- Méndez Díaz (8/5): - It was close to the center. The room was nice and clean! And the staff was very helpful.
- Maëva (4/5): - L’emplacement La propreté
- Laura (9/5): -
- Zuzanna (7/5): -
- Marita (5/5): - Lokalizacja wszędzie blisko. Czystość w miarę Zapach w łazience ze starych rur uniemożliwiało spanie.
Zepsuta słuchawka od prysznica
I duży minus jedna lampa na cały pokój. Brak lampki nocnej .
- Pernille (6/5): -

- Gianmarco (9/5): Great stay for large groups! - Great stay for big groups!! Amazing staff with great value for money. Exceeded all my expectations. The bathroom was a bit old but not a dealbreaker.
- Karol (7/5): Great location and price - Great location juat, and good price-location. Old things, and bad WiFi. There are like 4 hotels in one, outside it says “Hotel Altavilla” so no much easy to find.

- Boisson (10/5): Magnifique allez y - Superbe hôtel, confortable et magnifique ! Il manque un tapis de douche
- Arq. Miguel (5/5): Podia ter sido melhor - Localização Barulho da rua e quarto pequeno para 4 pessoas e WC sem cortina para tomar banho
- Navarro (10/5): Perfecta para pasar unos días en Roma! -

- Guest (4/5): - The location is good & it’s close to many landmarks, the staff were accomodating and helpful. We weren’t expecting anything exceptional given the price of this accomodation, but it was lacking many simple things - towel hooks, no floor mat, and only 1 pillow per person.
Our air conditioner had an “out” pipe that leaked into our bathroom, we had to pile up towels to stop the floor from getting wet but the cleaners moved it throughout the day & we came back that night to a flooded room, including suitcases & clothes. The staff were helpful with this and promised it would be fixed the next day, but it wasn’t.
They also don’t provide “do not disturb” signs for the door, so we had cleaners opening up our door with their key at 8am while we were still in bed, without knocking.
I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. It’s also very loud, you can hear conversations, pipes, showers & toilets of the people next door. There’s also no clear signage from the outside to find this hotel as there are about 4 hotels within the 1 building.
- Karina Gisella (10/5): Excelente la atención de recepción nos recibió con una atención! - Re bien ubicado zona excelente ! Todo nuevo impecable al lado de la terminal de Roma y caminando tenes la mayoría cerca !
- Konstantina (6/5): Pleasant -
- Masudul (5/5): Passable -
- Jingtao (1/5): Bad - They did not answer my emails and the noise in the bathroom makes me difficult to sleep.
- Santiago (8/5): Very good -
- Bolaños (7/5): Good - It was in a good location, very close to Rome termini, the room was comfortable We didn’t have enough cash and anything could be payed with card
- Ilenia (8/5): Very good - All the staff was super nice. Nothing
- Herminia (8/5): Very good -
- Amaral (1/5): Bad - As soon as we arrived, there was no water in the room. We had to complain, and then it was turned on. At night, we couldn’t take a shower because the water started coming out cold. The next morning, we were woken up by the noise of construction workers on our floor. The water was still cold. We complained again, and they turned on the boiler, saying it would be ready in 10 minutes — but it wasn’t, so we had to shower with cold water.
- Pedro (8/5): Very good -
- Pedro (9/5): Superb -
- Rikki (8/5): Very good - Great location. Perfect for our family of 4. Facilities everything we needed
- Bernice (4/5): Disappointing -
- Polya (7/5): Good -
- Bonnie (1/5): Bad - Run down, everything was worn out smells like mold.
- Detjona (6/5): ok the price you pay justifies it for the location it has as a hotel - The location was perfect, you could even move around on foot. The room was not very clean, the beds were not comfortable.
- Michal (7/5): Good spot, good value with some minor drawbacks. - Great location Because of the location beside Termini and two lines of metro it wasn't the quietest of places.
