• marcus (8/5): Tolle Wohnung für Familien zum Erkunden von Wien - Schönes Penthouse mit schönem Balkon und schöner Aussicht. Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Türkische Supermärkte mit tollen Öffnungszeiten direkt in der Nähe. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Guter Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Spielplatz vor der Tür Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten repariert werden.

• Biljana (10/5): - Boravak u ovom stanu u Beču bio je zaista predivno iskustvo. Stan je izuzetno čist, udoban i lijepo uređen, tako da smo se odmah osjećali kao kod kuće. Lokacija je odlična i vrlo ga je lako pronaći, što nam je mnogo značilo jer smo bili u kratkoj posjeti. Domaćin je bio veoma ljubazan i dao nam je jasna i korisna uputstva za dolazak i boravak, što je sve učinilo još jednostavnijim i prijatnijim. Iako smo u Beču bili samo kratko, ovo je definitivno mjesto u koje bismo se rado ponovo vratili. Sve preporuke!

• Stanislav (8/5): Návšteva Viedne - Ubytovanie bolo čisté, dostočne zariadené v kludnej lokalite. Bezproblémové parkovanie v podzemnej garaži. Pristup na metro (U - bahn) 10 min.chôdze. V blízkosti bol väčší obchod. Komunikacia s majiteľom a informace ohľadom ubytovania na profesionálnej úrovni. Určite doporučujem. Na byte je už poznať používanie a drobné opotrebovanie.

• Vojislav (10/5): - I must emphasize that the accommodation is even better than it appears in the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay. The host fulfilled everything that was agreed upon, and I genuinely recommend this place to anyone considering where to stay in Vienna.

• Rita (7/5): 2 napra megfelelt 3-tagú családunknak, de pár aprósággal lehetne fokozni a kényelmet. - Mivel autóval érkeztünk, de helyben nem akartuk használni, fontos volt számunkra, hogy legyen garázs. Ez itt a házban megvolt, ami így nagyon kényelmes volt. Külvárosi környék, de több bolt is van a lakás közelében. Reggeliző hely nem volt a környéken. A felszereltség nagyjából rendben volt, de a konyhából hiányzott a konyharuha. A zuhany rögzítője rossz volt, nem lehetett fixálni a zuhanyfejet a tartón. A zuhanykabinból hiányzott a fali tartó. A WC-ben egy kis kézmosó kényelmesen elférne, és akkor nem kellene senkit zavarni a fürdőben. A lakás tiszta volt, de a szőnyegekre már ráférne egy tisztíttatás.

• Andrea (8/5): Estadía familiar en Viena - Nos alojamos con mi familia de 5 personas. El apartamento es muy cómodo y está bien equipado. También está muy lindo decorado. Tiene estacionamiento incluido, lo que para nosotros fue super útil. La ubicación es lejos del centro pero está bien conectado con líneas de bus y subte muy cerca. Todo estuvo muy bien

• Katerina (7/5): Ожидания не оправданы - Постель/кровать, паркинг, до метро 7 минут пешком. Месторасположение в "арабском квартале". Мало света в квартире (тускло в зоне гостинной-кухни). Неудобно что туалет без умывальника, а ванная комната в другом конце квартиры, некоторые вещи требуют ремонта (душ). Навигатор ведёт в тупик, а не в паркинг

• Aysun (7/5): - ücretsiz park yerinin olması güzeldi. teras sabahları ve akşam serinliğinde güzeldi, ikinci odanın ayrı bir kapısı olabilirdi. 5 kişilik rezerve yapmamıza rağmen 4 kişilik yemek masası sandalyesi vardı, gündüzleri inanılmaz sıcaktı teras katı olduğu için , sıcaklık için ayaklı vantilatör konulmuştu ama klima şart bence. terasta bulunan oturma grubunun çift kişilik koltuğu yırtıktı ve kullanamadık,yenilenebilinir. daha önce de viyana da konaklamıştım , burası da ekonomik anlamda düşük gibi geldi bana :((

Host was very helpful an answerd our messages quickly. Beds are very comfortable even the sofa one, none of us had trouble sleeping. The terace is big, and if it wasn't february we would use it much more. U-Bahn station is 8 minutes by foot away.

• Cheng (8/5): Convenient location - Location was about a 15 minute walk away from then central train station. Very centrally located and convenient. 20 mins to get to the city centre. Host was very quick to respond when we contacted them. Facilities had a washing machine and dryer which made it very convenient for us. Apartment was not very sound proof, the 2 beds and sofa bed was right next to the kitchen which can be a little noisy.
• Marius-adrian (9/5): Superb - The location is good even though it’s not so close to the city center, you can easily reach the objectives by taxi or public transportation. The apartment is spacious, well equipped with lots of stuff, from hair dryer to baby eat chair.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. It was a hot Summer day in Vienna, no AC in the apartment. It has one fan in the living room but it would be great if they had another fan for the bedroom. Overall, it’s a small detail.
