Wir waren also spontan gezwungen, uns um eine neue Möglichkeit zu kümmern. Es wurde eine neue Unterkunft angeboten. Dabei wurde versprochen, dass die gleiche Qualität oder sogar eine höhere Ausstattungsvariante zum identischen Preis verfügbar gemacht wird. Am Schluss hatten wir ein Ein-Zimmer-Studio mit schlechterer Ausstattung, was für 3 Leute nicht geeignet ist. Wir hatten ursprünglich eine Unterkunft mit 3 Betten und zwei Zimmern bestellt. Hier wurde nichts der Versprechung eingehalten, echt bedauerlich so hängengelassen zu werden. Wir haben mehrmals versucht mit dem Service zu sprechen, aber die Kommunikation war erstmal gar nicht richtig vorhanden und später dann mangelhaft, es wurde keine Lösung angeboten und eine Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises kam auch nicht zustande.

Posizione in zona molto tranquilla vicino al parco, ma a solo 10 min di cammino dal centro di Shinjuku. Due metro importanti vicine e fermate dell'autobus a 1 min. Peccato che ci fosse un cantiere edile proprio attaccato alla stanza. Alla mattina sembrava che i martelli pneumatici fossero dentro casa. :(

L'endroit est aussi très calme ce qui change des établissements à Shinjulu/Shibuya Pas de point négatif, il faut faire un peu de route mais rien de grave ou d'insurmontable.

• Shinobu (6/5): 疲れました。 - 部屋も洗面、トイレもお風呂も綺麗でした。 4階の部屋で4泊しましたが、エレベーターが無く、階段で超重いスーツケースを運ぶのは命懸けでした。少々割高でも良いので、一階にして欲しかったです。 また初日、着いたら連絡して、とメールが来ましたがどこへどうやって連絡したら良いか不明。緊急連絡先は何度かけても繋がらない。それでもやっと判明しタオルを替えて欲しくて連絡し、夜までに届けると返事があったにも関わらず、届いていませんでした。洗濯機があり、柔軟剤まであるのですが、洗剤が無く、不思議でした。
• olga (7/5): Хорошо вполне, если вы без особого запроса - В целом мне понравился тихий/спальный район. Метро линии Оэдо в 7-15 минутах пешком. До самой станции Синдзюку пешком неспешно 20 мин. Мне понравилась наполненность апартаментов: кухонные принадлежности, банные. Чисто. Кондиционер тихий. Ванная обогревается отдельно. Стиральная машина. Разнообразные закусочные. В минуте от моста массаж. Множество магазинов первой необходимости в шаговой доступности. Парк Чуо напротив. Навигация вполне понятная. В отношении тишины не совсем так как заявлено на сайте, поскольку за стенкой идет реконструкция соседнего дома и работает строительная техника. Матрас и подушки ужасны. Пол холодный, но это, так полагаю, издержки зимы и отсутствие центрального отопления.
• Ervis (7/5): Good value for money in shinjuku and spacious room. - Spacious room. You had to do many steps to check in and then continuously send messages to staff saying that you checked in. Kind of unnecessary.
• Ambareen (5/5): - The accommodation was in an area where facilities were nearby. Quiet area. Eventually the staff was responsive Too small for two people. Literally was like being in a prison cell. Okay for one person. Also didn't like the fact that if you lost a key they wanted 10000 yen for it, same were threats for anything.
• Dwayne (8/5): Small and cozy, in a little neighbourhood not far from Shinjuku - great for a short stay if you’re light on baggage - Small but big enough for a short stay for my wife and I over the post-Xmas break. The space is literally a bed, sink and decent size bathroom so it worked out well. There’s a lovely park across the road and a couple of coffee shops in the immediate area so it made for a nice morning and walk (about 20mins) to Shinjuku. Only the size really. If we had both brought big suitcases it would have been impossible so just be warned about long stays and lots of baggage.

• Pak (8/5): Good size, clean and well organized hosting - (1) Close by other dining options, such as McDonalds, Sukiya, Matsuya, a bit further there's Denny's. Some of them open late. (2) Overall this apartment is considered relatively new, inside it's relatively clean. Communications via booking app/email to apartment host is good. (3) Instructions on how to access, how appliances work, garbage info, they are documented clearly and well-organized. (4) We have 3 people so 2 on bed and 1 on futon in the living room. sleeping on futon can get cold from the cold air travel through the floor from the bathroom fan/vent (turning off fan and close the door helps to lower the cold air/wind draft. (5) This unit is considered good size for 3 people, when comparing to other hotel options near by. (5) it's quiet location, the host reminded us not to make too much noise when we check in late >8pm. (6) facilities are good, stove, microwave, washer, writing desk and dining table, and closest to hang clothes, Exactly what I expect from the descriptions. (1) It's a bit away from center Shinjuku, but it's close enough that it is a 15 min or short subway ride. There is not that much attractions immediately nearby, so it's expected to take subway or bus to Shinjuku. (2) At checkout, a few family in the same building also check out at the same time at 10AM seems to be a bit congested around the staircase as everyone seems to brought over many luggage. (3) Garbage box got filled up to full quickly when we checked out on Sunday, maybe because others also tried to cleanup for checkout on the same day, however, it's overall clean place for the interior (4) The nearest Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome Station is deep so there are much more staircases than other subway lines, so expect more time for bringing luggage down to subway. Plus, may want to pay attention to the Toei Odeo line is a bit odd, you may find yourself having to wait a bit and transfer again on Tochomae for other direction, so there's additional wait time, thus the Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochomae is not a very convenience subway stop. To avoid the wait, but for a bit longer walk, might as well take subway at Tochomae for Toei Odeo line, or use the Nishi-shinjuku Station for the Marunouchi line instead since that appears to be a more popular option.

