• Κωνσταντίνος (2/5): I don’t suggest to try this room - The price is decent and the place is very good near metro. The room was very very dirty. The A/C was not working, it stopped all the time and we were very cold, that was the worst. The light on the bathroom didn’t worked also.

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par l’état de l’appartement, qui ne correspondait pas du tout à l’annonce ni aux standards de propreté et de confort attendus pour un hébergement à 98 euros pour deux nuits. Nous sommes à peine rester 30 minutes à l'intérieur, le temps de réserver un autre hébergement. Nous séjournons actuellement dans l'autre logement. Voici une liste non exhaustive des problèmes rencontrés : Canapé sale avec accoudoir cassé Moustiques morts au sol Logement globalement poussiéreux et sale. Décoration cassé (vinyl sur le mur) Lumière qui ne fonctionne pas au plafond au dessus du lit. Lumière de la salle de bain avec une lampe de chevet car la vraie lumière de la salle de bain ne fonctionne plus. Lieux tachés, mal entretenus. Placard en désordre. Les couettes rangées à l'intérieur sentent la fumée de cigarette. Évier de la salle de bain cassé Ménage manifestement insuffisant Cuisine à peine équipée (deux fourchettes seulement et pas de couteaux). Le propriétaire met beaucoup de temps à répondre et répond à nos demande de remboursement avec les même messages automatique. Pas honnête!

• ΚΑΒΟΥΡΑΣ (5/5): Παράλογος - Είχε κάνει προσπάθεια για να το φτιάξει αλλά θέλει δουλειά ακόμη για 45 ευρώ την μέρα δεν αξίζει μέχρι 30 ευρώ την μέρα το συζητάμε... Μας χρέωσε έξτρα της πετσέτες ενώ δεν το ανέφερε ποτέ στην αρχή .. 2 σετ πετσετών από 6 ευρώ ... Είχε μόνο μια καταρολιτσα μικρή για ένα άτομο και ένα τιγανακι μικρό για 2 αυγά ,2 πιρούνια, και είχε μέσα αράχνες απλητα σεντόνια πεταμένα μέσα στον καναπέ από προηγούμενο... Η τηλεόραση δεν είχε τηλεκοντρόλ έπρεπε να σηκώνεσαι να αλλάζεις κανάλια... Επίσης μας έβαλε μέσα στο σπίτι στης 15:00 ώρα ενώ τον κωδικό μας τον είχε δώσει από της 10:00 το πρωί και επειδή έβαλα μέσα της βαλίτσες με χρέωσε έξτρα συν 10 ευρώ ... Δεν το συνιστώ εκτός και αλλάξει πολιτική...
• Sayago Echart (3/5): No volveria nunca - Lo único que nos gusto del alojamiento fue que podíamos entrar a la hora que fuera La cama era muy incomoda te clavabas muchos muelles, el baño no tenia luz, olía mal, tuvimos que pagar por las toallas y el champú 6€ las toallas eran pequeñas. La cocina no estaba equipada faltaban utensilios y los pocos que había estaban sucios. Había una cafetera pero tenia la tetera quitada y no se podía utilizar. Teníamos televisión pero no el mando de la tele. Cuando le escribimos preguntando por el mando de la tele no contesto para lo único que contesto fue para darle el dinero de las toallas.
• ΣΠΥΡΟΣ (4/5): Πρώτη και τελευταία φορά... - Ησυχία καθ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής Δεν υπήρχε ενημέρωση ότι οι πετσέτες και σαμπουάν ήταν με extra χρέωση. . ενημερώθηκα αφού έκανα την κράτηση.. απαράδεκτο...ο καναπές σχεδόν διαλυμένος , τηλεκοντρόλ για την τηλεόραση δε μπόρεσα να βρω, πολύ παλιό το στρώμα , γεμάτο σκόνη σε αρκετά σημεία το διαμέρισμα , και το τηλέφωνο που υπήρχε στο e mail δεν το σήκωνε ποτέ κανείς.. γιατί ?? Από τη στάση μετρό αρκετή ώρα περπάτημα σε ανηφόρα.. ..ποτέ ξανά..... !!!

