Walking distance from shops, - The only good thing about the apartment was the location, right on the beach and walking distance to everything on the Esplanade. The building is very old, tired and in desperate need of some maintenance and care. The blind fell on top of me when I was in the shower, as it had rusted. The bathroom in particular wasn’t properly cleaned, under the bathtub was filthy and the light fitting was filled with dead bugs. There were sweet wrappers under the bed when we moved the two single beds together also stuffed in the sofa, obviously from previous guests with children. The light in the second bedroom could not be used as the fan would turn on as well. We arrived late on the Friday evening and as it was ANZAC weekend we didn’t see anyone at the reception until we checked out on the Monday. The pool hadn’t been cleaned either, although it did rain so we weren’t able to use it anyway. It’s a shame really, as the apartment block is very well located with an amazing view of the beach. Needs some work, care and a good clean.

• catherine (9/5): Best view on the Gold Coast - This is one of the most amazing spots at Surfers Paradise. We had a unit on level 13 and the view was stunning. The location was perfect right on the beach and close to everything. The interior was dated and the shower was due a refit.

The pool looked small but it was deep enough to be able to swim and wasn't actually that busy so we could swim if we wanted to. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Mostly great, I'm being very fussy but we got a text to say our apartment would be cleaned the next day but they never turned up. Also, the carpet is really thin, and there was a loose tile in the ensuite shower, but these are really small things.

They addressed the toilet issue and called the plumber on priority. Also moved us to another available flat on lower level. we stayed on 14th floor 37A apartment. The flat toilet kept on giving issues even after fixing. We finally had to move to level 2 at unit 5 which was good but the view was limited. There were few essential things missing like vaccum cleaner, mop, peeler etc.

It’s right on the beach with easy access and short walk to the markets, restaurants, shops. Comfortable and refreshed unit. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. At the time that we were there, there was some renovations going on, on our floor and around us. There were a bit of noise disturbance in the day but it’s within working hours. It only bothered us in the morning and we were out after that.

The apartment was large, in good condition, comfortable, well-appointed and has amazing ocean views, just like they said it would have. The bedrooms in the apartment I stayed also had ocean views and the beds were comfortable. Fantastic places to walk and beaches looked great. I did not get the chance to swim in the resort pool, but it looked wonderful and the facilities looked in good condition. I found the afterhours check-in instruction simple and easy to follow. There was some work being done on the complex; however, I was notified well before my arrival, and the work was not disruptive at all.

Apartment was very modern and had everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Pool was great. Triathalon restrictions on car access. The fact it said for 2 days but in reality was around 2 hours on the Saturday. Not the properties fault but the event organisers.

Küche war mit Backofen, Herd und sämtlichen Zubehör gut eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon gab es Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war sauber und es gab Poolliegen. Vom Pool konnte man durch eine Hintertür direkt zum Strand. Zur Cavill Avenue sind es circa 250 Meter, dort gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten ein Restaurant zu finden oder auch einen Supermarkt Eine Lüftung im Badezimmer wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung

The apartment is perfectly equipped and provides all the comfort needed for a most enjoyable stay. Communication with the staff was both efficient, warm, and very friendly. Unfortunately, we stayed during a period when the building was undergoing renovations, and this information was only communicated to us after payment had been made. More broadly, Surfers Paradise is currently in a phase of development, with several buildings under renovation or construction, and cranes visible throughout the area.

I had an issue with my car breaking down in the parking garage and Mike was extremely understanding and helpful as I tried to resolve the issue. The unit we had was tired and not good value for money considering the cost and other local options with much newer and larger facilities.

• Holly (10/5): An amazing, unmissable place to stay, perfectly located for everything you need in Surfers Paradise - An insanely beautiful and convenient place to stay with a view to die for! Wow we loved this place and would definitely stay here again. The building faces north which gives the most amazing and unique view of bustling, spectacular Surfers Paradise on one side, and the aqua blue ocean in the other. It was close enough to the action to be very convenient, but far enough out of it (ie a 200m walk or so) that it felt peaceful and not too crazy. We loved the direct beach access without even having to cross a road, and the pool was fantastic. The apartments were huge with lots of living and dining space and massive bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Would stay here again for sure. Nothing!

• Lorna (6/5): Overall, while the location and space were appealing, the apartment did not meet its advertised description and several - The location was excellent, with a lifesaver-patrolled beach directly in front of the property and shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious, and the kitchen offered plenty of room, making it practical for a longer stay. We booked a three-bedroom apartment but were provided with a two-bedroom configuration instead. The property was advertised as air-conditioned, however there was only one small air-conditioning unit in the lounge, and it was not functioning properly, repeatedly displaying an E4 error. There was a single small pedestal fan in one bedroom, which was not sufficient to keep the apartment comfortable. The bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment and were extremely hot and stuffy. Opening the windows for airflow was not practical due to constant traffic and motorbike noise from the esplanade. The main bedroom mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable. The ensuite bathroom contained only a toilet and bath (no shower) and had two-way doors, but only one door would close. The second toilet offered limited privacy, as privacy depended on closing the laundry door. The lounge room furniture was very uncomfortable, and during our stay the chairs had to be used as a makeshift third bed, which was far from ideal. The television is very old, only supports free-to-air channels, and cannot access streaming apps. The dining table is a round glass top that is not secured to the base, requiring extreme care to avoid tipping if weight is unevenly applied. Overall, the apartment did not match the description provided and several aspects significantly impacted comfort and usability during our stay.

We reached bit late and office was closed but still everything was taken care of. All the instructions were there in welcome pack and keys were kept in a locker.

The place is surface clean but dust on and behind toilet door. Blind was down in the main bedrooms bathroom that faces the beach on arrival. Tiles in kitchen area under cupboards need a good clean.

• Tumahai (10/5): C’était génial ! Je recommande vraiment cette résidence ! - L’emplacement est idéal ! Proche de tout et avec une vue incroyable ! L’appartement est tout équipé, il dispose d’une chambre parentale avec sa propre salle de bain + toilette et d’une seconde chambre avec une salle de bain attenante + toilette. C’est propre, vraiment nickel ! En plus, il a son propre parking sécurisé. On regrette simplement de ne pas avoir eu le temps de profiter de la piscine. Ce sera pour une prochaine fois parce qu’on réservera encore ici pour notre prochain séjour sur Surfers.
• Belinda (8/5): It was awesome we loved the place - I love the property there was plenty of room and the view was beautiful There was just a couple of things that would make a big difference at the property . The car garage some more lighting it’s a bit dark down there and maybe the colour of the lifts a bit brighter so you can see them better . A remote control garage for the roller door would make a big difference instead of get out of the car to get in and out of the properly It would make a huge difference if there was blockout blinds not everyone wants to be up at 4.20 am when the sun come up everyday. I did have a problem with the cleaning of the bathrooms there was mould in the shower & the bathtub I just think it could cleaned with bleach or a mould cleaner something so it would look clean . The single toilet should have blockout on the 1/2 the window ( because if you busting to go to the toilet you won’t have time to pull the blind down) but don’t cover the whole window because it’s a great view there .

Идеально для тех кто хочет поваляться позагорать. Трамвай тоже в 300м. Нам всем очень понравилось. Необходим ремонт сантехники( бежала вода из душевой лейки и крана в смесителе) ну и косметический ремонт уже тоже напрашивается.
