- josh smith (10/5): - Very clean, well equipped apartment and very warm and cosy. Its in a perfect location for skiing only a short walk to the gondola and a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants.
- Foshin (5/5): It was my sixth time in Bansko, and it was the worst one. Never agen will stay in Belvedere. - Hot water in the shower, it is the only thing worth mention. We got very old and used apartment, with stink air condition, and the worst of all was stink of rotten eggs coming from under the sink. The sofa bad in the salon was very uncomfortable for sleeping all wobbly and unstable.

- Παναγιώτης (7/5): - Good location for ski and nice apartment There wasn't enough toilet paper and there wasn't any shampoo. We asked the owner the 1st day to bring some of both and he didn't so for 3 days we bought our own supply

- Katinka (5/5): - Location is good for skiing and also the main area. Most of Bansko is walkable anyway. Wasn’t super clean and very minimal facilities provided. The apartment is part of apart-hotels where they charge for keeping luggage in the luggage room - never experienced a fee for this service before.

- Aneta (7/5): - I liked the location.Everything that is fun to do for young people is near.(Gondola,Restaurants,Clubs etc.) The apartment is wide and comfortable even for 4 people. Fully equiped. The owner is nice and approachable every time. I didn't like that the apartment had a problem with the air conditioner (It was warm-which is good for winter time but it made some kind of smell) and the air conditoner remote(it was on cheenese and didn't know how to use it) Could have been a little cleaner.