• Γεώργιος (1/5): ΠΡΟΣΗ ΥΠΆΡΧΕΙ ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ΜΠΟΡΈΣΕΤΕ ΝΑ ΜΠΕΊΤΕ ΣΤΟ ΚΑΤΆΛΥΜΑ ΑΥΤΌ. - Δεν υπήρξε τίποτα να μου αρέσει στο κατάλυμα αυτό για τον λόγο του ότι ενώ χρεωθικα την διαμονή, ο ιδιοκτήτης μου έστειλε λάθος κωδικό πρόσβασης για το κυτίο παραλαβής των κλειδιών με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορέσω να μπω στο κατάλυμα, από τις 14:00 η ώρα έως τις 19:45 που τηλεφωνούσε και στα 2 νούμερα επικοινωνίας κινητού τηλεφώνου και στα SOS μηνύματα που έστελνα ΠΟΤΕ δεν έλαβα απάντηση. Μετά από τόσα χρόνια που κλείνω διαμερίσματα μέσω internet είναι η πρώτη φορά που πέφτω σε ιδιοκτήτη φάντασμα. Αυτό που με στεναχωριέσαι περισσότερο από όλα είναι η στάση της booking που δεν φροντίζει για την φερεγγυότητα των ιδιοκτητών των καταλυμάτων τα οποία συμπεριλαμβάνει στην σελίδα της.

• Stylianos (1/5): Una chiave una stanza il resto lo porti tu - Il prezzo Devi portare tutto da casa. Lenzuola, sapone (aveva solo per le mani), copri cuscino, cuscino. Anche se ho prenotato per tre avevo lenzuola per due. Asciugamani per nessuno. Il proprietario non risponde al telefono ma qualche volta all email dicendo guarda le istruzioni. Il bagno non ha luce ma una lampadina da tavolo. Quando al piano sopra scaricano il bagno, dentro l'appartamento arriva il rumore e la puzza. Se avete un problema in struttura siete abbandonati.

La migliore caratteristica è la presenza di aria condizionata e la posizione, a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza dove c'è l'Accademia e dalla metro. L'host è disponibile e gentile. Consiglierei una maggiore cura della cucina, in termini di attrezzatura. Quello che risulta essere il "contenuto" scritto su Booking è esatto, le foto invece non lo sono del tutto: l'appartamento non è così luminoso come appare dalle immagini e il bagno non è provvisto di luce dello specchio ma di una lampada con il filo.

• Charlotte (4/5): La location c’est bien passé malgré le manque d’équipement. - Le logement était propre, le lit confortable et le voisinage très accueillant. L’emplacement est difficile à trouver, je pense que nous ne sommes pas les seuls a avoir eu des difficultés car lorsqu’on pensait être arrivé, il y avait une boîte à clé où le code de la bonne était noté. Les ustensiles de cuisines étaient globalement inexistants, pas de verres, il y a une cafetière mais pas le pichet qui va avec, des plaques mais pas de casseroles ou poêles, un four mais pas de plats qui y va … Il n’y avait même pas un petit rouleau de papier toilette à notre arrivée… Nous sommes arrivés sur place vers 21h, heureusement que nous avions des mouchoirs il était pourtant écrit dans l’annonce qu’il y en aurait … Le logement n’est pas aussi lumineux que sur les photos, nous n’avions pas de mobilier d’extérieur comme indiqué sur l’annonce.

