Es un lindo detalle que al realizar la reserva te envíen información sobre restaurantes y pongan a disposición los números y recomendaciones de distintos servicios. Siempre están pendientes de ti antes de tu llegada, así mismo para recibirte cuando llegas. Es posible prepararte un café en la cocina a la hora que desees, guardar algo que lleves en una nevera y tiene unas zonas comunes con una gran vista a la naturaleza. Cuenta con parqueadero privado al interior del hotel y el precio incluye desayuno. Las camas son cómodas y tienen un buen catálogo en la televisión. La ubicación: El hotel se encuentra ubicado en una vereda a las afueras de Jardín. No es posible ir a pie hasta el pueblo para recorrer sus calles, se debe tomar un mototaxi que te recoja en el hotel y otro de regreso, aclarando que muy entrada la noche los mototaxis que te pueden regresar escasean. Esto puede ser una ventaja para quienes buscan conexión con la naturaleza y descanso total. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas. Se escucha bastante el ruido de otros huéspedes (hablando por teléfono, abriendo la puerta de sus cuartos, etc.)
• MARTIN (10/5): Fuimos con mi familia y solo nos quedamos una noche, sin embargo quedamos tan encantados que ya queremos volver. La casa - Es un lugar demasiado agradable, muy bien ubicado y la vía de acceso está en perfecto estado, el personal es súper amable, las habitaciones son amplias y tienen todo lo necesario y más, Yesenia es muy buena anfitriona, la casa es hermosa, tranquila y muy acogedora. El desayuno incluido es delicioso. En realidad todo me gustó.

• Wilfried (10/5): ein toller Aufenthalt - das beste Frühstück in Kolumbien, sehr nette Familie. Wir bekamen ein großes Zimmer für den gleichen Preis. Stadtnähe, schnell mit dem Auto oder Tuktuk zu erreichen. Blick auf den Regenwald und Fluß. Etliche Vögel sind dort zu beobachten. Als Abschiedsgeschenk eine schöne Tasse mit Vogelmotiven, nochmals vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt -------
• Juan José (10/5): Una gran experiencia - La atención de Doña Yesenia y su recibiemiento fueron excelentes, muy amable y muy comodo el lugar, perfecto para desconectarse y pasar un tiempo agradable. Nos encanto la compañia de Sky, una perrita del hotel demasiado hermosa, sin duda alguna volveriamos. Todo me gusto, por lo cual, no hay ninguna queja.

• Jonatan (10/5): Excelente Hospedaje Pet Friendly - Me hospedé con mis padres y mi perro durante 3 días y 2 noches. El Hotel es espectacular, tiene todas las comodidades que esperas para una instancia campestre. El desayuno estuvo 10/10. El alojamiento queda a las afueras del pueblo aprox a 3-4 min en carro. Hay una cocina con nevera compartida para guardar lo que sea necesario. Yesenia siempre estuvo muy atenta en todo momento. Si están buscando un lugar donde alojarse con su mascota y disfrutar de la naturaleza, la Sultana será la mejor opción. Todo estuvo bien, nada malo que comentar.

• Nina (9/5): Genieten op rustige plek dichtbij Jardin. - De host stond open voor vragen en kon fijne tips geven. De locatie was top, lekker rustig maar toch dichtbij het centrum met een tuktuk. Het ontbijt was ook erg lekker hier! We hebben zelfs nog gebruik gemaakt van het keukentje om een avond een simpel gerecht te maken. Zeker aanrader om hier te verblijven! Niks!

• Andrew (10/5): Excellent friendly place - Secluded, quiet and at the start of the best hike! Also breakfast was amazing!! It was a difficult road to walk into town on as no pavement, but I managed. And a taxi is about 2 dollars.
• Catherine (9/5): Wonderful personal service in a peaceful location - My son and I arrived at La Sultana suffering with a stomach bug and were taken really good care of by Yessi and her family, who even got us medication. Thank you Yessi! The hotel is a very relaxing place to be, with loads of birds including hummingbirds seen from the balcony. The breakfast was lovely and the personal service was amazing. The hotel is a bit out of town, but as a result is very peaceful and town is only a short and inexpensive tuk-tuk/taxi journey away.

Rooms differ from small to large; not all rooms have window so be aware if you need fresh air It takes tuktuk to go to village. Not expensive and easily arranged but makes stay a bit less spontaneous. Overall OK and pleasant but a bit pricey for quality of room.

• Boyan (8/5): Very good - La Sultana is located a few meters inside across the main road leading to Jardin. This makes a huge difference as it's a quiet place with an abundance of birds in the morning. They charge around 10% more than what is stated in the booking. They claim this is a technical issue beyond their control, but I find it unsatisfactory. Additionally, two of the rooms are located on the path leading to the kitchen, which is not ideal in terms of privacy.

• K (10/5): Wonderful, quiet, comfortable stay with outstanding hosts! One of our favorite places so far in Colombia - The location is fabulous, very quiet with great birdwatching from the hotel. The hosts were top notch…They were super helpful. The breakfast was delicious! The beds were comfortable and the water was hot! I wish we had the time to stay longer.

He asked us what we wanted to have for breakfast, I choose scrambled eggs with arepa, cheese, bread and chocolate, there was a few other options but not that much. Breakfast was tasty and I was full. you can hear the river which makes it very relaxing, there are chairs to relax while talking or reading something. There's a friendly dog and some cats. WiFi was good, the water in the shower is hot, I didn't find a way to turn it off and forgot to asked for it. You don't need hot water there. It's a bit far from the city town. You have to take a taxi or walk around 40 mins. We pay 6500 Cop for the mototaxi to the park. Someone told us it's not good to walk in that area at night but I don't know. It looks safe though.
