- Dimitry (9/5): Prima B&B aan zee in Napels - Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel die altijd aanwezig is, ook ‘s nachts. Mooie kamer met de nodige voorzieningen. De meeste kamers zijn met zijdelings zeezicht. Goed voorzien ontbijt. Uitzicht bij ontbijt op zee. Als je met auto bent kan je alleen parkeren op 350 meter in Quick parking, maar kost het 48 euro per 24 uur. De accommodatie is heel mooi verzorgd om te logeren, maar bevind zich in een groot gebouw die dat niet zo is. Maar eenmaal in de accommodatie heb je daar geen last meer van. De eerste keer dag dat je aankomt is het wat zoeken hoe je via binnenkoer de accommodatie kan bereiken. Maar daar krijg je vooraf wat uitleg over via bericht of mail.

- Srivatsava (3/5): Disappointed stay with some safety concerns - The location by the sea was great. It was kept clean till we noticed weed smell. 1) the attitude of the staff. The fellow asked us to keep our 3 year old (who was in italy after 17h of flying) quiet. I certainly understand its important for other guests. But I think the hotel should not advertise for families with kids. It is a small bnb with a few rooms. Noise can certainly travel around. Certainly NOT kid friendly. 2) there was weed smell in the room on our last day of stay (all the doors were closed). Then the toilet reeked of weed smell (the door was closed). The male staff had the audacity to say it was from people smoking outside. We do not know how the smell got there but speculate. The attitude of the male staff did not help one bit. had to change rooms for the last night. Certainly we felt unsafe. Do not recommend.

Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutto il necessario. La colazione è molto vasta e ricca di prodotti e il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. Esperienza da ripetere.

- Jonathan (10/5): Favoloso! Sala colazione vista mare! Camere confortevoli e pulite! Consigliato! - Soggiorno totalmente positivo, a partire ancora prima dell’arrivo in struttura: già dalla mattina mi hanno contattato per chiedere se avessi bisogno di aiuto o informazioni. All’arrivo ho trovato un signore molto gentile, disponibile e chiaro nelle spiegazioni. La struttura si trova in una posizione bellissima, sul lungomare. Come si intuisce dal nome, è una piccola realtà con poche stanze (5/6), ma la mia era confortevole, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Non lo avevo notato nelle descrizioni, ma pare che tutte le camere abbiano un piccolo balcone laterale, che comunque offre una piacevole vista mare. La saletta relax/sala colazione è fantastica: possibilità di bere un tè (gratuito) con vista mare. Al mattino ho trovato una signora, anche lei molto gentile, che mi ha chiesto cosa volessi da bere di caldo. La colazione comprende tutto il necessario ed è evidente che sia curata con attenzione. Esperienza più che positiva, grazie!

Le soir devoir dire à quelle heure on compte rentrer, l'employé qui semble souffler parce que 22h c'est tard. J'ai voulu ressortir peu après pour aller manger "vous sortez encore ?" (il était 23h) souffle "et vous allez rentrer à quelle heure?". Mais je savais pas qu'il fallait que je rende des comptes et demander la permission pour faire ma vie ?! Je viens pour visiter évidemment que je ne suis pas dans un couvent. 2/4 - Pour le prix le petit déjeuner était ridiculement classique. Ce qu'on paierait -10€ dans un bar. 3/4 - Aucune insonorisation avec le couloir et les autres chambres. 3/4 - Le prix est complètement incompréhensible, en plus pour ne pas être vue sur mer mais sur la rue sur le côté.

La porta della camera e' assolutamente non idonea ad un hotel. E' una porta di una camera di casa. Trapelava la luce dai contorni della porta e sopratutto si sentiva ogni minimo rumore. Dalla mise en place della colazione alle 6.00 del mattino con tavolini posti nel corridoio/salotto che conduce alle camere, al rumore del cucchiaino nella tazza del caffè.

It's probably more correct to call it a B&B, because it was a 1st floor apartment (with 6-8 rooms) in an old-time house, on the seashore. As I like these Italian hotels/B&Bs in city centers, in old houses, to get in you have to know the code for a huge door, then go through the courtyard, then some more glass doors, then somewhere deep in the house a retro elevator and that's how you get to your place to stay - it's a real cultural/architectural adventure. The hotel is really very cozy, and the breakfast, which is not at all typical for Italy, also includes salty dishes, which is very important to me. My room had a balcony, it seems like every room has one. The area around the hotel is a promenade along the seashore with many restaurants, about half a kilometer away is the city - Mappatella beach, where you can swim. If necessary, it is also possible to get to and from the airport by public transport. It's hard to say what you might not like here. Maybe the fact that the window and balcony overlook a narrow, shady street, but it's never the case that all four walls of the house face the sun. And certainly in the hot summer, the location of the room is a big plus.
