• Abhijith Hari (10/5): Fantastic - Good internet, clean and comfortable. All amenities were provided (Towels, shower gel, soap, etc). Close to the metro station Aghios Nikolaus.
• Laure (7/5): Séjour agréable dans un appartement confortable et bien situé, malgré quelques problèmes pratiques. - Le propriétaire nous a laissé accéder à l'appartement avant l'horaire prévu. Très bel appartement, très propre et bien agencé et un immeuble agréable et calme. Le logement est très bien situé : le métro est à 5 minutes à pied, ce qui permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre d’Athènes en environ 15 minutes. Les literies sont très confortables, canapé et salon spacieux et confortable. Le balcon très agréable. Les toilettes étaient bouchées à notre arrivée et l'intervention du plombier n'a eu lieu qu'après 3 journées. La cuisine : la cafetière était cassée, il manquait des petites cuillères et des fourchettes. Dans une poêle, il y avait au moins 1L d'huile usagé. Le logement se trouve dans un quartier populaire, où l’environnement est assez simple et peu touristique.

• Τζικτζη (7/5): Βολική τοποθεσία αλλα μπορεί και καλύτερα σε θέματα καθαριότητας - Κεντρική Τοποθεσία, 2 υπνοδωμάτια το οποίο μας βόλεψε. Δεν ήταν καθαρά. Μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στη καθαριότητα. Επίσης έλειπαν βασικά, βραστήρας, σαπούνι πιάτων

• Nino (2/5): - The water was not hot, we were without hot water for 1 whole day. We were with small children and had a bad experience. Small cockroaches were walking around the house. Things in the kitchen were not clean. The washing machine was not working. Only the bed linen was clean. The district is far from the center, there were many migrants everywhere.

• Xaris (6/5): Pleasant - Beautiful inside. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom and living room. We did see a few small cockroaches, which was a bit unsettling. It wasn't a huge infestation, but enough to be a little bothersome. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
• Laura (10/5): WONDERFUL APARTMENT 🩷 - The place is incredible, it is located just 9 minutes walking from the subway, if you want to go out for a drink there are good places less than 2 kilometers away, the place is clean, has a washing machine and clothesline, has air conditioning which is excellent, the beds are super spacious, clean and very comfortable and the building where it is located is very nice and safe, you have a supermarket just two blocks away, I would come back without a doubt, excellent place, my friends and I loved it

• Peter (5/5): Apartment had a strong smoke smell, noisy building, maintenance issues (rotten timber, no towel hook - I liaised with the host using the app on booking.com I am writing to provide feedback regarding our recent stay at Athens City Spot booked through your platform. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the apartment had a strong smell of smoke, which made it difficult for us to sleep on the first night. We had to keep all the doors open to ventilate the room, which was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the building was very noisy, which was especially concerning as we had an elderly person with us that was allergic to smoke. There were also some maintenance issues within the apartment, including no hooks for bath towels and rotten timber beneath the mirror in the bathroom, which was loose and potentially dangerous for families with young kids. On the positive side, the apartment is conveniently located close to shops and a supermarket, which we appreciated. We hope you can look into these concerns and address them with the property to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Big fridge. washing mashine.New Tv and comfortable beds They didn't inform us on time how hot water works, but after than everything was ok. also a big minus is to have just 1 key for the apartment. For a big family with 4 Person this is not enough.

• Haddl85 (7/5): Nice Apartment but cold shower - Very clean and comfortable, full Equiped Kitchen and very easy going check in. No warm water in the shower, that's why I give 2 Stars less. The water in the Shower had two steps, very cold and ice cold.
