• Janesh (8/5): Very good - The property is pretty old but well maintained and clean. This is a beautiful house in a stunning location with a kids park just 200m away. Basic amenities like sugar, tea, coffee, and salt were missing. Some dishes were rusty indicating not cleaned well. One of the bedrooms had bedsheets and cover not properly dusted causing itchiness. To make matters worse, we received confirmation from the owner allowing us to extend our stay until 11 am, but was not communicated properly to the cleaner. The cleaner arrived at 10am with an attitude and shaking her head arrogantly. When we tried to share our experience, she showed no interest in listening or improving the situation. As paying customers we expect a certain level of service and respect. Unfortunately, this fell short of our expectations. We hope the owner takes our feedback seriously and addresses these issues to ensure better experience for future customers.

• Veerendra (9/5): Superb - Port Campbell is a lovely sea side town close to all of the amazing cliffs and rock formations along the Great Ocean Road. We stayed in the cottage. It is decked out with timber and fancy corrugated sheeting which gives it a rustic feel, and is very spacious and was perfectly cleaned. It is also fully equipped with a kitchen, dining, entertainment, washing machine and dryer. The best thing was its location, right on the main street and 5min by foot from the beach and jetty - highly recommended.

• Kharzina (10/5): Jayde has been a fantastic host. She came to the rescue when we locked ourselves out of the house. - The house is very spacious and has all the things that you need. There are no lights on the driveway and could be very dark at night.

Toilets and showers are fully renovated and sparkling ! kitchen cabinets may need an uplift. Got a glitch turning on the stove but we got there.
