• Clarke (8/5): - Lots of room. Good bathroom. Good restaurants in area and close to tram station. It needs more power points for fridge and kettle. There was nowhere to plug the fridge in so therefore useless. Had to move kettle to boil water which was not ideal.

• hakeemi (8/5): - The hotel was clean and quiet close to ameneties. The breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle bus to the airport was excellent. The way to the room was complicated and having to move heavy bags was not an easy task through the convoluted passages with steps up and down. There was some construction work in the hotel with construction materials lying on the passageways.

Приятные сотрудники отеля, Забота и внимание, отдельное спасибо, кто рано утром в 6 утра позаботился о нас, налил чаек...имя , к сожалению забыла Тапочки, чайник, кофе, чай- все было, даже лифт работал Расположение - рядом с Мечетью фонтан, рынок, есть все. Чтобы добраться до Султан аметист, пару пересадок на трамвае Рынок Такого не было

• Malik (9/5): Great place but has its faults - The location was the highlight it was situated in the centre of everything from the Masjid to food outlets. The transport was within walking distance. The hotel itself had 24 hour reception service. There was a lift to all the floors. The room was spacious. SUPERB WiFi The bad points unfortunately our room was situated where you had to take steps down (the floor wasn't one level) bad for us as we had to go back and forth from hotel to pray 5 times a day. There was a bad odour from the sink (blocked the sink with wet tissue) The windows weren't sound proof & up until 2am we had to put up with constant outside traffic (food delivery scooters) Our worst experience and biggest let down was airport transfer ... we weren't told that the hotel only accepted cash.. yet they had contact less payment facility. Luckily I had some pound sterling Breakfast we would not choose next time ... one of the guests told us that there was the hot soup option. Except for boiled eggs which were included in breakfast... fried eggs x3 150 lira ... didn't make sense why charge for fried eggs when eggs included in breakfast... The TV was not worth watching... none of the channels Netflix YouTube extra were functioning I just used my mobile phone to stream on the TV. We didn't wish to complain because the staff were friendly and complaining is not in our nature. This feedback is purely for the management to improve these small issues. If not for this they'd have 5 stars instead of 4

• Mohammed (8/5): The stay was good the staff were good but I think a better breakfast and bigger rooms would make my stay better in the f - It was very close to the shrine of hazrat eyub ansari Did not have one big room with two or more beds.
• Semen (8/5): Comfortable and Well-Organized Stay in a Great Neighborhood - Everything in the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. I stayed in a small but very thoughtfully organized room that had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. If you're visiting Istanbul and plan to spend most of your time exploring the city, using the hotel mainly as a cozy place to rest at night, this is a great choice. Plus, the neighborhood where the hotel is located is really interesting and worth exploring on its own!

Limited parking (there is paid parking nearby, but only 2 free spaces next to the hotel). Smell of smoke permeated the room. This comes from outside, so was okay once we shut the window and put the a/c on.

Good hot and cold water, with a great adjustable air-conditioner. Overall, the rooms were not that much different from a 4 star hotel, so pretty good for a short stay if you don't want to spend much Breakfast could be much better, very normal and limited. The staff were ok, but no one knew English even a little, which is not really professional. And the hall and rooms were not soundproof.

The hotel doesn't have a laundry service, nor is there a laundry shop nearby. The staff were nice but almost couldn't speak English which made communication quite difficult.

Plenty of food places nearby also as well as a market for other shopping. Uncomfortable pillow, felt like a rock. Would often be abit loud at night due to either the bathroom fan/vent or the motorbikes driving through the alleyway at night.

Hotel has been running for a year and half so everything is new. Room was super clean, the heating worked perfectly. If from UK you will need 3 pin travel plugs. Main staff member knew English. • Shado (7/5): It's average. - The location is very close to the mosque. Relatively Clean. Staff are cooperative, they helped with all my issues. The rooms only have a bed a tv and a mini kitchen corner that has a sink and a kettle. The bathroom has the hand soap dispenser that aren't cleaned much, the room I stayed in had a broken shower gel dispenser whenever they fill it, it all goes to waste(but to be honest i didn't bring it to their attention). Nothing is provided (brush, cotton swap, ear cleaning cotton, toothpaste) so make sure you bring yours. I wish the sheets were cleaner. Breakfast is too simple 😅 not fresh ingredients, but lovely staff.

The hotel is located in a suburban area without nighttime bus nearby. The room is smelly, not clean enough as expected, without a window and not well-equipped. No electric kettle or cultery equipped for the kitchenette as it describes. No minibar in the room but only a bottle of water in the fridge. No desk or chair for working from home.