- Alesia (8/5): Very good -
- Saad (3/5): Bad. I couldn't stay longer than 5 hours, and then left! - Location close to termini station Old, furniture is almost broken, bad shower, elevator so bad! Bad smell. Pictures are not even close to the real room
- Katarína (4/5): Disappointing -
- Pavan (8/5): Very good - Everything nice and clean, facilities are nice No sound proof, disturbance from other room is clearly listening
- Mathew (5/5): Passable -
- Pawanpreet (6/5): Pleasant -
- Johnson (6/5): Pleasant -
- Miguel (1/5): Bad - Location Beds, smell in the room.
- Andranik (1/5): Very uncomfortable, dirty. I would check out 3 hours before the time. The elevator is very feary, the bathroom is very d - Nothing The worst and dirtiest hotel in the world
- Akram (9/5): Excellent - The interaction with the JK was very nice and pleasant. We encourage you to try this at least once at the hotel. I also recommend this hotel because of the hotel's location. When we leave, we have to return the key and then return to ask for it.
- Jana (10/5): Shakil was the best - Shakil was the best Shakil was the best
- Andrew (9/5): Outstanding service, great location close to the train station. - The service from Francesco was exceptional. From the moment we arrived Francesco was thoughtful and pleasant. His care and attention was some of the best I’ve experienced. Nothing we didn’t like. If we were coming back to Rome we’d stay at Hotel Giada.
- Abigail (6/5): nice location - very close to the station. if you’re young travellers or looking for a cheap hotel it isn’t as bad as the other reviews. there was working air con although it was a bit temperamental. the beds were clean. breakfast was ok too the fridge and the light in the bathroom didn’t work. the air con was very noisy
- Ben (3/5): Poor -
- Josh (1/5): Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. - Nothing. Where do you even start. The pictures on booking.com are not even close to what the hotel looks like.
The hotel isn’t even called Hotel Giada so it’s a nightmare to find.
Just a few things to sum up this stay…
1. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful.
2. The hygiene of the rooms is not passable.
3. The electricity in the building constantly goes out which forced me to find the fuse board myself to keep turning it back on when it tripped as the hotel staff did nothing.
4. I was electrocuted by a power outlet that was hanging out of the wall when I plugged a socket in.
5. There were nails hanging out of the wall next to a bed which you can easily cut yourself on, I ended up hammering them in myself.
6. You have to give the keys back every time you leave the hotel and then when you return they just give them to you without even verifying who you are.
7. The poor guy in the room next to us got scabies from his bed. The staff then left the mattress in the hallway directly outside my room.
8. Running warm water is hard to come by.
9. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the bottom of the bath is painted to cover up dirt.
10. In the whole week I think I was given fresh towels only once.
11. There are holes in the walls.
12. Fan doesn’t work.
13. There are wires from electrical outlets hanging out all over the place.
14. The sink was absolutely filthy
15. The air con machine is hanging out of the wall.
Please do not stay here. It’s not safe and I can’t believe that booking.com allow it on their site.
- Luke (1/5): Completely disgraceful, dirty and bed bugs - Nothing I got bed bugs, the airconditioner leaked water in the room and the staff were horrible
- Tena (5/5): Passable - It was nice location, a lot of bars and restaurants close. Really old hotel, a little hard to find, it wasn’t that clean
- Kanan (5/5): Passable -
- Wai (8/5): Great hotel for short stay in Rome - Excellent location within walking distance from Termini station.
Running hot water.
Clean towels provided.
Good sized room.
- Athersmith (4/5): Disappointing -
- Ani (3/5): Poor -
- Pranoti (6/5): Pleasant -
- Fouad (9/5): Superb -
- Hagman (1/5): Very bad, would never stay here again - Nothing Room was small, dirty and not as advertised. The water was cold from the shower and the wifi did not work. Toilet was in the shower and there were bugs all over the room. Beds were cots, and very uncomfortable to lay on and tilted. There was a bullet hole in the wall! When I brought up my concerns to staff, they said there was nothing they could do. I had to threaten a negative review before they offered to give me a marginally better room that at least had warm water and working wifi. Horrible value and service, this hotel should not be operating.
