• Ortiz Orellana (8/5): - La pareja que atiende son muy amables, solucionan todo rápidamente si es que hay un problema y siempre nos preguntaban si íbamos a comer ahí para esperarnos después de los tours. Las piezas están muy bien calefaccionadas y las duchas son muy buenas. Se descansa realmente. Nada no me gustó, ya sabíamos a donde íbamos, y está ideal si no pasas mucho tiempo en el hotel, pero hay que saber que no hay muchos lugares comunes y a la salita que hay para ver tele o leer le falta un sillón algo más cómodo, nada más.

This hotel was one of the highlights of my entire Patagonia trip. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms and common areas are spotless, warm, and thoughtfully designed—perfect after a long day of exploring. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the level of care from the owners. They go out of their way to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience—offering great local recommendations for dining and shopping, helping organize visits to the national park, and serving fresh, healthy breakfasts each morning. Their attention to detail and hospitality made the stay feel personal and memorable. It’s been three months since my visit, and I still find myself thinking about it. I would return in a heartbeat and hope to be back someday.

• xiang (7/5): Overall, the stay was decent but fairly average. - The hotel is clean and the rooms are well maintained. The environment is quiet and comfortable. The location is relatively remote, and you basically need a car to get to town, which makes getting around a bit inconvenient. Breakfast is quite simple with limited options, and even basic items like eggs are not provided.

• Jules (9/5): - Large modern room and bathroom. Squeaky clean throughout and the lounge facilities with guest fridge and microwave etc useful. A bit far from the town. We had a hire car for most of our stay so it didn't matter, but nowhere to eat close by and very limited evening meal choice (1 thing) during our stay. Although breakfast was nice the latest time was 9am to eat it.
• Beata Angelika (3/5): Sorry I have to say this but I Couldn't wait to get away - The good: super clean The Bad: you're immediately given a long list of do's and don't that were also already sent to you via WhatsApp message and are posted on Booking.com. The owner did help me with my luggage but acted as if he hated everything about his job. I constantly felt as if I'm totally bothering him. He never once smiled. I realize that a lot of us may be cultural (from Korea) but after weeks around friendly South Americans it was quite a shock to me. Couldn't wait to get out of there The ugly : the gravel road leading up to it was so bad that it was difficult to find a taxi driver willing to go there. Had to waste a lot of time with that.

Es difícil describir con palabras la amabilidad, cordialidad y afecto recibido. Nos hicieron sentir como si fuéramos de su familia. Obviamente que los super recomendamos. Muchas gracias Lee y Sra.! • Jihae (10/5): Amazing experience. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Casa Verde! - Hotel Casa Verde exceeded my expectations. The facilities are clean, comfortable, spacious, and feel brand new. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the location is convenient—just a short drive from both downtown and the airport. Excellent value for money. The room was spotless, the shower had great water pressure, and there is a shared lounge with a fridge, small kitchen, TV, and seating. The property offers beautiful mountain views and is surrounded by wildflowers, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Guests can easily arrange a wide variety of tours through the hotel, and delicious Korean dinners are available if booked in advance. I stayed here before starting the O-Trek in Torres del Paine National Park and really appreciated the free luggage storage during my 8-day trek. The owner also provided great recommendations for restaurants and souvenir shops in Puerto Natales. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Torres del Paine.

Thanks to the incredible owner of the hotel, Lee, and his wife, we had a wonderful 5 days in Puerto Natales. I have never experienced such a warm welcome from a hotel owner. Mr. Lee was like a kind friend and companion, welcoming us warmly and helping us with the organization of our tours in Torres del Paine. My wife, Lee, and I spent several hours planning our entire stay in the national park. I am so grateful to have met such a wonderful person!

They look after their guests extremely well and do everything they can to make your stay a happy one. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfy. • Roland (10/5): Perfekt für ein paar Tage - Die Hoteleigentümer Mr. Lee und seine Ehefrau sind äußerst freundliche, herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, bei denen man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einem makellosen Zustand. Das Badezimmer war ohne Zweifel das schönste, das wir während unseres dreiwöchigen Chile-Aufenthaltes hatten. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und beeindruckend sauber. Mrs. Lee sorgt mit großer Hingabe dafür, dass es beim Frühstück wirklich an nichts fehlt und man bestens in den Tag startet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt und wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

• MARIA (10/5): Una estancia perfecta y acogedora en Puerto Natales - Lo mejor, la cama: comodísima. La habitación era muy grande y con un enorme ventanal. Entraba mucha luz. El baño era muy amplio y muy cómodo. Tenía muy buena ducha. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Buen desayuno. Y una mención especial para el matrimonio que lo regenta, ambos super amables y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. Él nos indicó (y nos grabó) varias rutas en el móvil para recorrer el Parque Natural de Torres de Paine. Nos ayudó muchísimo a organizar bien nuestra estancia allí. Le estamos muy agradecidos. Un sitio muy muy recomendable en Puerto Natales. Nada que señalar. Todo nos gustó.

