- Greg (9/5): Luxurious apartment - good base to relax in after a day of skiing/boarding - Very easy to check in. Apartment was very spacious and quiet. We slept very well. Liked the gas fireplace. Kitchen was well equipped.

- marine (7/5): Bon séjour malgré les quelques nuisances décrites - L’espace grand et confortable. Beaucoup de rangement. L’emplacement! La localisation de l’appartement au rdv, proche de la porte d’entrée de la bâtisse. Les lumières extérieures de l’entrée de l’immeuble allumées tard dans la nuit nuisent au sommeil ( trop de clarté dans kes chambres même avec les rideaux fermées, en lien avec l’emplacement du condo). Le déneigement du stationnement (devant les fenêtres) à 6 h le matin:/
- Josee (6/5): Bien mais pourrait être mieux équipé! - La proximité des pentes et confortable Manque d’équipement pour cuisiner (couteaux , bols de service, planches à découper, etc). Le sofa peu confortable, pas de table de salon!

J'ai recu un appell de l'Hebergement Massif le 1 avril demandant si nous avions oublié une tablette (iPad) et oui mon épouse avait oublié la sienne. Excellent service (honneteté) a la clientele. MERCI BEAUCOUP. Rien.
- Céline (9/5): Idéal pour le ski et les randonnées en montagne - J'ai aimé la grandeur et le confort de l'appartement. Tout l'équipement nécessaire était disponible. Il faut cependant tout prévoir nos besoins en nourriture et en pharmacie car sinon il faut aller à Baie St-Paul. Très agréable de ne pas avoir besoin de l'auto pour aller en ski. Les casiers de ski sont très utiles. Très belle montagne de ski avec des paysages époustouflants Le seul inconvénient est de gravir environ 40 marches avec bottes de ski et nos skis dans les mains pour accéder au remonte-pente. Un tapis roulant serait très apprécié et permettrait un accès plus facile.

- Daniel (8/5): Nice ski in/ski out apartments in Le Massif - The location was incredible; just a 5-minute walk to the lodge & lifts. It was easy to receive the keys (reception held them for us) and deal with the lockboxes. Everything was very clean & tidy and the kitchen was well-appointed. Finally reception granted us a 1-hour delay on our checkout, which was a huge help. The room felt a bit “spartan”; a nice shaggy rug in the family area might help make it more cozy. Also there was no complimentary tea/coffee in the kitchen. For the price, that would have been nice.

- Marie-Lise (8/5): Appartement comfortable et bien équipé - Bel appartement avec 2 chambres séparées et lits comfortables. Coin salon avec foyer électrique. Cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner. Salle de bain spacieuse et grande douche avec bonne pression d'eau. Il y a des chariots pour monter les bagages à l'appartement. Très tranquille on entend pas les voisins. Un peu loin des attractions et des randonnées (sauf le Mont à Ligori qui est juste à côté). Il manquait de crochet dans la salle de bain ou dans les chambres pour accrocher les serviettes de douche. Pas de borne pour recharger voiture électrique.

- Lily (9/5): - Lieu propre et confortable, endroit très bien aménagé. Ambiance chaleureuse avec le foyer. Lit et divan ultra confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Endroit très bien situé au bord du fleuve et au bas des pistes de skis et de vélos de montagnes. L'environnement autour du bâtiment était peu aménagé, stationnement en Gravel aménagé rapidement et cahoteux, donc moins joli, ce qui pourrait être légèrement amélioré pour le visuel des usagers. Pompe à savon à main défectueuse et pas de filtre pour la machine à café. Ce sont de simples petits détails qui n'ont pas du tout incommodés notre séjour, mais que nous souhaitions porter à votre attention pour les prochains utilisateurs.

Lits grands et très confortables. Salle de bain grande et magnifique. Peut être un manque de vaisselle. Un peu de café en dépannage serait le must ! La route d'accès est bien pentue !!!

Les produits de. toilette ( savon à main, gel douche etc) étaient de qualité et en quantité suffisante. Appartement lumineux avec une belle vue. Le climatiseur fonctionne bien. Nous avons apprécié l’ascenseur et les chariots à bagages. L’accès autonome à l’appartement s’est bien passé. Manque une table pour manger â l’extérieur pour une si belle terrasse. Manque une table dans la partie salon et des places assises aussi. Un coup de balai dans la terrasse aurait été apprécié. Les douches sont glissantes et c’est dangereux 😢

Nous y étions très à l'aise à 4 personnes. Au calme. Il est très excentré d'un supermarché. Soyez vigilant !

On m'a changé d'appartement à 2 reprises pour des problèmes de dégâts d'eau et même le 3e qu'on m'a donné avait des imperfections au mur (des accrochages) pour qqchose de neuf et moderne, ils ne devraient pas y avoir autant de défaut. Puis, maintenant ça fait 4 jours et demi et mon dépôt de 500$ ne m'as pas été remboursé et j'ai besoin de cet argent 🤬

- Josiane (9/5): Très bel appartement bien situé - Très bel appartement, équipement de qualité, décoré avec soin, matelas très confortables! Dans la description, c'était précisé "insonorisation". Nous n'avons donc pas pris l'étage supérieur à un prix plus élevé... hors, nous entendions très bien nos petits voisins piétiner sur notre tête à 7h le matin...

- Julien (8/5): - Great place, very spacious, well equipped. Could easily stay 6 people and great for an extended stay. In the winter it's ideal since the chair lifts are walking distance. Would be good to sort out the parking situation. When we can the place was empty so no worries to park, but it's just not indicated where we are supposed to park, except 150m further down, but the cars would be out of sight in an unsafe area. considering how quiet it is around there, I would not leave my car around there. There is room to have proper car parks, but it's simply not indicated or organised.

- Stephane (5/5): Self checked into a dirty apartment - Great location and spacious appartment. When we arrived, the floor was filthy, the beds weren't made and dirty towels were scattered. After a long drive to the hotel with tired kids, we ended up having to arrange access to the laundry room to get clean sheets, make all of the beds and clean the floors. Not exactly a relaxing arrival.

Il manque quelques items de base, Tel que linges à vaisselle,produits de nettoyage. Nous avons utiliser une serviette de bain pour essuyer les chaudrons!

- JENNI (6/5): It was good for the moutain, boring for kids afterwards. - Location was good for being close to the base of le massif, stayed at le caches. Food was good at the main lodge. Unit was very dusty, only had a broom and broken dust pan to clean with. No tongs for cooking, limited paper towels. Not much to do with kids, no other shops or gift shops for tourist. The snow school was not running. The night time luge, the headlamps didn't work for 3 of my family members and back lights were falling off. Kids thought it was scary, and staff weren't very helpful. If you needed to drive out of the base, it takes a good 20mins or so to get to the main road and then another 20 or 30 mins to get to anywhere. Lots and lots of driving.

- Rina (8/5): Great place to stay at Le Massif - Self Check-in went very smoothly thanks to the very clear instructions provided. The kicker was big enough to hold the ski/snowboarding equipment for 5 comfortably. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with beautiful mountain view, and I think it looked better than the pictures; there was lots of storage and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, with even a fondue set provided. The range hood in the kitchen was exceptionally loud/likely broken and not usable, the window in one of the bedrooms did not open, and there was no sponge provided for the kitchen, nor any spare rolls of toilet paper or paper towels… the pots and pans are the really thin cheap kind and are already at the end of their lifespan even though the place is very new. None of this was a big deal and we had a great time, but better attention to detail would result in a higher rating.