- Alejandro (1/5): Disapointed - Only the location. Please look for hotels in similar location. The hot water was an issue. I stayed 3 nights. In the first morning the pressure for hot water was very low but still can be used to take a shower. In the following 2 days there was not hot water, even in one day th staff allowed us to use another room to take a shower.
In generar the hotel is not updated, it is very old and it is dirty. The breakfast was really poor and to charge $7 Euro is excessive.
- Marek (3/5): Total disaster - this hotel should be cancelled on booking - Good location. Nothing else... The "hotel" provides incorrect information on Booking.com. contact telephone number provided on Booking is incorrect. Reception should be on 4th floor (and it is but totally closed for all the time). Phone numbers provided on closed reception are not responding on calls.
We had delayed flight and we tried to check in after 10PM. As written above, no one was at reception desk, no one answered on our phone calls. We were forced to stay for that night in another hotel... On next day we finally checked in (reception is another hotel but there is no info anywhere...)
Next disadvantages:
1. Lack of hot water in taps
2. Lack od towels (we had to ask about its)
3. There was no hair dryer in a room equipment (we asked about it also)
4. Hotel did not provide any breakfasts...
5. Bathroom sanitary level is very very low...
6. Official documentation sticked to romms door says that this hotel has gotnonly 1 star instead of 2 provided on Booking
7. We were obligated to return hotel room keys everytume when we went out. After our return no one asked about any ID to check if we are staying in this hotel...
It ruined our stay in Rome.
- Barbara (1/5): Worst hotel we have experienced - Location to the station was good as well as some reasonable restaurant’s, also close to the hop on hop off bus terminal.
Walking around the area was easy and the ground flat with access to many historic places The unfortunate thing about the hotel was that there was NO hot water, there was only a bridle of hot and any addition of cold water wasn’t possible.
We complained tree times and nothing was done on the forth time some one came and bled the system on our floor but it made no difference.
- Jonida (4/5): Disappointing -
- Mary (7/5): Good -
- Jenia (3/5): Poor -
- Aliyeva (3/5): Poor - Maybe localisation Not clean
Bery uncomfortable
- Bena (5/5): Passable - Location was perfect. There was no hot water until I asked twice for it.
- Nina (2/5): Very poor - The internet in the room was terrible, the hotel is quite old with a bad bed and I am not satisfied with the cleanliness, all in all for the money we paid it is unsatisfactory, the only thing is the location is good.
- Juta.. (1/5): Bad - Nothing. This was a disappointment. For this money you can stay in better places in Rome. Smell in the room. Homeless people are sleeping on the streets near the hotel. Bed linings were dirty. Check in desk is scary (does not match the pictures). Room pictures are with filters, also do not match the pictures.
We lost the money, becouse it was disgusting and scary to stat here and we need to book another place for stay in Rome.
- Isabela (1/5): Dont go there - Nothing The hotel is very old, the hot water in the shower wasn’t working, the toilet was smelling bad, the WiFi didn’t work in the room, the flush didn’t work well ..
- R (3/5): Poor -
- Hengky (2/5): Very poor - Near Termini Station. Only 10 mins walk. Dirty bathroom, apparatus are old and not functioning well, smelly.
- Dan (8/5): great value for money close to Termini transport node - Great central location, suitable for large groups. Beds are clean, staff is OK. The building does not look too great but the value for money I think it is great.
- Khalid (10/5): Exceptional -
- Manoharan (10/5): Excellent Budget hotel in Rome city centre - We like to say that we are very lucky to choose this hotel which is very near to the Roma Terminal station and walkable distance to the Rome attractions like colosseum, Foro Romano etc.,The kindness of the staff is exceptional and we felt more comfortable with them for the information we needed and the Reception opened 24 hours is very nice and advantageous. The cleanliness is perfect and excellent even for the visitors with families and small kids. We had the breakfast also which is good and satisfy our needs in the morning to roam around Rome . On the whole we enjoyed the stay very much. Cleanliness is excellent
Position is very near to all attractions of Rome
Staffs are fantastic with homely atmosphere
Rooms with essential facilities
