• Sara (6/5): Un poco decepcionante - La ubicación Llegamos por la noche, y de repente se fue la luz. Intenté avisar al anfitrión y nada. En el edificio había luz, solo estaba sin luz el alojamiento. Revisamos los plomos y estaban todos correctamente. Toda la noche sin luz. No pudimos ni ducharnos. Por la mañana, seguimos en la misma situación. A más de las 12:00 de la mañana Intenté ponerme en contacto con el anfitrión. Hasta un rato más tarde no me contestó… No se molestó para nada en la situación. Me encontré a un chico que bajaba del edificio y él fue el que le dió unos botones que había en un cuadro de contadores.

• Paloma (5/5): Regular por el precio - Es amplio y limpio. Buena localización Es un 4º sin ascensor y no te lo mencionan antes de pagar. Las ventanas son muy viejas y entra todo el ruido de la calle. En el lavabo del baño no había agua, por lo que nos tuvimos que lavar los dientes en la cocina…

Yövyimme pe-la välisen yön ja alue oli todella meluisa pitkälle aamuyöhön. Kahvinkeitin oli rikki. Asunto on suomalaisittain neljännessä kerroksessa ilman hissiä, tästä ei ollut selkeästi mainittu varausvaiheessa.

• Michela (1/5): Posizione centrale ma appartamento non sicuro - Aspetti positivi: L’appartamento si trova in ottima posizione centrale, molto comoda per muoversi a piedi. È presente un parcheggio a pagamento vicino alla struttura, cosa non scontata in centro. L’appartamento è molto spazioso: ampia zona pranzo open space con salotto, due camere da letto matrimoniali, cucina separata con accesso alla zona lavanderia. Il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale. Purtroppo ci sono diversi problemi importanti legati alla sicurezza. Il soppalco è pericolante: non si tratta di un disguido temporaneo, ma di una situazione presente da tempo, come si può vedere dalle foto. Questo ha causato molta paura, soprattutto per la sicurezza dei miei bambini, e non ci ha permesso di vivere serenamente il soggiorno. Gli infissi delle finestre sono vecchi e non isolano bene: fino a tarda notte si sentivano chiaramente i rumori e le conversazioni delle persone in strada. Attenzione anche alle scale: sono piccole, strette e ripide. L’appartamento non è al terzo piano come indicato, ma al quarto piano, quindi sconsigliato a chi ha difficoltà motorie o problemi con le scale. La lavatrice è molto vecchia e arrugginita, con un buco all’interno, risultando potenzialmente pericolosa. Anche il lavandino del bagno in vetro è instabile e sembra potersi staccare da un momento all’altro. Segnalo inoltre che il detersivo per la lavatrice non viene fornito, quindi è necessario acquistarlo separatamente. Conclusione: Detto questo, spero che Booking prenda le dovute distanze finché la struttura non metterà in sicurezza e sistemerà l’appartamento, soprattutto considerando la presenza di famiglie con bambini.

• alovilo (3/5): No volvería - La ubicación al ser muy céntrica y la amplitud y limpieza del apartamento. Las camas eran grandes. Contestaban pronto por la aplicación cuando había dudas. La red wifi funcionaba bien. Los electrodomésticos funcionaban bien. Ventanas antiguas que no aíslan del frio ni del ruido, no pudimos dormir. Casa muy fría para ir en invierno. En la cocina ni se podía estar del frío. Los plomos saltaban constantemente. Los 4 pisos de escaleras son muy incómodos (si vas con bebe y niños pequeños que fue nuestro caso, era una odisea). El hueco de las escaleras es muy estrecho y las paredes estaban enyesadas y te manchaban. Además, en las fotos no sé ven los desperfectos de algunos techos (cómo el del salón en la parte de la ventana que se estaba casi cayendo). El cubo de basura estaba roto y la papelera del baño totalmente oxidada.

