- James (8/5): Great short stay in good villa - The location near the centre of the village is great. With a little bit more TLC this could be a great little villa rather than a good villa. Cannot fault the beds and kitchen is well maintained. It took us a while to find the place as the host did not give us the house number (or I did not see it) and the house name is not on the property.

- Fiona (8/5): Great house in Costa Teguise, perfect location. - Great house in Costa Teguise, nice terrasse, big enough for a group of 6 people, perfect location. There was still food from the previous guests in the fridge and sheets/towels drying when we arrived. Pillows could be replaced.

- Iva (9/5): Nice and cosy - Check in and check out were simple and the owner was friendly and helpful. The house is cosy and there is plenty of room. The location is also good. Some things in the house could use a little renovation but overall it was good value for money and I would come back.
- Daniel (10/5): Casa Mon was a terrific place to stay but would have suited three couples or a large family. Communication was excellent - It's huge, clean, extremely comfortable and right in the heart of town That I didn't stay longer! It was perfect.
- Wayne (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Casa Mon it was easy to find and parking was free and generally free spaces. - Overall the property was a good size and ideal location. With a little extra effort this could be an excellent villa rather than just a good villa. No real noise problems. There were a lot of light bulbs not working, upstairs shower rail missing (so unusable), downstairs toilet seat broken and loose. A high level kitchen door fell off when we opened it, could do with some outside furniture and to make up for the oven not working maybe a BBQ? Generally the property is a little tired and would probably take just a weekend to get back to full potential.

With a small amount of time/money this could reach 10, such as: some lights in living room don’t work and have low intensity. The doors creaks. Better kitchen towels needed to absorb the water. TV and oven do not work.
- Gail (7/5): Good - The location of the property is great. Close to supermarkets, beach, restaurants, shops & bars. Ample street parking if you have a car. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival & we were allowed to check in a little earlier than expected. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The outside terrace is large & spacious. Lots to do within walking distance. Plenty of kitchenware,glasses.mugs plates etc. The keys were in a lock box but we had been given the wrong code for the box. We had to make contact with the owner which wasn't very easy as I had to ring several times before an answer & then had to use Whatsapp to communicate. The property was slightly lacking in a few areas. The kitchen is a very good size but has no dishwasher (as advertised in the listing). The oven doesn't work.The kitchen would benefit from a toaster especially as the grill doesn't work. There is no air conditioning at the property so fans in the bedrooms would be a real asset,we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open which was not ideal as the property is on a very busy road so was very difficult to sleep due to road noise but with the windows/doors closed to block out the noise the heat was too much. Fans would have been perfect. Sun loungers for the outside area would also be very useful. It might be a good idea to have a small notice in the property with information on things like where to leave rubbish,nearest taxi, bus stop etc. With just a few tweaks this place would be perfect.
