- Patricia (7/5): Value for money. - We had a room facing the back which reduced the noise from the highway completely. Bathtubs still have old fixtures, I realize this is a big job to renovate.

- Suzy (10/5): -
- Howie (3/5): Not clean at all. 🤢 - The staff were very friendly. The room stunk like dirty carpet and toilet. They tried to mask it with a cinnamon oil scenter but it only made it worse. The carpet was sticky. I had to wear sandals to avoid getting a dirty residue on my feet. Dirty sheets. Dirty towels. Dirty everything. I slept in my clothes!
And the FLIES! So many FLIES!
I got outta there at the crack of dawn. Blech!
- Tammy (7/5): Passing through. - Liked having a kitchenette with an apartment size fridge and stove. Beds were very comfortable. No air conditioning but a fan is provided. Freezer in refrigerator was very frosted up, couldn't fit much due to frost build up. Stove and oven wasn't clean.
- Singh (10/5): -
- James (7/5): -
- Poynter (5/5): Overall once we got in our room it was clean and comfortable. You get what you pay for but we basically just needed to s - The desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating Guest hanging outside drinking
- Guy (10/5): Awesome - Good location
- Letticia (3/5): Poor -
- Montgomery (7/5): Good -
- Heinz (7/5): Good -
- Evangeline (4/5): Other than what i mention earlier the bed was clean and confortable - The room did not small good. Not enough pillows. No breakfast available Old rugs could be removed. Perhaps that is the cause of the smell
- Anonymous (1/5): most unpleasant stay ever! -
- Guy (10/5): Ad a good relaxing stay - Short distance for accommodation
- Anonymous (8/5): Staff would keep people coming back - Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Not able to connect to WiFi most times
- Kerry (9/5): Leaf game stay over - wonderful staff. polite and super accommodating. clean and helpful. 1 night only driving from Winnipeg to Toronto but great place to stay the night. excellent coffee and bagels. nothing to complain about
- Jakob (1/5): Bad -
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good -
- Shashank (1/5): Bad -
- Amit (10/5): The host Rajat is very welcoming. She also offer complimentary coffee which is not part of the motel - Nothing.
- Harjinderpal (10/5): It was a pleasent stay and I would stay again while returning back. Specially love their Indian Tea - This place has a Robin Donuts and a Pizza Hut. So you can enjoy the food while staying, and also in the morning I found the cheapest gas in the town at Villa Bianca.
- Martin (7/5): Good -
- Harrison (8/5): Honest review. - The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. No hiccups at all. The staff was very polite. Water pressure was good as well. The staff even went out of their way to make a pizza for us even though the Kitchen was already closed and it was late into the night. They have a gas station right infront of the motel beating the prices of the rest of the competition so that's a plus. Good value for the money overall. The bed was soft but the sheets it came with could've been better. The way it felt on our skin was a little uncomfortable. We had our own soft comforter so It didn't bother us that much. One thing that bothered us was the fact that there were no power outlets next to the bed. We had to use the plugs in the washroom and kitchen to plug our devices in. Made things a little inconvenient when you have to get up from bed and walk to actually turn off the Alarms.
- Kathy (1/5): Scary place - Nothing Dirty, unorganized, old and falling apart
- Jane (6/5): Pleasant -
- Schmitz (7/5): Good -
- Deborah (6/5): Just OK - The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Need to update flooring. Carpet was old and room smelled musky. They had sprayed a scented spray to mask odor.
- Beth (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (8/5): Very good - This is a case of don't judge a book by the cover. The exterior is run down, but my room was as good or better than the last place I stayed at which cost much more. Clean and functional interior with a kitchenette and a nice bathroom with new fixtures. The bed was firm and comfortable and the shower was wonderfully powerful. The furnishings are shabby, but that did not bother me. Also, the door to the fridge was hinged on the wrong side making it a bit of a pain to use, again not a big deal.
- Brian (7/5): Good -
- Sydney (10/5): Perfect for us and our cat !! - The location was beautiful and the owner and staff were very warm and welcoming! Our room (101) was very clean and comfy, new renovations were done very well. They had no issues with our cat being with us (other motel in the area was very rude about not letting our cat in the room and having to leave her in the car over night). Free water and coffee was included in our stay and the donuts and other breakfast items they had available were fresh and delicious! new management has put a lot of work into making your stay here the best it could possibly be and it shows!
- Goodhew (3/5): Poor -
- Kristin (10/5): Welcoming which is what any guest should want - Dee the manager was very welcoming and came down to greet us as we arrived somewhat late. He ensured we were made to feel at home, and gave us his number if we needed anything.
The Inn is under a massive renovation, so it’s understandable it looks like a construction zone. But what made this place outstanding was how the management Dee accommodated us and ensured we were taken care of.
