• Maryann (10/5): This property was cozy and clean and in a perfect location for our family to explore. - We liked the location- we enjoyed the Oltrano neighborhood and the proximity to the Arno and Ponte Vecchio. It was a bit cold inside when we arrived. Took a while for the heating to warm up.
• Deborah (7/5): It is an incredible location, and great amenities but it really needs some upkeep - Incredible location. That was our favorite part for sure. It is clear this apartment has been rented out for awhile and isn’t being up kept great. There is a broken lamp in one of the bedrooms and the walls had a few places where mosquitos had been smashed into the walls and were still there (with some blood). It just needs a good clean

• Meister (9/5): Amazing location, stunning property, perfect amenities for use, quiet and cozy, and fantastic kitchen! - Location was ideal to everything! Space is very comfortable, everything you need is there. Beautifully designed and we loved the layout. Our only issue were the mosquitos inside. We kept the windows closed, never opened them…but all 4 of us were eaten alive. Not sure where they were coming from. My husband had over 20 bites. We probably killed at least 15+ daily. This was the only thing about the property that was a negative. The home overall is stunning!

• Elitsa (8/5): Lovely stay in a Florence apartment - The apartment is well designed with all necessary facilities. It was really fabulous to experience the nicely decorated bedrooms and the spacious living room. The kitsch was equipped with everything necessary to self-cater. The lovely pictures in the apartment delivered to the artistic expectations and the one with Sophia Loren created this exquisite feeling of being in Italy. Beware of pickpockets! On the way from the airport to the apartment, my purse was stolen and this creating additional discomfort with my stay in Florence. I had to go to the police and be supported financially by my auntie who travelled with me. Other than that, everything was brilliant.

• amita (10/5): Definitely worth coming back - It’s a great apartment and a great location! We literally stepped down and there is such a buzz in the Neighbourhood. We stayed up so late downstairs on the street. It was just fantastic. Would want to come back and stay here. The hosts are good people, and they are quite responsive promptly I would’ve liked a few more coffee pods because I felt like for a family of four. We should have at least two coffee pods per day.

• Margo (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Firenze. - This is a sensational apartment in a wonderful location. Very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sofa bed. A couple of very minor repairs are needed but nothing that impacted our stay .
• Stuart (10/5): Overall, this was a great base for exploring Florence and the surrounding area. The apartment was modern and spacious, w - The property was very spacious and quiet. There were a few mosquitoes inside the apartment. I understand this may not be the owner’s fault, but it might be helpful for guests to be aware so they can take precautions against getting bitten.
• Neil (8/5): Very good - Location was good, apartment was clean, and as described. The QR code for the apartment manual did not work (couldn’t find the page). There were a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment. The building being on the second level without a lift was hard for suitcases. The apartment power could not be left on when leaving the apartment, so you couldn’t keep the air conditioning on or charge any batteries etc when you went out.

Quick and peaceful morning walks to local cafe, bakery, and to the open market at Santo Spirito plaza. Well appointed apartment for retreat after exploring the city…museums to Art Apartment, continual inspiration!

• Bikash (7/5): Great Location !! - Location is USP of this property. It is centralized located and everything is walkable from this property. The flat is at a steep second floor which is a little challenging. Another major concern was that during my stay of 4 nights the linens and towels are not changed. Towels is a matter of hygiene and needs to be changed atleast in 2days.
• Clifford (10/5): Exactly the Firenze experience we hoped for in the perfect location. - Location is amazing- I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Firenze- specialty coffee, shopping and a wine window all within metres of the front door. Atmospheric in the day, comes alive at night. Not overly touristy- away from the crowds just enough. Very minor repair needed here and there- hardly worth mentioning.

• Roshana (8/5): Beautiful apartment. - The apartments is beautiful. It is located 10 minutes walking from ponte viejo. It is clean, beds are comfortable and it has a good vibe. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. I would coming back to this apartment again, no question. The apartment is in the second floor, but it feels like in the third. To many stairs, specially if you are traveling with someone with limited mobility.

