Mendelson (9/5): Excelente! Como estar en una casa de verano :) - La ubicación es excelente para aquellos que buscan tranquilidad y fácil acceso al centro también. Sobre Victorica esta lleno de bares, restaurantes y sobre todo la vista al río. El hotel, es una casa y se siente como tal, aún con otros huéspedes es silencioso y tranquilo. El parque divino y la pileta también. El personal que nos recibió son divinos, atentos y muy buena onda. Es un lugar al que volveríamos 100%. El desayuno puede mejorar, pero dimos este feedback y están trabajando en ello. No le resta puntos a la experiencia. Es un lugar que recomendaría una y mil veces.

La atención del personal (en particular Diego y Lara) fue notable, excelente, muchas gracias. Se sirvió un buen desayuno con opciones varias. El edificio tiene un buen carácter. Santiago (9/5): Un fin de semana con estilo - Excelente atención al cliente: todo el personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones están impecables, con un parque y jardines cuidados con esmero. La habitación ofrece gran confort, con ropa de cama de calidad y una decoración muy agradable. El desayuno, servido con elegancia, fue completo y delicioso. Sin dudas, volvería y, esta vez, me quedaría más tiempo. Sería aún más práctico contar con cerraduras electrónicas en el portón de entrada, para mayor comodidad y evitar el uso de llaves. De todos modos, es solo un detalle menor que no afecta en absoluto la excelente experiencia general.

When Alejandro learned that we planned to eat some snacks we had brought for dinner, he insisted on cooking us a meal so we could enjoy our last meal of 2024. His kindness and generosity went above and beyond and was not unnoticed!

Trinity (3/5): Wouldn’t waste my hard earned money here again, and neither should you. - The house is gorgeous and the location is great. The view at the most expensive suite is epic (not sure about the other ones) The quality is terrible. Which is sad, given how beautiful the house is. It functions like a low quality bed and breakfast, with no kitchen. There is no room service, there’s barely anyone at the front desk and you need to go looking for them or wait until someone shows up. There was leftover garbage in the room from a previous guest and the balcony was dirty. The breakfast is very poor. It consists of supermarket bread, some granola, some apples and bananas and two dry croissants per person. Oh, and a very small glass of orange juice. For 600+ USD this is very lame. The TV is smaller than the one you have at home. The staff is friendly and they do what they can with what little they have. The owners should be ashamed of how they’re managing this beautiful, historic mansion. Wouldn’t waste my money here again. They charged us more than they indicated in advance. Additionally, they do what all bad hotels do in Argentina; they use an unofficial currency exchange, obviously higher than the official, compliant USD-Peso exchange.
