metro station. It is situated on a long, alive street full of shops and places to eat which was also very convenient. The room was small but had everything which we needed, the girls at the reception were very friendly and kind.

• Daniela (5/5): All in all I wouldn’t come back to this hotel, the location was great but everything else was just off. - The location was great, right at the heart of Madrid, 3 min walk away from Sol. The staff were also nice. The walls were paper thin, you could hear conversations from other rooms and the comings and goings of people. The whole feel of the room was off. There was one long pillow instead of two and a fleece blanket instead of a duvet which you couldn’t tell if it was washed or not. The room also had a funky smell, they have air fresheners turned on in the bathroom to mask the smell but it wasn’t really working. The cleanliness when we entered the room was also subpar. There was dust everywhere and little hairs on the pillows. They did offer to clean every day but I don’t really know how that would’ve helped the situation, since it was dirty to begin with.

• Smith (7/5): Good - The bed was comfortable. Very central, easy to walk to places. Secure. Balcony door that can open and ventilate the room. Towels provided. Good for the money, would recommend to people and stop there again. Very thin walls, can here peoples conversations easily. Kettle was a bit rusty.

Les consultamos un par de cosas y nos ayudaron mucho. Sin duda si he de volver a Madrid será mi primera opción.

Las instalaciones no hacen cómoda la estancia. Baños y habitaciones muy pequeñas. No podíamos abrir una parte del armario ya que chocaba con la mesilla.

Nous avons dormi 3 nuits dans l'hôtel, et la liste des inconforts est longue : - lit beaucoup trop mou (nous nous enfoncions et j'ai failli tombée au sol) - pas de savon dans la douche (distributeur vide durant tout le séjour) - pourriture au plafond de la douche - réveil très bruyant à 6h00 car les tuyaux d'évacuation d'eau sont dans les murs en carton de la chambre (on pouvait participer à la conversation téléphonique de la chambre voisine et on entendait les airs conditonnés) - Le plaid sur le lit sentant le vieux fromage

Precio infladísimo, viejo, cama muy dura, toallas con rotos y descosidos; balcón al que no se podía salir por estar el aparato del aire acondicionado; puertas carcomidas, aire acondicionado viejísimo… fue una última opción porque no encontrábamos alojamiento, y maldita la hora.

La ubicación es excelente, super céntrico pero sin agobios. el personal en todo momento disponible por whatsapp. nosotros contratamos el parking, y aunque pequeño, nos ayudaron en todo y nos dieron todas las facilidades al llegar y al irnos. Un 10 para los dos empleados del fin de semana. La habitación es muy muy pequeña. El armario no tiene capacidad por las mantas que hay dentro. No hay sitio para abrir la maleta que no sea encima de la cama. Solo una silla...