• Richard (9/5): A comfortable place in a great location. - The accommodation had been renovated and was very clean and comfortable. A key is required to activate the apartment's power. However, the entry is dark, and it's very difficult to locate the key slot without walking out into the common area to activate the light or using your phone as a torch.

• Sandra (10/5): Modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. - Excellent location in Santo Spirito. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms large. The kitchen is well equipped. The host was extremely quick to respond when we locked ourselves out. I would say it took only 30 mins from communication to her arrival. This was exceptional. Everything was perfect. Keep in mind that there are about 60 stairs to the apt. We travelled light so it was not a problem.

They made the process of getting to and accessing the apartment easy and the location was great. There were kids running through the building late at night. This was beyond the control of the host and only happened a couple times.

• Leila (5/5): Wolf in Sheep’s clothing - Such a beautiful apartment, perfectly located in the best part of Florence. Close enough to everything but far enough away from the hordes of tourists. Great restaurants just steps away from the apartment. Apartment has everything one needs including a W&D, stove/range, wine upon arrival, fantastically hot showers (2), comfortable beds (2) and extra couches to sleep on. We booked 9mo in advance so we paid an unbelievable rate. The apartment is infested with mosquitos. We had to cover every drain with wet paper towels for 3 nights, being eaten alive, and still could not find where they were coming from. By then we decided to leave (2 nights early). Other cons were: -only one key which also must be plugged into the electrical, so one person cannot leave with the key to run an errand or else no electricity, no wi-fi, etc. but the hostess told me, I’m the only one in history that has a problem with this, just use the intercom. It’s just slightly inconvenient. The electric key cannot be separated as it’s padlocked to the house keys. -Absolutely no instruction on how to use the intercom, AC, gas range or dishwasher. Though, instruction was provided on how to use W/D but good luck finding the machines, its location is not listed anywhere. (It’s up in the loft above the kitchen behind a secret door blocked by a big orange couch, we got chastised by the host for not reading the instructions but its location isn’t written anywhere on the instructions.)

• Angela (8/5): We had a short but comfortable stay and really liked the location on Santa Spirito. - Large stylishly appointed apartment with a nice kitchen and bathrooms. The furnishings are modern and everything is in good shape. The location on the South side of the river is in a quieter part of Florence, but only a 5-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Many great restaurants, cafes and wine bars are located nearby on Santa Spirito. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and provided good arrival and check-in information. The front bedroom near the front door was full of MOSQUITOES both nights we stayed. Two of us were bitten so much on the second night that we were up for several hours trying to kill them. Lots of itchy mosquito bites are not fun on vacation.

There was only one chair for watching TV . The apt description said there was a washer/dryer , but there wasn’t one in the apartment. There was mold in the shower.
• Raphael (10/5): Cosy, Comfortable and Luxurious - This is the most incredible stay, beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable and clean. The location is outstanding: nestled amongst Florence's loveliest sights with easy access to lots of great eats. Upon arrival I couldn't believe how luxurious an apartment this is for the cost.
• Hercules (8/5): We have a fantastic stay. - Central lovely unit. 2 Bathrooms are great. Good kitchen with everything you need. No lift. Stairs can be difficult for older people. Remember your mosquito spray for Florence in summer.

The communication, instructions, key collection at lock box (loved flexibility and not having fixed schedule). The apartment was recently renovated and it was just amazing. Very tasteful, very comfortable, very practical. The pictures don't do it justice. We would HIGHLY recommend this apartment.

• Florentina (10/5): Home away - The apartment is very well located, close to the tourist attractions, clean, quiet. Easy to check in; David will send you all the necessary information. Just keep in mind that it is on the 2nd floor, no elevator. You have good restaurants two steps away, on the same street, or grocery shops 5 minutes' walk away. We had a very nice stay in this apartment and, hopefully, we’ll come back soon. And… Florence is one of the most beautiful cities in the world!
