- Sven (5/5): Sobald die Wohnung warm ist, macht die zentrale Lage auf jeden Fall was her. - Die Lage, die Aufteilung, helle Wohnung Die Heizung braucht leider sehr lange bis die Wohnung schön warm ist (im Winter) Keine Spülmaschinentabs und Trockentücher so wie Putzlappen (lagen nicht bereit in der Küche oder generell bereit) Bereitstehende Gewürze seit vielen Jahren abgelaufen.

- Hans-Joachim (9/5): - Leider ist die Wohnung im 3.OG und für ältere Menschen nicht so gut geeignet, leider kein Lift! Die Matratze hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.