• Marcos Vieira (10/5): - Eu e minha esposa ficamos no hotel Casa Verde por 5 noites e passamos ótimos momentos neste local incrível que é a patagônia chilena. As ótimas instalações do hotel e o atendimento sempre cortês e prestativo do Sr. e da Sra. Lee foram primordiais para que esses momentos fossem perfeitos. O hotel em geral possui aspecto de novo e tudo funciona muito bem. O quarto possui um bom espaço e a cama é bem grande e confortável. O banheiro é ótimo, com destaque ao chuveiro, que possui bom fluxo de água e não apresenta oscilações de temperatura. O café da manhã é simples, porém os itens são sempre frescos e de ótima qualidade. As dicas do Sr. Lee sobre os pontos turísticos do local foram essenciais para que pudéssemos aproveitar ao máximo nosso período na região, portanto só tenho a agradecer a ele por todo o auxílio e hospitalidade durante a nossa estadia no hotel.
• Thomas (9/5): Komfortabel, sauber und herzlich, mit einem gemeinsamen Abschiedsfoto am Ende! - Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Kernortes, was uns auch einen Blick außerhalb des Touristenortes gewährte. Empfangen wurden wir herzlich vom südkoreanischen Hotelinhaber, der Englisch spricht. Da wir noch keine konkreten Pläne für Puerto Natales hatten, wurden uns direkt auf Maps neben guten Parkmöglichkeiten, Supermarkt, Sehenswürdigkeiten, leckere Essenslokalitäten und günstige, aber auch handmade Souvenirshops eingespeichert. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Zudem war es sauber, gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet, von der Ehefrau arrangiert, war vielfältig, hochwertig und nett angerichtet. Auf unsere Bedürfnisse (laktosefrei) wurde mit Selbstverständlichkeit reagiert. Da wir noch in der Vorsaison waren, waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Dadurch, aber insbeondere durch die Offenheit und Herzlichkeit des Hotelehepaares, haben wir auch einige sehr nette private Gespräche geführt. Die Straßen/Wege zur Unterkunft sind teilweise mit wassergefüllten Schlaglöchern übersäht, so dass ein Auto/Taxi sinnvoll ist, um dort hinzukommen. Auf dem Gelände des Hotels gibt es allerdings zahlreiche Parkplätze. Wenn man mit dem Auto reist, würde ich das Hotel trotz der Straßenproblematik wieder wählen.

• Monica (3/5): Overpriced and unsafe guest house with unprofessional hosts, Bad location, difficult access. - Towels and bed sheets are very nice. The building is new and the interior is stylish nit lacks comfort features. This is not really a hotel, it is a guest house. The hosts have a set of unconventional rules and there are features that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. It is very overpriced for what is offered.

The Korean couple that runs the hotel was accommodating to our needs. All tours and Uber rides we took arrived without a problem to the location. It's 5 min away by Uber/taxi to the city, but that makes it super quiet which is great if you want to have a good sleep :)

Location 4km from the bus terminal is offset by the lower price. Good value even factoring in taxis to town and back. Hotel advertises it has a restaurant but in fact only offers breakfast. The owner was not helpful with regard to tours.

Big room.spotless clean and quite. Breakfast is cooked to order and a breakfast bag was given on my tour days The owner gave me plenty of tips and places to see and recommended restaurants and cafes. I left my bag for storage without a fee and when the pre booked taxi did not show up for my tour day pick up,the owner gave me a lift free of charge so not to miss my tour . I recommend this place 1000% I will come back if am visiting Patagonia I had to leave

Without details my first night in Peurto Natales was at another hotel & it was such a terrible experience I was on the phone calling family in Canada crying. I managed to find a wifi signal and found Casa Verde. The next day I went there. I cannot stress enough how kind and helpful Lee and his wife were. They're exceptional hosts. The room was large with a beautiful view of the mountains with a big clean bathroom. Water pressure in room is really cool and has a drying rack and a blow dryer.The breakfast in the morning is American style and delicious, I really appreciated it before my long days. Lee even packed me a lunch my 2nd day as I was leaving very early for a tour (430am). They really do go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. As a solo female traveller, I really want to thank them. I almost had to cancel my vacation in Patagonia and this hotel ensured I felt safe and welcome. They also arranged a taxi for the airport for me and Lee made sure I knew what I should be charged. It was just so nice to have people care about their guests. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Everything was perfect. Maybe only downside is a bit out of town but Peurto Natales has Uber which is only $3 Canadian or Lee is always willing to call a cab. Honestly the location was quiet and restful.

The bedding was very comfortable, we had the best sleep in our whole trip in this hotel. The shower room was perfected with electric drying rack, it is very convenient for traveler. The hotel owner is a very nice person, and he is very familiar with computer and Torres del Paine NP. He helped us to order tickets and introduce the viewpoint or trail to us. It was very nice and helpful. It was little difficult to find the hotel address. Suggestion: After gas station in Hwy 9, see the sign" Camino 1", then turn left get in to the road, a building with " Lopez" in the intersection. the hotel is located on this road.

• Eric (10/5): Quiet and comfortable stay with very gracious owners. - The owner was flexible with our constantly changing check in times due to arrival flight changes. Our early check-in was accommodated seamlessly. The property is very quiet and was lightly traveled during our stay. We dined in the restaurant and the authentic Korean meal was absolutely delicious (bebimbap was incredible!). Continental breakfast was provided in the morning early. The breakfast was also very well appointed although we didn’t have time for prepared to order eggs, etc. due to our schedule. The owner had arranged our morning transportation to the bus station which arrived on time. We had a delightful stay at Hotel Casa Verde. The owners were fantastic and were intent on making sure we were content throughout. They even came outside to see us off as we departed to the bus station. We had no complaints. The property was very quiet which we expected during the shoulder season in Patagonian Chile.
