- Svetla (10/5): - Прекрасна локация, съвременен дизайн на интериора, просторна стая и също така много хубав ресторант на партерния етаж на хотела. Наличие на парко места пред хотела, което улеснява още повече престоя там. Горещо препоръчвам !

- Desislava (9/5): Приятен и уютен хотел. - Чисто и с много приятен интериор. Няма закачалки в банята за кърпи. Няма закачалки в стаята за палта. Няма течен сапун на мивката в бокса. И вечер шумът от заведението се чува до късно.

- Bundyo (7/5): The hotel was okay - We stayed for just one night this time. The hotel was okay and clean, room was spacious, bed - rather comfy, the sofa - not so much. There was no hot or even warm water in the morning, even though we didn't have this issue the previous time we were there. There is no staff at reception in Sunday and the coffee machine was in a locked room, so we couldn't use it. Will avoid coming for more than one night in the future, unless the missing hot water was an isolated issue.

- Lyubomir (10/5): Exceptional - It's a new hotel with nice rooms. Was clean and tidy. The hotel has some parking lots just in front. There's no breakfast but you can grab some from a bakery next to the hotel. On the first floor there's something like a night club and it was bit noisy.

- Clever (10/5): Exceptional - Modern new build clean and quiet Carpet on the floor no rooms without carpet,two beds instead of a double bed with a gap between not comfortable at all,parking in front but if the restaurant guests leave an empty space for you,no reception personel ,no breakfast option in place,no hangers in closet,no mat in front of shower,water boiler for tea or coffee but no coffee or tea anywhere and in neighborhood forget the coffee you must take the car to search ,good to have in empty fridge two small bottles of water ...costs nothing.....

- Goce (10/5): Great value for money and staff, very clean and accessible - Great & supporting staff, great connectivity, wireless entry/door locks and doorknobs, very clean. Dedicated reserved free parking in-front of the hotel. Include good breakfast within the hotel facility. Inform the customers before checking-in about the hotel wi-fi in order to suport wireless access for the first time, before check-in. iphone/android wireless chargers are also good to have in cases customers lost their phone batteries during travel.

- Elina (7/5): Good - Nice room, great location to stay with the kids. Comfortable shower and beds. Free parking. Many restaurants and playgrounds in walking distance. Please note there are 2 “hotel forum” in the city. We booked this one by mistake, no elevator only stairs. The room is great but the smaller things can be better. Only 3 towels, 2 glasses, 1 mug for the 4 of us. There is a kettle but only tea and sugar, no coffee.

- Maria (8/5): Nice experience - The hotel is almost brand new, clean and looks amazing for the value of money. We enjoyed the room and especially the beds which were very comfortable. There was a bad smell of something cooked in the whole hotel which didn’t seem to go away for hours. Also, the reception is locked in the morning, so you can’t make yourself a coffee.

- Kristina (10/5): Great place to stay for work or weekends. - Highly recommend this place! Modern furniture, perfectly clean and really kind staff. Even if it’s on boulevard, the room was really soundproofed and it’s only 15 minutes walk from city centre.
