It was already my second time staying there. Unfortunately, I don’t travel to Spain very often, but whenever I do and if I’m going to Valencia, this apartment gonna be my first choice. -

• Esther (7/5): Quick walk from train station - smells like cigarettes - Location was a quick 10 minute walk from the train station (walking with 3 kids and backpacks). Place was spacious. Quick communication and easy entry. Floor level location was like a parking lot transformed into living areas. You can hear everything on the street, hallways nextdoor - entering into nearby apartments, it feels as if they are in the apartment with you. Curtains feel like they don't block you from street view. Smells strong like cigarette smoke. No shower door - we had to use towels all over floor to be able to walk in and not slip.

• Ewelina (10/5): Polecam zarówno na krótki jak i dłuższy pobyt wakacyjny. - Proces zameldowania bardzo komfortowy i szybki, kontakt z właścicielem przewyższył moje oczekiwania, natychmiastowa odpowiedź, mieszkanie przygotowane zgodnie z wcześniejszymi ustaleniami, nieuwzględnionymi w opłaconej wersji. Mieszkanie położone w odległości ok 300 m od metra i ok 150m od linii autobusowej. Jeśli chodzi o nasze oczekiwania mieszkanie w 100% to potwierdziło. Bardzo gorąco polecam gospodarza i jeszcze raz dziękujemy za możliwość noclegu. Brak wad.
• Dmitriy (8/5): - Good place, large space (good for a big family or a big group of friends). Ground floor - you enter the room right from the street, no stairs, no other neighbours' rooms. Well equipped kitchen, good for cooking. A bit unusual to see the apartment in a space which most likely was an office before, doesn't add cozy feeling, though it's not critical for a short stay. The farther bedroom is lacking air conditioner or a window, may be difficult to add fresh air to cool the room. Would be good to have a locker for the bathroom and a door for a shower cabin, as if to use horizontal shower heads whole floor around will be wet. These are recommendations. Generally we liked it, especially for price-quality.

• Francisco (8/5): Viaje familia en fallas - La facilidad de entrar, lo grande que es el apartamento, las habitaciones con mucho espacio tambien. Esta en una zona tranquila aún siendo fallas. Faltaría poner algo más que una cortina en la ventana de la entrada. La ducha necesita algo para que no se salga tanto el agua.

• Rafael Mesa Acosta (7/5): Buena relación calidad precio - Local reformado, cómodo y bonito. Buena limpieza, moderno y con fácil acceso. Reservamos para cinco personas y solo una de las habitaciones estaba cerrada con llave, así que uno de nosotros tuvo que dormir en el sofá. Aparcar es un poco complicado por esa zona.

The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to prepare meals and It was easy to get to and get the keys to get in. Comfortable beds too. The apartment is located approximately 1 km from the Nord Station and Plaza de Toros, which requires a little more preparation to walk to the administrative or historic center. In addition, there is no private parking space if you are driving and street parking is extremely competitive, which makes it difficult to park your car near the apartment.

Our stay was short so other facilities not really used It was a bit difficult to locate. The address number 17 was a block of apartments next to our apartment and it took us and a helpful local person a while to find the door. It would have been harder if it had been dark. Just to say that the door was to the right of the door to number 17 as you look at it would have helped a lot.

• Wojciech (5/5): For people who have low requirements - The big size of the apartment. Relatively good location. If you do not have too much expectations it can be good a economical solution for a few nights. It is an apartment that is accomodated in a former retail space (shop). The entrance is from the street and the windows are former shop windows (there are curtains so you don't be disturbed by people from the street). However the apartment is dark and there are no window in one of the bed room. Poor quality of the bathroom and the kitchen.
• Nebil (1/5): AVOID! You will not sleep, you will not have any rest in this property! - Close to the city, beach and major roads. Almost everything! The property is literally an office that has been poorly and badly transformed into a ‘residential property. The curtains do not cover the front large window which makes you feel staying on the street. The bedroom window does not close properly which makes you hear everything happening on the street. Interesting, the ‘bedroom doors are significantly fortified as if you are in prison! The kitchen has nothing to do a coffee, tea etc. even washing up liquid is not there. The electricity and internet cables and plugs still as they are, some of them are actually left outside their boxes. Shower does not have floor mat which can risk you slip hazard. Lights inside the property are literally super bright and very large, suitable for an office or a garage rather than a residential property. Simply, personally Even ‘Emergency Exit’ lights and ceiling (office) air conditioning unit are still there! AVOID using this property unless, it has substantially changed and transformed to become more suitable for people to sleep and rest.
• Ronald (1/5): Nightmare Apartment in Valencia - The apartment was disgusting. The sheets on every bed had stains. There was a plate and spoon in the closet with food. We told the man showing the apartment we could not stay and asked for a refund. The original apartment had a water leak. He agreed to refund us but never did. I complained to Booking..com over a month ago, and nothing has happened. I will never use this service again. Airbnb and Vrbo are much better.
