• DKlaehn (9/5): Für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. - Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr gut, es war alles da, was man braucht, sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem, das Ausziehbett war etwas schief, aber unseren Sohn hat es nicht gestört. Der Empfang war sehr sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, nett. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch, das Badezimmer war geräumig und groß genug für uns alle. Der Kühlschrank war leider sehr laut, wir mussten ihn über Nacht ausschalten.

• Girardin (9/5): Apparthotel au top avec un bel accueil - L’accueil est vraiment chaleureux. La dame a fait tout ce qu’elle pouvait malgré le fait que nous étions un grand groupe à nous enregistrer. Elle a était souriante et agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et tellement propres. Le confort était au rendez vous ! La salle de bain était nickel. Vraiment recommendable à 100% Une pointe de détail mais c’est dommage d’avoir deux couettes simples pour un lit double. Mais vraiment c’est pour chipoter.

Im Zimmer hatte es auch ausreichend Steckdosen. Tiefgarage für nur €10.-/Tag vorhanden. Keine Steckdose im Badezimmer.

• 3c23b78a974d719166cc8562f83c8ce0 (10/5): Massive apartment in Brühl with everything you need for a short stay - would recommend - We stayed for 2 nights in April 2026 around Easter Weekend. The location was good, just 5 mins outside of Brühl centre. It was just a 10 minute drive to Phantasialand and really easy to get there (main reason for our stay). Ulrika on reception was amazing, greeted us when we arrived at 7pm, was very friendly and gave us all the info on our stay and even restaurants to eat in for that evening. The room was massive! One of the biggest aparthotel rooms I think I've ever stayed in. The facilities were excellent from a microwave, and coffee machine and kettle to a fridge and all the crockery you needed for a quick meal. We only stayed 2 nights so didn't use that much. The bathroom was huge and a massive double shower which was very powerful and had shampoo and shower gel already there. Everything was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfy and the room had aircon. The underground parking was very safe (€10 per night) as it had a locked roller door and you had direct access from the car park underground to the staircases and lifts up to your room. It was a huge car park and felt very safe at night. The apartment had a balcony but we didn't sit out as it was cold and cloudy most days. You may want to power wash the balcony floor as it was looking a little green from the surrounding trees, but that's a very minor complaint and didn't affect us at all. We parked at Brühl station and got a train into Cologne, only about a 10-15 train journey which was amazing. Parking at the station was about €15 for the day and it had a large car park. I would definitely recommend this place and if we had to come to Phantasialand again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again as everything was very well thought out and Brühl looked like a large town with all you would need. selections in the vending machine were very limited but they were really only for emergency use.

• Sonja (10/5): Fijn appartement - Dat overal is gedacht in het appartement. Van Afwasmiddel en sponsje tot peper en zout, suiker, zoetjes, koffie etc. Schoon en volledig serviesgoed en bestek. We verbleven 2 dagen en de 2e dag was niets meer bijgevuld zoals de koffie, zoetjes etc. Ook waren de bedden niet opgemaakt.

Very quiet but the hotel was rather empty (March-April). The shower sink has a bad smell when not used. Nespresso PRO capsules (have to buy from the hotel). The sofa is noisy and soft. No dishwasher.

Nous avons eu une chambre au rez de chaussée, un peu bruyant à cause des passages jusque tard le soir... la chambre à l'étage lors de notre premier séjour était mieux à ce niveau mais un peu plus petite, nous avons cependant bien dormi. Nécessaire pour se faire à manger succinctement, parfait pour nous ! On reviendra surement pour notre prochaine visite au parc

Wir konnten direkt einchecken. Es wurde sich am nächsten Tag direkt gekümmert, dass eine Umbuchung vorgenommen wird. Echt ein super lieber Service ! Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind auch super ! • Shirley (8/5): Prettig verblijf - Duidelijke instructies voor inchecken. Eigen parkeergarage. Schone kamer. Grote douche. Het was vrij warm in de kamer maar alleen koeler te krijgen door de ramen open te zetten en een zoemend geluid van de koelkast of airconditioning (waar geen regelaar van te vinden was)
• Cynthia (8/5): Ideaal verblijf vlakbij Phantasialand. - Wij boekten dit appartement omdat het vlakbij Phantasialand is. Dat is top. Parkeren onder het hotel, klein keukentje, alles nieuw. Vriendelijk personeel! We kwamen in de avond aan en betalen via het self check-in werkte niet. Toen we belden werd het opgelost, dus dat was fijn. De kussens bevielen ons niet.

Die Betten und auch das Schlafsofa waren für unseren Geschmack etwas hart. Könnte man problemlos durch einen Topper lösen.