The room is nicely maintained. It's not spacious but it's got everything needed. The best part is the location, right next to Shinjuku Chuo Park. Wonderful to get up early and take a stroll in the neighborhood and in the park. A very peaceful location. The location is on a peaceful street, but at night, I doubt whether it's safe to be walking alone on the street back to the property. It'd be probably better to avoid going back too late.

• Cooper Bibaud (4/5): Misleading, but gets the job done. - Great location. We could walk or train directly to the areas we wanted to visit, such as Tomigaya or Shinjuku. Google Maps may encourage you to train or bus to nearby areas but you can walk in no time at all. And the area itself has some good places, including a really great pancake place for breakfast just a walk away. There's also like, 4 convenient stores just around the corner. Large bathroom, washer/dryer. Nice. This was the fifth and final place we stayed for our trip, and unfortunately, it was the only disappointing one -- and a less than ideal way to spend our last days in Japan. Perhaps we had lucked out with our previous four, but I can't help but feel the listing is a tad misleading. We had just spent a few nights in an "Entire Apartment" booking in Osaka and were expecting a similar experience with this one, except, this is not a "1 bedroom entire apartment". It's an incredibly small studio room. I actually think we'd have been mostly positive with our stay here if the listing had been more honest, but setting our expectations up only to offer so much less, made the feeling of disappointment more impactful. The check-in process was a little annoying as well. The instructions weren't super clear, and there's several codes you have to dig around in the messages again to find just to get inside the front door, then inside the key lock, then inside the door itself. This was also the only place we stayed where the windows felt more prison-like. I had a sense of feeling trapped inside the room. Minor nitpicks. Other than that, it was clean and served its purpose. If you go in knowing it's not a full 1 bedroom apartment, and is actually just a tiny studio room, then you'll probably have no issues.

Las camas son muy incomodas y dicen que ponen un futón tradicional y es mentira. Te ponen un pequeño edredón finísimo en el suelo duro y es imposible dormir.

• Allie (2/5): Misleading - Didn't really like anything in particular Very misleading booking. We were expecting at l3ast a full bed, but there was only a twin and a futon on the floor. We are a couple traveling and really weren't looking at twin bed options. The photos led us to believe we would be getting a bigger bed, a nicely decorated apartment and a balcony. We got a tiny room with a twin bed, a kitchenette and a washer that didn't even clean our clothes well.

• Gearoid (9/5): Great Place to stay in Nishi-Shinjuku. - It was a very quiet location, near a really good izekaya. There were lots of facilities nearby like convenience stores, restaurants, and public transport. It was only a 20 minute walk away from the main Shinjuku area, and a 10 minute walk away from the Tokyo metropolitan government building. The apartment itself was nice and had good facilities. The staff were quick to respond to any queries that we had. Check in was also straight forward. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit firm for me personally. And maybe some instructions on how to use the washer/dryer in English. Instructions were provided by the accommodation, however, they were a tad bit confusing. These are extremely minor nit picks. This was truly an excellent place to stay.

But this room did not have an access to watch a regular Japanese TV which was very inconvenient for me. The time of spring costs more？I paid the double the amount for this room compared to I paid the last time. Over all I liked the room.

• Prashank (7/5): Good first stay to start your life is Japan :) - Everything was clean, great location, host was nice, there is all the necessary equipment you would need to stay including refrigerator, microwave, etc. It was a little smaller than the impression I got from the pictures. Internet would sometimes get slow, still manageable though.

The location is convenient, there are 4 convenience stores and 1 supermarket nearby There is no elevator in the facility, if someone carries a heavy luggage, it could be difficult to lift it to 4th floor.

Good wifi and clean This is one of those properties where there are minimal things provided, each gets 1 cup, 1 bowl, etc. My son was in another apartment in the same block and he didn't have a bowl at all. No tea towel for the kitchen to dry dishes, 1 bath towel each (no great if you washed your hair) etc. It would be hard to cook in this apartment due to the limited space, but we didn't try. When I asked for a tea towel and extra towel I was told they were not a hotel but would rent me a bath towel for 1000 yen! It wasn't clear how to dry dishes as there was no dish rack was provided and there was no bench space, just a cooktop and a sink. The beds in both apartments were quite uncomfortable. Overall, it was an adequate place to sleep etc, but not to enjoy the experience of being there.

• Lynn (10/5): Exceptional - Location was quiet because of soundproof walls. Everything they said would be provided was provided to me, and it was all easy to find. I was able to understand how to use everything I needed to because of the helpful manual they provided and everything worked well. The bed was very comfortable. Everything inside of the room was in a good location, from the television to the microwave to the wa shing machine. If I ever visit Tokyo again, I would gladly stay here a second time.

We asked and paid for a futon for my daughter to sleep on. We received a heavy style blanket for the floor. That didn't work, so we had put her into a hotel room nearby.
