• Sabrina (6/5): Siviglia in centro - La casa è in centro e spaziosa. Non abbiamo mai utilizzato la cucina che si trova al piano terra, ma sembrava tutto ok. La casa è disposta su 3 piani + la terrazza raggiungibile tramite una scala esterna: le foto sono fraintendibili. In diverse recensioni ho letto del bagno al piano terra dove alcune persone sono rimaste bloccate: non ci siamo mai chiusi dentro😅 quindi non so se è stato risolto il problema. Al 1' piano ci sono 2 camere e 1 bagno: una do queste camere è estremamente piccola. L'armadio è praticamente appoggiato al letto e bisogno adattarsi di molto! Io viaggiavo in famiglia e ho fatto dormire i bambini. Per 2 adulti credo sia un po soffocante. Abbiamo avuto un problema di sovraccarico di elettricità e non siamo più riusciti a far funzionare i climatizzatori: il.problema si è poi riversato sulla caldaia (elettrica) che non è più ripartita. Questo è stato il problema dell'ultimo giorno di vacanza e quindi abbiamo preferito avvisare, ma non stare dietro al problema. Il.bagno al.3' piano è piccolo. Le altre stanza affacciano sulla strada e si sente praticamentw tutto anche con le finestre chiuse. La casa ĥa un grande potenziale.

• Manon (6/5): Agréable sans plus - L'emplacement est vraiment idéale. Une jeune femme, Paula, est venue me remettre les clés plus tôt que prévu car nous étions "à la rue" suite à l'annulation de notre logement initial. Elle était adorable ! Les lits étaient propres et confortable + belle terrasse sur le toit. Le chauffage n'a pas fonctionné pendant une bonne partie du séjour. Logement très mal isolé, on entend tout les passants de la rue. La porte de la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée est défectueuse et une amie est restée enfermée pendant plus de 15 minutes ce qui a été un gros moment de stress pour tout le monde.

• Mary (8/5): Great location for short stay. - Location is excellent. Lots of living space in the old town. It's in a busy area and every step and conversation outside can be heard in the house especially in the bedrooms at all hours.
• Fitzgerald (6/5): - The location The heating at the door by staff member. Although we had text to say we're in a taxi from the airport, as requested, when we arrived we were questioned as if unexpected, the greeting could have been warmer and welcoming.
• Rossella (8/5): Siviglia meraviglia 🩵 - La casa è su tre piani più terrazzo con ingresso a piano terra, dove c'è la cucina, il soggiorno con divano e tv e un piccolo bagno con doccia, ai piani superiori altre 3 camere da letto e due bagni. I letti sono comodi e in cucina c'è anche la lavastoviglie, il forno, il microonde, la macchina per il caffè La zona è molto carina e comoda per raggiungere la cattedrale o las setas in meno di 10 minuti a piedi, a pochi passi ci sono diversi supermercati e bar.  Eravamo in quattro e siamo stati molto bene, c'è molto spazio per tutti. Peccato solo non averci fatto trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua e del caffè, visto che siamo arrivati dopo mezzanotte. Siviglia è sempre meravigliosa -
• Dominique (7/5): Bel emplacement - Bel emplacement. Maison typique et agréable Une des chambres est vraiment très petite sans fenêtre sur l extérieur. L armoire ne sert a rien et prend trop de place. Deux des douches manquent vraiment de pression. Fauteuils sur ka terrasse vraiment inconfortables sans coussins et il n y en avait pas. Cette jolie maison mériterait d être mieux entretenue.
• Joan (6/5): - La ubicació, lloc i l’espai, es confortable Quejas sobre el apartamento : Unas llaves de la calle , es poco para 6 personas. Obliga a ir todas juntas .Mínimo tendrían que ser dos. 2.Puerta baño 1ra. planta, está hinchada, no te permite entrar fácilmente, y obstaculiza a la hora de entrar y salir a la ducha . 3 Baño planta baja , quedó bloqueado el seguro de la puerta , con una persona dentro .Se llama al teléfono de contacto y dicen que vendrán. Una hora de reloj esperando, y con instrucciones telefónicas de un familiar nuestro, conseguimos abrirla. La persona atrapada, decía que no sé respiraba bien, ( falta de oxígeno) y mirando la rejilla de ventilación, allí no se escuchaba ningún ventilador extractor de aíre, por lo que se deduce que está puesta de adorno. Eso es muy peligroso, ya que hablamos de un baño interior sin ventana . Cuando estaba todo solucionado, vino un señor, que decía ser el de recepción y que traía una caja de herramientas para ver qué podía hacer . Por parte de la empresa, no se ha vuelto a saber nada más. Es increíble tanta falta de responsabilidad, en un sitio que te piden los datos de cada cliente , para entregarlos a la policía. Un detalle obligatorio , y qué descuido tan grande para con nosotras . Por supuesto que no lo recomendaremos .

• STEPHEN (9/5): Good location to see Sevilla by walking and public transport. Facilities at apartment for bedrooms and living room and k - The property was in an ideal location for us as group. We had good access to to city and transport. The apartment from ground floor to top open roof area. Four areas to like. Good bedrooms and facilities. There was local noise in street. As tourists and locals walking past the apartment.

• Jessica (9/5): Fab place in a great location - Loved the townhouse style layout over 3 floors, the high ceiling/skylight in the dining room and sunny roof terrace. The location was terrific - near lots of cool bars, restaurants and shops towards Feria - and easy to walk to the centre. Kitchen could be kitted out better. Street parking is scarce (with our roof box we couldn't fit in any garages)
• Pamela (10/5): Such a beautiful stay in a fabulous city! - Excellent house. It’s a three story house with a terrace on the roof. Very spacious. All facilities you could want or need for your stay. Such a lovely area and very near everything. Definitely try Bar Ajo & Aqua and La Bodega for the most beautiful food - both only minutes away. We were very happy with everything
