• Christiaan (10/5): High quality appartment at great location in Santander - We had a very pleasant stay in Suite Hause Bahia and a very positive experience. The appartement is tidy, clean, modern and really has everything you need. Kitchen fully equipped, with oven, separate microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine toastmaker, washing machine, refrigerator with separate freezer and so on. Two double beds in appartement no.2 Smart tv with all streaming apps. Location in walking distance from city center. Smooth communication with host, we highly recommend ! Thank you for a great experience in Santander ! Not a single negative thing to mention !

A 5 minutos la estacion de autobuses que nos sirvio para ir a visitar el palacio de la Magdalena, el puerto, la playa del sardinero.... Como para ir al aeropuerto. Super bien comunicado.

• Eva (9/5): ALOJAMIENTO PRECIOSO EN SANTANDER - El alojamiento es PRECIOSO, de los más bonitos y nuevos que he visto, estaba limpísimo y no le faltaba ningún detalle, la ubicación es buenísima y la persona que te atiende es muy atenta, nos recomendó muchísimos sitios en Santander. El sofá cama era un pelín incómodo y olían las tuberías del baño (era soportable). El parking no son 15€, realmente, depende de los días que reserves, es decir, hasta el 4º día no te salía por 15€ al día (cuántos más días reservaras más barato te salía) , si reservabas un día solo te salía 21.25€, pero es cierto que lo necesitas si o si porque aparcar ahí es imposible.
• Cesar (10/5): - La ubicación, la limpieza, la decoración era excelente, el apartamento es muy cómodo y los servicios son muy buenos. La temperatura de la estancia era la adecuada. Aunque tienen un acuerdo con un Parking, preferimos aparcar en la calle ya que cogimos bastante el coche. El aparcamiento es en zona azul y es difícil encontrar estacionamiento.

Además de la perfecta ubicación, nos sorprendieron con algunas cosillas de bienvenida. Tenía todo lo necesario y el anfitrión estaba muy atento en todo momento.

Está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos y televisiones de alta calidad y está decorado con mucho gusto. Es un bajo y no tiene ventanas. La cama de la habitación no es del todo cómoda y la mesa del salón si te apoyas parece que se vaya a caer.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro y de los accesos a la ciudad. Aparcar en la calle es un poco difícil (zona azul), pero pudimos aparcar todos los días sin problema. No obstante, tienen convenio con un parking a 2 minutos andando. El anfitrión muy atento a todas nuestras necesidades. 100% recomendado

The host was wonderful and very helpful. We really appreciated the breakfast items, the dishwasher and washing machine tablets, and the bathroom amenities with fresh towels. The location was excellent close to the station and within walking distance of the city centre. Everything was perfect we would definitely stay here again! None

• Gabriella Lily (8/5): Beautiful place in a good location - Beautifully decorated - lovely old brick walls. Shower was great - all kitchen facilities were good, it had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and had two different areas to relax which was perfect after lots and lots of walking around the city. The location seemed a little out of the way at first but once we got our bearings we realised it was super close to lots of shops. Right near the busses (5 minutes walk) which took you to the airport etc. we really enjoyed our stay and communication from the host was great too. The bed was a little harder than I like but that's personal preference - it's a memory foam mattress so I'm sure many will like that. The pillows were also memory foam which I found a bit uncomfortable and would have liked an alternative option but it wasn't a big deal at all. We could not figure out the air con - we did everything in the instructions and it constantly came out hot to the point it was nearly 30° at one point. The host tried to tell us how to fix it but we just turned it off and it eventually settled. It was probably us doing it wrong though! These were all very tiny issues that wouldn't stop us from staying again

Spotlessly clean. Fantastic location. 2 minutes from bus and train stations. Close to the bus stop for the airport. Close to all amenities. Several bars and cafes nearby. Host was very helpful with all the information which was sent in good time with very clear instructions for everything. Highly recommend for a stay in Santander. Can't imagine a better apartment for location, style and value for money. All perfect.
• Ralph (9/5): Sehr gute Wahl mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern - Sehr gute, schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit Javier, inkl. einiger Tipps zu Stadt und Region. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe mit Schliessfach am Apartment. Gute Größe. Modern eingerichtet. Top Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Bequemes, wenn auch etwas kleines Bett. Babybett wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten einen kleinen Mangel beanstandet, der freundlich aufgenommen sofort behoben wurde. Seife, Duschgel, Shampoo vorhanden. HVAC einfach zu bedienen inkl. Anleitung, welche wir erhalten haben. Nur Kleinigkeiten wie zb, dass man das Restaurant gegenüber etwas hört, kein Salz/Pfeffer vorhanden ist und wir eine kleine Beanstandung hatten, die aber wie angesprochen sofort behoben wurde. Aber alles in allem eine sehr gute Wahl und eige tlich eine 9,5 wenn ich es auswählen könnte.

Deberían haberlo advertido antes. La lavadora tenía la puerta estropeada y no abría, pero pude poner una lavadora con las indicaciones que nos dieron.

• Valentina (10/5): - Struttura pulita, moderna, bella e arredata con gusto. Posizione strategica. Parcheggio a pagamento in zona. Staff molto disponibile e attento. L’appartamento ha finestre opache che si affacciano al pianterreno su una strada poco luminosa. In ogni caso, visto l’uso che si fa del luogo (appartamento in città visitabile), è un aspetto che si nota relativamente.
• JmnzS (6/5): Buena ubicación - Estuvimos muy cómodos, ya que todo es muy nuevo y la limpieza un 10. La ubicación es muy buena, tienes todo muy a mano. Por decir algo, escasez de toallas.. estuvimos varios días y echamos de menos el poder cambiarlas. Hay un bar justo enfrente que se escucha muchísimo los ruidos, además de tener poca privacidad al abrir la puerta ya que te ve toda la terraza. Entraba el olor a fritanga de los bares..

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine et nous nous sommes déplacés en bus et nous avons beaucoup marché! Pas de possibilité de se garer à proximité mais il y a un parking gratuit à 10 mn à pied Appartement très bien équipé pour 2 c'est super. Les échanges avec l'hébergeur sont fluides et il est très réactif. Appartement en rdc donc un peu sombre

Good instructions from host, they helped us with the AC when we needed some adjustments Nice and clean rooms and bathroom, good water pressure. Didn't use the kitchen much, but it had everything you need. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hosts sent us a lot of info on restaurants and attractions, so it was easy to navigate the city.
