• Laura (7/5): Ok - Camera spațioasă, locație foarte bună și aproape de punctele de interes din oraș. Bucătăria este bine echipată, patul este confortabil, în schimb canapeaua extensibilā este foarte inconfortabilă. Scara este foarte îngustă și mică (am apreciat ca acest lucru este menționat în descriere). Nu mi-a plăcut aerisirea de la baie, pentru ca era un geam glisant care dădea intr un hol de pe casa scării care era murdar și de unde se auzeau zgomotele din camerele de la alte etaje.

• Nikola (7/5): - V docházkové vzdálenosti k většině památek, prakticky hned vedle kavárna, obchod. Vybavení apartmánu dostačující, čisto. Bohužel přímo naproti ubytování je bar takže pátek, sobota velmi hlučno do pozdních hodin, jelikož okna propustí veškeré zvuky z ulice.
• Annunziata (6/5): - Posizione ottima, appartamento senza dubbio accogliente e moderno Il check in previsto per le 15:00, arriviamo alle 15:30 e non erano neanche iniziate le pulizie. Alle 17:00 ritorniamo e la signora era ancora in alto mare. Quindi rimasti in giro con bagagli per non perdere la giornata. Segnalato il problema, ci è stato offerto uno sconto del 20% sulla prima notte, cosa mai successa poche mi è stato addebitato l’intero importo. Il bagno ( inteso come sanitario) sicuramente necessita di una pulizia più approfondita per le parti meno visibili.

• Liliana (4/5): Non consiglio - Posizione e pulizia stanza Non abbiamo dormito per tutta la notte, poiché si sente tutto tra un piano e l’altro e abbiamo beccato dei ragazzi al piano superiore molto molto rumorosi. L’assenza di una reception o di uno staff non permette che vengano rispettate le regole basilari, infatti non ci sentivamo sicuri e non sapevamo chi avvisare. Peccato

• Nadine (7/5): Tolle Lage und Ausstattung. - Die Lage war super. Die Wohnung befand sich im 4. Stock, wobei die Stiegen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung gut ausgestatten und geräuming, jedoch ist die Dusche nicht für beleibtere Personen ausgelegt. Diese ist sehr klein und Eng.

Inoltre pur avendo pagato il check-in anticipato siamo arrivati ed abbiamo trovato la signora delle pulizie che stava lavorando… Siccome fuori diluviava siamo rimasti un’ora in casa con lei nel reciproco imbarazzo…

• Kateryna (8/5): - Гарне розташування, до всіх визначних місць можна дійти пішки. Апартаменти великі і чудові, відповідають фотографіям, нам дуже сподобався такий стиль. Ми були в грудні, була в принципі комфортна температура, але ми трошки грілись кондиціонером. Сходи до апартаментів круті і вузькі, якщо для молоді то супер, якщо для пенсіонерів, то буде не зручно підійматися, але такі сходи у багатьох будівлях в старому місці. Коли заселяєтесь в номер, включіть одразу холодильник, ми не зрозуміли спочатку, писали в підтримку, а потім знайшли. Зручно, що є додаток готелю, в якому ти сам реєструєшся, і там буде вся інформація для входу. До метро йти хвилин 10, таксі не зможе під'їхати до входу, бо там пішохідна зона, потрібно шукати місце найближче, де можна в нього сісти. В апартаментах є весь посуд, що потрібен, також чай та кава, мильне для посуду, а також в ванній кімнати є шампунь, кондиціонер, гель для душу. Поряд є багато магазинів і супермаркетів. Дуже не зручна плита, вона сильно нагрівається, і перестають працювати сенсорні кнопки, краще прикласти інструкцію як нею користуватись. В ванній кімнаті у нас трошки підтікав кран. І на вулиці під нами був бар, де постійно відпочивають туристи, і буває трошки галасно вночі. Нам це не заважало, але наприклад влітку, мабуть буде шумно, бо вікна будуть відчинені. Але в готелі нам поклали беруші, тобто вирішення проблеми є. А також не вистачає вішака при вході, щоб повісити верхній одяг.

• Luka (2/5): Avoid this place! - location Avoid this place! The staircase leading to the apartment is extremely narrow. The apartment is basically one room divided by sliding wooden doors. Upon arrival, I had a big problem checking in through the app and couldn’t get the code to enter the building and the apartment. I spent a lot on roaming just to manage it, because communication is done via messages with artificial intelligence that keeps sending you in circles and does nothing. When you call, you wait a very long time for someone to answer, and during that time you are forced to listen to messages that drain your phone and increase your bill. For breakfast, you get a box that you cannot choose—every morning it’s exactly the same. By the third day, it was already unpleasant to see them in front of the door (there is no option to choose something else). What they bring isn’t worth even 5 euros; it’s better to go downstairs to the Indian grocery store than to eat that. The day after checkout, we received a message saying we had to pay an additional €50 for cleaning because the apartment was left dirty. Nothing was damaged or deeply dirty—only three cups were used, and there were nine breakfast boxes that needed to be thrown away. This seems like a trick to take more money from guests, since no one will return anyway. We also met other guests who arrived late and couldn’t get the entry instructions, so they had to find other accommodation even though they had already paid everything.

