I managed to check in at 1:30 AM without issues ... everything was clean and ready ! some additional instructions each and there may help to speed up some things ... however the host answered promptly on the booking chat to all questions and to all situations ...

Udlejer gav forkert mobilnummer, forkert nøglekode. Ingen strøm ved ankomst, blev bedt om at gå på bar midt om natten, til det blev ordnet, med et barn. Måtte flytte til anden lejlighed efter en time, som også havde forkert nøglekode, ikke rengjort og ingen varme eller wifi. Måtte sove med al tøjet på. Efter et døgn tilbage til første lejlighed, hvor booking.com bagefter havde lavet den fejl at afmelde lejligheden, da strømmen ikke virkede og udlejer ikke var til at komme i kontakt med. I stedet for at udlejer hjalp, truede han med politi, hvis ikke jeg betalte hele beløbet en gang til for en hel uge. Så jeg måtte selv bruge to timer på at ringe til booking.coms callcentre for at udrede misforståelsen. Men da udlejer hele tiden truede, endte jeg med at måtte betale en gang til. Havde strømmen virket til at starte med og udlejer haft det rette mobilnummer, var ingen af problemerne sket. Det hele var meget utrygt og ødelagde ferien. Lejligheden var ok, men havde både kakkerlakker og sengelus.
