The apartment was very comfortable, clean and has everything that you would need. The area was great in proximity to everything. Communication was prompt and with clear instructions. Would highly recommend the apartment. Would have liked some information on the details of the property in our room, such as opening hours of pool and gym, how to access them. Some information on local area would have been handy.

• Paul (9/5): Perfect city location, clean and modern. - As described, great views of the city, story bridge, Brizy River, etc and especially beautiful at night. Clean, welcoming, modern, car park was good too and the power pad Bluetooth speakers in each room were awesome. Only thing we found a bit difficult was parking to find the entrance and parking on the corner to pick up/drop off the keys. Great value for money, has everything you need and might consider eye cover thingy's in future as the window blinds couldn't block the morning sun, still a great place! As above.

Perfect place to stay when in Brisbane, walking distance to the city. Felt like I was right in the heart of everything. Have already booked again to return!

• April (10/5): - It it indeed Great location and it has amazing views from the room right up top where the pool area and gym is! The apartment is clean, comfortable and quiet. Adam is responds very quick to any questions, very helpful too with directions and friendly.

Host gave really good, detailed information. The blind in the master allowed the morning sun to hit the pillow so hard to keep sleeping. We couldn’t find a bath mat.

• Tomer (10/5): Spacious modern cenrally-located apartment with amazing views - Amazing well-equipped and well-maintained spacious apartment with breathtaking views right at the middle of Brisbane CBD within a walking distance to everything. Only issue is getting the keys, which felt a bit like getting out of an escape room...

Previous guest's glasses left in dishwasher, clothes dryer lint filter had not been cleaned out for a long time, bath towels were very worn & threadbare, no bath mat or flannels, low water pressure in bathroom handbasins, unsuite shower leaked water through shower door.
• Di (9/5): - Great location. Our second stay at this apartment and hope it won’t be the last. Only a few blocks from the shopping hub in Queen Street and also to the river walk and ferries. The location for the lockbox system is very primitive. Wouldn’t want to be scrabbling around on my knees in the rain trying to pick the right one amongst over 50 or so all padlocked to a grille in Anne Street (around the corner) almost at knee level. Adam does provide a quick identification system but it’s still a poor introduction when there is a concierge in this building who could be providing a civilised entrance. Overall though, once inside, this negative factor is well overruled by all the positives.
• Karly (10/5): Absolutely beautiful hosts with a Beautfiul room - It was very Cosy but also I loved the sunlight through every window I felt so refreshed I was ready to head straight to the bedroom. 10/10 A tad bit crowded but sometimes crowded can make me feel safe sooooo

I’m usually travelling by myself, but my partner came with me this time . as soon as we opened the door, we fell in love with the magnificent views 😍 This can really be a simple question to answer to… but I have a few issue with turning on the stove as I’m old school 😅 but you live and you learn

• Jolanda (9/5): Perfect CBD apartment - Perfect location in the heart of the CBD. But the apartment is so calming. A cozy retreat that allowed for relaxation and gathering ones thoughts while recharging your batteries with all the amenities you could need and a fantastic view of the river and city life passing by. The bed is comfortable and bedding, you just want to snuggle into with plenty of pillows and cushions even for us girls who love all the extra cuddle ones. The only thing I can nit pick in this perfect haven is the towels are standard siz, a bit thin and need fabric softener as they are rough on the skin. So if you're like me and particular towels and require a larger one, you will need to bring your own.

• Advocado (9/5): Great location, facilities and host with great communication. - Host gave very clear instructions on where exactly to pick keys up from which was very helpful with the huge amount of other lockboxes at the same place. Two keys would have been helpful so we could have come and gone to the pool area and out and about separately as we were travelling with a friend - but maybe if you ask you can get this I just didn’t even think about it till we arrived. But there was nothing else at all that was an issue.

The rooftop pool area was a great bonus, and it's just a short walk to the river and a variety of great restaurants. Adam was quick to respond to all of our enquiries and was happy to accommodate our special requests. We’re already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Gym and rooftop 20m dipping pool a bonus. Conveniently located close to supermarket, riverfront and restaurants, CBD and local cafes, and Central train station and river Cat (10 minute walk). Host is great, clear instructions and very responsive.

Central and ferries just minutes walk away. Rooftop pool and view is stunning. We really enjoyed our stay before flying out the next morning, will definitely rebook!

TV in main bedroom as well as lounge room. Adam the host was super friendly and helpful, messaging to see if we needed anything. The only complaint would be the towels and that's a pretty trivial thing really. I did read in previous reviews that the nice towels that Adam had provided were stolen by a guest. So I really don't blame him for replacing them with less expensive ones.

• Sue (10/5): Great location, central to shops and river. - Breakfast was not included, but tea/coffee was provided and a coffee machine. The view over the river was amazing and we were within walking distance to the CBD and the stops for the Citycat ferries. New fares are being trialed and it cost just 50 cents a trip, tag on and off using a debit or credit card. Great value. Rubbish and recycling facilities were handy in the building and we had a car park available for our rental car. We were provided with plenty of information by Adam prior to arrival and during our stay. Nothing major, just a suggestion. We now find at most places we stay, that there is no milk provided. A small bottle in the fridge would be handy when arriving, especially at night when you haven't had time to check out the locality for shops/supermarkets and would like a hot drink.

Waiting for Adam to call back after missing my calls while standing on the side of the road. An extremely disappointing experience booked for my husbands birthday with an afternoon show to get to. I find it very difficult to understand how after 2 messages on 11/8, 1 on 29/8 and 2 on the morning of 1/9 the day of our booking, how it was not realised there was a double booking before we arrived. Quite furious really.

• Di (9/5): Would definitely stay again. Hopefully soon. - Fabulous 21st floor views and just an 8 minute (or so) walk from the railway station and the Queen Street mall. Perfect spot for two single friends to stay, with bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends of the corner apartment with the living area in the centre. Plenty of space for hanging clothes too. The owner kindly contacted us during our stay to check that all was going well. Didn’t find scrabbling around at knee level behind a closed pub to locate the correct lock box (from about 30) much fun, but Adam had made it as way as possible with a quick identifier.

Located in a great location, we loved it. Easy to access with clear instructions and good communication, we will return. Nothing, they thought of everything.

The rooftop infinity pool was beautiful at sunrise and has a stunning view over the city. The apartment itself is well furnished and the beds were really comfortable, bathroom for each bedroom was a bonus