Ponía piso 3, pero eran 4, existía 1 después otro no refleja 2 y 3 entonces era 3 pero 4 pisos de escalera. La verdad que al llegar valía la pena. Muy pero que muy bonito

• Mariana (10/5): Big and Brightly - The property is beautiful, modern and bright. It makes you feel like at home. It doesn’t have elevator. The door didn't lock. Which made me feel unsafe every time I left the apartment.
• Roland (8/5): Zentral gelegenes Apartment - Hübsches, zentral gelegenes Apartment Das Apartment befindet sich im vierten Stock durch ein enges steiles Treppenhaus erreichbar. Wir empfehlen nur Handgepäck. Den Vorteil der Nähe zum Zentrum erkauft man sich durch zumindest am Wochenende extrem laute Partygänger in den Gassen. Wir drei haben ehrlich gesagt bis 6 Uhr morgens kein Auge zugetan trotz ineffektiver geschlossener Fenster...und dann mussten wir zum Airport.

• Cristina (7/5): Una llàstima que l’apartament no estigués en bon estat. - L’apartament és gran i ben situat. - Es un quart pis sense ascensor. - La tapa del wc estava solta, no estava anclada al wc. - L’estractor de la cuina no funcionava. - La nevera refredava poc i el congelador no congelava. - La persiana d’una de les habitacions estava xafada, no es podia pujar. - La TV del menjador no tenia comandament, per tant, no es podia encendre.
• LAURA (5/5): - Lo mejor fué la ubicación, muy céntrico y con supermercados cercanos, restaurantes y parking gratuíto al lado practicamente. El piso por dentro es bastante agradable y cuenta con A/A en las dos habitaciones y en el salón. La finca es muy vieja y está descuidada. Es un tercero + entresuelo sin ascensor. El wifi no funcionó; la nevera no iba y el congelador apenas refrescaba (se nos echó a perder parte de la comida). En la cocina no hay A/A y no se podía estar (era pleno verano). Una cama está medio rota, al igual que algunas persianas...

El tema es que lo había reservado para descansar por un largo viaje de mi madre y ella cansada por su edad y tener que subir las maletas por las escaleras fue un poco desagradable.

• Shawnett A (5/5): - Spacious apartment, AC in the bedrooms & very close to cultural attractions. Such as the Basilica, the Palm park & the museum of Elche history. Lots of cafe, bars & restaurants within a few minutes walk. A wide selection of shops selling jewellery, clothes, shoes, phones etc. The attitude of the owner when I messaged to inform them of water leaking from a corner of the ceiling in the living room. When the electrics tripped & I was concerned it was linked to the leak, they were not very sympathetic. My concern was for my family's safety and asked if someone qualified could come to check it out. I was told they would try to contact their Air-conditioning guy the next day and given instructions to get the electric back up and running. Unfortunately, no one showed up & the host never got back to me asking if everything was ok or to explain why no one would visit. I feel that a lot of my disappointment & anxiety could have been avoided if the host explained that turning the three AC units to max at the same time ( which I did on arrival as we were experiencing a heat wave at the time) would cause the electrics to trip. This could have been added to the pre-arrival info as it was an issue previous guests have complained about since January 2025 - I've subsequently found out. The WiFi wasn't working either which was one of the main reasons for choosing this apartment. Again, although I messaged the host nothing was done about this & I got the impression that they weren't that bothered about this inconvenience to me & my family members. When I informed them that the toilet seat was broken, their response on WhatsApp was 'Low Cost', I took it to imply, what do you expect from a low cost apartment! I think that even though something is 'Low Cost' it shouldn't mean ' it doesn't work'. Two of the chairs around the kitchen table were broken & the freezer didn't work either but I wasn't convinced the host would be interested in hearing this. I noticed that when I messaged via Booking.com their responses were more courteous than if I messaged via WhatsApp & wondered if this was because the former were possibly monitored by a third party...
• Katherine (6/5): Pleasant - It was very central There is no elevator and it is on the 4th floor with narrow steps that are a bit dingy. The toilet seat was broken. The bed in the second room is not comfortable, it seems to be a folding bed.

• Ní (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, right beside Plaza de la Glorieta with lots of bars and restaurants, the apartment is huge, 2 big rooms, kitchen, sitting room, 2 dining areas, only 1 bathroom but it was enough for us. Host sent all information, very easy to find and access The stairs up to the 3rd floor, the hall way is quite dark until you find the light switch with your torch.