I can’t wait to see what magic he makes in the Reno’s
- Ron (7/5): Good - Good location with attached restaurant. Clean and neat but very dated.
- Allinclusivelizard (8/5): Handy place to stop over. - Check-in and out is not efficient.
- Glen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trevor (5/5): Clean room, rest could use some work - Room was clean and spacious, easy free parking. Restaurant open late when everything else in town closes at 9pm which isn't great if arriving in town at 8:30. Outside spaces seemed run down and most could use a good cleaning.
Check-in process was a bit confusing as no one seemed to be at the check in desk when we arrived.
Pizza Hut restaurant service was slow because only one person was working - same person taking orders was making the pizzas. Very inefficient. They need at least another person there. Also, couldn't order more than one medium pizza because of "a shortage of pans", or at least that's what I understood. Tried to order 2, but he said the 2nd one would take more than an hour because he only had one pan? Hard to believe, but was only able to order one.
- Guy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Menard (10/5): Exceptional - I'm cycling across Canada and all hotels were booked in Nipigon, I called this place who had a room and ended up arriving past midnight and they came to welcomed me and gave me the room's key, I was touched :)
- Robert (1/5): Didn’t stay - Nothing Apparently under renovations. No evidence of that. Most room doors appeared ill fitting. Room we saw looked clean but smelled badly.
- April (6/5): Very friendly staff - Very friendly staff Nothing
- Dawn (10/5): Exceptional - This location has recently come under new ownership and there have been some updates made. The new owner was super friendly and accommodating. I have not stayed at this location in the past so I have nothing to compare it to. I was looking for a warm comfortable bed to get a good night's sleep and a hot shower in the morning so I could continue my next two days driving and I was not disappointed.
- Simon (7/5): Good -
- Michael (5/5): Realizing that the motel is under renovation it shouldn’t be made available to the public until the units are thoroughly - Nothing Everything
- Carley (7/5): The place was run by incredible people who were gracious and kind. They recommended the museum across the street and wer - It was quite outdated, but it served its purpose. There were some areas like under the bed (where one of my shoes got kicked), that were quite gross… and the kitchen floor was covered in something that made it almost feel slimy to step on.
- Nancy (10/5): The new owner Dee is very friendly and accommodating. They are renovating it so it’s being worked on. I would recommend - It was easy to locate Nothing.
- Gerald (7/5): Pleasant - Easy access It is a little dated and no A C in rooms
- Jim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Illi44illi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Syed (1/5): Dirty filty smelly - Nothing Very dirty, un hygienic room. No counter person available
- Erol (8/5): Very good -
- Neil (7/5): Good -
- Abid (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jeff (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rodthemod (7/5): Good - Location, price and room were all as expected since we have stayed here before. Restaurant/bar was not open but we found a really nice place not too far away, Filanes which was exceptional.
- Anissa (6/5): Okay - Close to the highway. Great to stop for a night. Free coffee in the restaurant in the morning.
I was given a room with a kitchenette but nothing was working. The fridge was unplugged. I didn't expect any so it's fine.
- Douglas (4/5): Ok for a short night stay. - A little scary arriving after dark. The check in spot being inside a small convenience store that was basically closed was strange. No food or snack options available The outside was dismal. Dead weeds in planter box peeling paint The room was adequate
- Shawn (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (5/5): Passable -
- Wendy (7/5): Short but ok - Location Not enough sound proofing. You could really hear the people above you
- Judy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Catherine (4/5): Disappointing - Bed was ok. Location easy to find Bath was in need of repair. No hair dryer.
- Mary (5/5): Passable - Close to the hwy, but quite. No coffee in room.
- Daniel (6/5): Pleasant - Due to a road closure I was unable to get there. Management was very understanding and was able to Cancel
Thank you Worked out well
- Bdbarbarous (9/5): Superb -
- Gail (6/5): Pleasant -
- Angela (8/5): Good - The motel was right along the hwy, so it was convenient for us to stop at on our travels. The town was quaint.
- Robert (4/5): Not impressed with the customer service. - The location was good. The room was dark, nothing was plugged in and they were not expecting us despite our confirmed booking.
- Joshua (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jake (5/5): Passable -
- Khalid (10/5): Exceptional -
- Parry (6/5): It was ok for a one-night stop - Next to gas station
The room was clean Humidity in the room
Easy to listen to other guests through the walls
- Lynda (1/5): Bad - Place was old, run down and needs major overhaul. Would never stay here again
- Dianne (8/5): okay stay for the price. - acceptable rate for what was provided... one light not working.....would have liked coffee maker....terrible parking.....very little clear English spoken but pleasant.....pillows ready for donation....very small and nothing to them.....had to use own. No A/C but fan provided...adequate.....would not want to pay more for this room,