• Katarzyna (8/5): - The best thing about this apartment is the location. Right in the city centre. Everything is within walking distance. There are tons of shops, nice restaurants, and coffee places around. Absolutely great. The apartment is good in size with enough space to eat and sit. The kitchen was fitted with all the necessary stuff. Beddings were nice. The apartment is on the 4th floor, and the staircase is a joke. It's extremely narrow, and stairs are difficult to climb. The door opening system didn't work, so we spent half an hour every time trying to open it. The apartment is cold in winter months with no heating source. It was 6 degrees outside when we arrived. Sofa bed is impossible to sleep on. Seriously. I think it will be more comfortable to sleep on the floor, at least the floor is even. The air-conditioning unit is fitted directly above the sofa, so it's probably impossible to use it in the summer months, when somebody sleeps there. The shower drainage system doesn't work, so it's unpleasant to take a shower. It's not possible to get in contact with human staff, only automatic response machine. It's hard to have anything sorted out.

Comoda l'assenza di chiavi Illuminazione da rivedere, sul letto non ci sono lucine ma solo una grande centrale sul soffitto, non è facilissimo parlare con lo staff perche bisogna scaricare un'app per accedere a tutti i servizi, non si capisce se nella struttura affittata ci sono o no alcuni servizi scritti nelle descrizioni generali

• Daniela (8/5): - Top Lage in Barcelona! Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen! Mittendrinnen im Geschehen und doch nicht zu laut. Korrespondenz mit KI ist nicht so mein Fall. Hat aber trotzdem gut geklappt.

The sofa is not so much comfortable for sleeping, the noise from the street till 3am and the noise coming from other apartments is very loud. Numa provides earplugs which was nice, but kids are not able to sleep with it.
• Tina (9/5): We enjoyed our stay! - Stairs are quite tight. We had smaller luggage and our room thankfully was only up one flight of stairs. It took us a minute to figure out the lighting for the stairs. The room is quite dark with the windows covered - which can be both good or bad depending on how you want to use the room. Bonus washing machine midway through our trip! Maybe the bed and couch was a little worn. But we slept comfortably. The shower is quite small, but it was clean and worked. With everything I initially thought might not work, the apartment grew on us. The location was perfect, and you feel like you are staying in a neighborhood where real Barcelonians live.

Terrazza panoramica su cui fare una bella colazione con calma. Ottima divisione degli spazi dell'appartamento. Cucina pulita e ben fornita le scale strette, con gradini alti, tipiche degli accessi di servizio alle case nobiliari, ed un po' consumate. Ogni volta che le facevamo avevamo paura di cadere

• Denys (10/5): Good for first time visitors without car - It's on a tourist street, I liked to watch the people from the open window while eating. 20 minutes walk to the beach or bus to the airport. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Strong AC. Sound isolation with a street is OK, but not with the upstairs. The bathroom is really small, only for one person at a time.

• Miss Bars (3/5): ESCALERAS HORRIBLES E INFINITAS Y TERRAZA QUE NO ESTÁ EN TU APARTAMENTO Y SIN LIMPIAR - La ubicación. En el El Born un barrio ecléctico e interesante. Apartamento es acogedor para 2 personas. La terraza no es exclusiva del apartamento y nadie lo dice. De hecho, no está en la misma planta. Tienes que subir por una escalera estrecha, antigua, empinada y casi sin barandilla. Además, hay entreplanta así que es casi un sexto. Alguien con mínima movilidad reducida no podría hospedarse ahí. El sofá cama está desvencijado. El colchón hundido en el centro. Un adulto no puede dormir ahí. Casi no hay enchufes y en la cocina para encender un electrodoméstico tienes que desenchufar otro. La puerta del baño no abre por dentro. Te quedas encerrado como estés solo. Todo engañoso. La peor relación calidad-precio en mucho tiempo.

Well quipped, huge and comfortable king size bed, plus additional sofa for sleeping. Located in old gothic quarter with narrow streets makes feeling like a local and lovely small two balcony of apartment. also it was pretty quiet . As far as narrow stairs - I read about it, so just take it into attention while you have big luggage. And would like to admit great Numa service for easy and comfortable finding of location and check-in ( already had experience for living in Numa apartment in Prague) Just would improve two things: - make something with unpleasant and musty smell from the closet. - shower room - the door was broken and didn’t close normally and it a little bit old, really need a new one.

All the facilities that we could need and very central location, only a 25 minute walk to beach and Sagrida Familia. Bounce Lockers option to store luggage was very easy and useful and great that it was free!! Overall would come back here again and recommend to anyone visiting barcelona, both families or groups of friends Stairs can be tiring but manageable.

• William (9/5): Walking gothic town in Barcelona - The location of the property is in the old town so, if you arrive at night for the first time, is kind of scary and disappointing. The next day you realize that there’s nothing to be worried about because that’s the way the old town is: narrow streets, sometimes with no lights at night. Those stairs to get to the apartment are too narrow and steep and if you have luggage it’s hard.
• Agata (9/5): Really recommend, I will definitely be staying at Numa again! - The hotel is in a very good location, the staff was really helpful and quick when we needed some support. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing I could complain about is that the apartments are on a busy street so it’s loud during the weekend, but of course the owners can’t do anything about it.

• Rob (8/5): Good, could have been Great - Excellent position in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. Walked almost everywhere from here. The shower drain was very slow to drain. Someone was sent to clear the drain but it made no difference. Water up around your ankles before you finish showering

The views from the rooftop were geeat, and we loved having our morning coffee there The stairs when carrying our suitcases. We were carrying big suitcases and they barely fitted on the stairs.