This place is located one of the worst area of Athens, there is no towel, no showergel, no shampoo, the communication with the owner is very poor, you are not getting answers, he or she answers 24 hours later them your message The walls are so thin that you have to whisper in room , otherwise your mean neigbours can sush you in a very bad way. The room is not clean, it is new decorated and you feel like you are in prison, there is no sun light and every time it is dark inside, i added photos please check. You need a car if you book here because there is no metro station near by, Please avoid this kind of places

Cool neighborhood - spacious apartment with a cozy kitchen, aesthetic dark bathroom with a cool ceiling shower was my favorite, located in a good central area Exarcheia where one can walk around safely (I've been to several non-touristic areas and trust me this one is pretty good despite its harsh history) also quiet and peaceful neighborhood, at least around the house the lack of basic cooking stuff in kitchen like oil and salt which usually are present when there's a kitchen in a property the unpleasant smell of moisture which is common for ground floor in Greece but some candles or home fragrance might be helpful

• Konstantinos (5/5): Passable - They provide towels with a fee. I did request for towels and still they failed to provide them. The bathroom is without shower gel/shampoo. I have never stayed in a room that does not provide these simple items. Staying somewhere for a night means I want to travel light, towels and shampoo bottles take a lot of space and weight in small luggage and carrying them beats the purpose or renting these rooms.

• Alessandro (2/5): this is not typical Greek hospitality. - La posizione geografica, per il resto è una struttura normale. I generally never write positive or negative reviews but in this case it is necessary to combat deterioration and decadence in tourism. An apartment without towels, I found myself in the evening but unable to take a shower. Faced with my complaint I received programmed, ridiculous and politically correct responses,
• Anna (3/5): Poor - The hotel doesn’t match the name, it wasn’t cozy there. There were no towels, iron, kettle, hair dryer. All this is provided for a fee, although the photo of the hotel has these amenities. I don’t recommend it.
• Whitney (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in a very cool neighborhood with great shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the area. The host was very communicative and friendly. The apartment was equipped quite well and was easy to find. The host was very informative and provided great details and offered to arrange a taxi for us, which we didn’t need but still appreciated. Thank you! The cleanliness level could have been much better, the floor had not been vacuumed and cleaned properly. There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom and from under the bed, which made sleeping uncomfortable. When we arrived in the evening the bedding and towels were still damp, so they had a bad smell and made the room musky and damp as well. Unfortunately it was too late in the evening for a cleaning person to come and fix the situation right away. Also, we would have liked kitchen towels as well and proper glasses to drink out of, instead of just having coffee cups.

• Kari (9/5): Amazing flat in one of the best neighborhoods in Athens - Gorgeous flat in the center of one of Athens hippest neighborhoods. I love that it’s not right in tourist central.. real Athenians live there! Flat is as beautiful as in photos and for such a budget price. I will be back when I come to Athens! I’m a very light sleeper and the flat has a lot of street traffic noise.

Although you have to pay extra for a lot of things that would usually be included in other places. It is only a 30 minute walk to the Acropolis & Parthenon, up hill on the way back to the apartment! It was further out from Athens then I pictured, my fault as I did not research enough! The bathroom smelt being below ground apartment and the description mentioned a hair dryer but there was no hair dryer to be used. Also wish there was small toiletries and laundry powder to be able to use the washing machine.

• Shubham (1/5): Apartment is in a very bad neighbourhood. - The location of the property is in a very bad neighbourhood of Athens. The connectivity is also pathetic, we had to drag our bags uphill for atleast 400 meters. And after reaching the place, we felt very unsafe so we had to change our hotel by booking a whole new place.
• Ashley (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay here, and I would definitely recommend for solo travelers like myself. - Communication with the host was easy and usually very fast. There's self check-in/out which was very convenient, and the place itself was incredibly comfortable and clean. There were also a few delicious restaurants nearby and a grocery store about a minute away. The location was just a little bit farther away from the city center than I would have liked to stay, but for the price and accommodations it was totally worth it to go a little bit out of the way. I will say that I was not completely comfortable with the fact that the kitchen had a window and a glass door with no curtains that leads out into a shared space with the neighbors, but this was not a huge problem. There were also quite a bit of fruitflies when I arrived, but again it was not super bothersome.
